We have been using Arizona Cleaning for the past few years and we are extremely happy with their service and performance. They do an excellent job cleaning the house and I always feel like it is cleaner and neater than I could have made it by myself. We have two large dogs in the house so the pet hair and dust and general mess is significant but it always looks perfect when they're done. More importantly, they have taken the time to get to know my dogs so I don't have to worry on days when I can't be home while they are working!

I love that they show up on time and use professional equipment and products, which is not always the case with house cleaners. They have recently added some new employees and I was happy to see that their new people showed up well trained, in uniform, and ready to go! Every employee I have interfaced with (including the owner) has been willing to take instruction and accommodate our needs. We had one hidden trash can that they weren't emptying because they didn't know it was there; I pointed it out one time and they have emptied it every visit since then.

When they first started working for us they made it a point to explain all their policies about what they will and will not clean so that my expectations were set correctly, and that's something that I appreciate very much.

Bottom line: I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a thorough, well mannered, professional cleaning company in the greater Phoenix area.

Been using their service for years now. Every visit they do incredible work. Rarely find any issues, and when I do they address them immediately. Great to work with around work schedule. Work travel requires regular adjustments to scheduled appointments and have always worked with me to accommodate. Would recommend working with Sean and his team to friends and family. Great work with great service at a very reasonable rate.

Arizona Cleaning far exceeds all of our expectations. My Boss has very clear and precise requests and Arizona Cleaning did not miss a beat. The forethought that Sean puts into his company shows through and through. He has a very methodical way of handling his team and most of all clients that put him in a very different echelon.

Terribly disappointed in the service provided. I hired Arizona Cleaning to do a one time deep clean for my home excluding our five bedrooms. I was told four people would service our home for $160.00 per hour. I requested the four clean for two hours and complete as much as possible. When I arrived home my kitchen, master bath and 2 guest baths were cleaned. Absolutely nothing else was touched in 8 hours of cleaning time. Additionally my glass on my master shower still had calcium deposits. I paid $320.00 for this sub standard service. When speaking to the manager Shawn he offered no resolution.

We have used Sean Harrison and his Arizona Cleaning for almost a year. Prior to that we would use single independent cleaners. We were happy with the results. However now that we use Arizona Cleaning, we would not go back to a single independent. There are several differences. Firstly Sean runs a very professional company. His cleaning methods are logical and consistent. The equipment is first class. Most importantly however is the fact he uses four people to completely clean our home in around two hours. We have well over 3,000 sq ft. They provide one of the very best cleaning services that we have experienced.

Shawn and his team are fantastic! They are very thorough, detailed and careful in their cleaning. Each interaction I have had with Shawn and any member of his team has been very pleasant, respectful and friendly. After they leave my house feels deeply clean and looks perfect. they stood me up. I was suppose to have my house cleaned by them today and they never showed up nor did they notify me of their non arrival. Buyer beware of this company. They are not honest at all. I will never do business with this company again. Really if was so rude how come you were so willing to come clean my house and not even come and not so much as to even have the courtesy to at least let me know you were not planning to come. I hope karma comes right back at you for what you did.
