Duane visited my home on two occasions. The first visit was to clean several carpet areas, and the second was to clean two off-white sofas that had been soiled by playful foster rescue dogs. Duane was very polite and friendly, taking the time to explain the cleaning process thoroughly on both visits. He informed me that due to the fabric of the sofas, not all stains would be completely removed. The carpets turned out looking brand new and were stunning. As Duane had mentioned, while the sofas looked much improved, a few stains couldn’t be fully eliminated. However, I was really pleased that the sofas were cleaned.
