I used this service for a number months and the cleaning was adequate until I had jewelry stolen. It's not a false accusation, they were the only people who came into my home! Sandra and Cynthia were the regulars and frequently brought a third person with them. When I realized the theft, I immediately called the company and the police. The company told me Cynthia had left the company (coincidence)? Another cleaner who the owner Jill said she dismissed as "her work was not up to the company's standards". Sandra told me she was able to move into a new place, pay rent 6 months in advance, along with her phone bill, her car and bring her children from Mexico. The company did provide me phone numbers and addresses of all the cleaners, however per Jill, "I am so sorry this happened. Did you look under the bed or behind the nightstand". She also said "all our employees are bonded for $15,000.00, but bond only pays if you can prove the guilt". Needless to say, all of Jill's answers gave me no assistance or resolve. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

We have worked with several cleaning and organizing services through the years and now our search is over! We are absolutely thrilled with All Things New. The team that cleans our home is very friendly and thorough and our home looks and smells fantastic. Our organizer/personal assistant is a rock star! She has put easy to maintain systems in place and works incredibly fast. I highly recommend All Things New for cleaning and personal assistant services and am especially happy to support a local business.

Throughout our relationship I have experienced true professionalism, timeliness and complete attention to detail. We have a large home and my wife has collected many items from around the World that often require special attention. We have never had an issue with any of the cleaning crews and have found them all to be engaged and very friendly.

All Things New has exceeded my expectations! I have been through various home cleaning companies and I have not had one as good as this one. I'm OCD so I focus on small details to give you a background. the ladies were able to fit me in within a week of me calling, they did a very thorough clean - including spots that MANY other cleaning companies have missed without me saying a word. The house looked and smelled amazing after they left!

This company also has personal assistant services and handyman services. I scheduled a personal assistant to come out a few days after the first house clean and again I was blow away! I have had PA's in the past and Lola (the PA) definitely met my expectations. I have continued to use her since then. She has good insight, good at managing time: does not spend time down waiting for the laundry to finish and instead asks for other things she can do in the meantime even if she has finished all the tasks I set for the day. She is very detail oriented, very organized, is good at keeping ME organized, and always has a smile on her face.

Overall, this local couple-owned company is very well run, has very polite happy and capable employees that know what they are doing and how to do it well! I recommend their services.

Shannon and Dez do an amazing job each and every time they clean! These ladies are hard workers, friendly, fun, and trustworthy! I have had many different companies send people out to clean and this is the first time I have been completely happy (and I don't think I am a very picky person!). They never make me feel badly about needing to have my house cleaned! I would recommend them to anyone!!

I have been using this service for more than two years and they are excellent. The cleaners are like part of the family, they are so sweet. The service is extremely professional and they leave your house looking like a 5 star hotel. They bring all their own products and equipment but will use your cleaning solutions and approach if that is what you want. They have a centralized coordinator who is incredibly responsive. I especially like the text messages that let you know when the cleaning crew is en route.
The service positions itself as a higher end cleaning service and they cost a bit more but in my opinion they are worth it. I also used them for final cleaning when selling my mother's house and they did such an amazing job. The house sold the first day on the market and everyone commented on how spotless it was. I have also used their handyman and he is excellent and very reasonable.

The entire experience, start to finish, was absolutely perfect. The team was responsive when I called to set up an appointment and they keep you informed via text of when the cleaners are on their way and when they leave. We met two lovely women who made our home sparkle. I will definitely be using them again and again.

I’ve been using All Things New on and off for many years and consistently this past year. I receive a basic clean every 4 weeks from Vanesha and Ashley. They are friendly, punctual and professional. My dog also loves them and enjoys when they come to clean! I will continue to use this service as long as I work full time since it’s hard to manage house work and FT work.

All Things New has been cleaning my home for over a year. I have a standing service with them and could not be happier with their attention to detail and careful cleaning of our home. I just started using this company and have been impressed. My initial clean was done very well and they paid attention to detail.Janet and Kristine were friendly and timely. I will be having my home cleaned every 2 weeks and I like I will have the same person leading that clean. I did find that this service was a bit more expensive than others I interviews, but I like that it is a business that takes care of its employees, is insured and, based on other reviews, has trustworthy people coming to my home. I also like that no cash is exchanged, so the process is easy for times I am not home.

All Things New has been cleaning my home for years and I highly recommend them. I have a recurring appointment and appreciate they have never missed a date, ever! I also appreciate their communication and get an emailed reminder a few days prior and a text when they’re on their way, never any surprises. The teams are hard-working, well trained, focused and very personable. They bring their own tools and supplies and do a great job for me. Don’t hesitate to schedule them; I’m certain you’ll be pleased with the sparkling results!

We have been with All Things New for housecleaning for several years and are so pleased with the responsiveness of the office, quality of work and cleaning in our home, and the care the team takes to make sure we are satisfied. I have two homes that are becoming rentals and needed them cleaned. Two neat, clean and very professional gals showed up (on time), Jennifer and Lola, and they went to work immediately. They did a great job, pleasant but not chatty, they worked hard and the homes looked perfect when they left. Jennifer was even able to get out a terrible stain that had been in the bathtub 5 years ago when one of the homes was purchased--I was amazed. I highly recommend this company. Jill was incredibly pleasant and helpful when I called to schedule. My experience was perfect. They are reasonably priced as well.

All Things New was amazing. They just cleaned my grandma’s house as we are preparing to sell it and did an awesome job. Shannon and Amber cleaned every nook and cranny being the appliances and everywhere. I highly recommend this company’s and specifically Shannon and Amber.

I almost forgot to add Scott he did the windows inside and out and rocked it they look like new the sliding glass door slides better then it has in years now that is is clean in the track. Amazing!

This company does not miss a beat! Very detailed, professional and all around a great company to work with. Our couches smelled like a natural light lavender by the time they were done with them!

I had my 1200 square foot condo - deep cleaned before putting on the market to be sold. The 2 ladies did a phenomenal job and they are very detailed and meticulous in there work. My condo looked brand new after they finished. I would give them 6 stars if I could and would hire them again!!!

I love All Things New Cleaning! The owner, Jill, is a sweetheart and she always picks up the phone any time I call. I also love Sandra who is my lead cleaning lady. She always comes to my house with one to two other women that she oversees. They go above and beyond by changing my sheets and even doing laundry while they are cleaning. I have a small one bedroom condo so they come once a month and I always come home to a clean home, and a happy dog! The ladies love my little dog and they told me I can leave her at home while they clean and they even let her out to the bathroom for me.
