from the very first phone call asking about their carpet cleaning services, the person who answered, jaime, was super friendly and helpful. we set up a time for an estimate, and jaime showed up right on time. she measured the carpet, took some photos, and was really professional the whole time. she said i’d get an estimate that day, and she emailed it just like she promised. the price was good, and i was really glad they used organic cleaning products. on the day of the cleaning, jaime texted me to let me know that the cleaner, nathan, was on his way. nathan arrived right on time and spent several hours working on my big basement carpet, which had some tough spots from pets and even some mold, plus a sofa. nathan was very friendly and professional, always happy to explain what he was doing whenever i asked questions. when he finished, he showed me the results with his vacuum and i could really see the difference. everything looked and smelled so much better. i was glad to pay for the service and i’d definitely use them again here in phoenix!

Last month, I brought my pricey, eco-friendly bamboo area rug to Arthur's Carpet Cleaning Service in Phoenix.
