Unfortunately your company has assigned Gregoria to clean our condo buildings. She is unwilling to listen and take direction and shows no willingness to clean areas that have been pointed out. Her attitude is not acceptable and her cleaning skills are not acceptable. Her lack of enthusiasm and willingness are unfortunate. We were told a supervisor oversees the job, not! Does she have a supervisor?

We have used Jan Pro for the past 4+ years and are happy with them. If there ever is a problem, they work it out and make it right.

However, I would like to modify my review as the cleaning people they send out are great. Their billing department has a lot to learn about customer service.

UPDATE: Veronica in the office has made a great effort to rectify this situation. She was able to get us a new cleaner who has paid attention to all the details and addressed all of the concerns we had with the cleanliness. They have replied back to all my concerns and the whole staff within our office has noticed the difference in how much cleaner things are. I appreciate the effort made to handle everything.

This company lacks professionalism at the highest degree. They are incredibly unresponsive, and DO NOT CARE if services are actually rendered. We have been going back and forth for over a year just hoping things will change, but they do not. Our facility is NEVER CLEAN, very rarely are products in the bathrooms restocked. I have even had their manager walk through our facility to physically see with her own eyes the issues with the services, she agreed their were issues and never did anything to fix this. Said we would get a new crew that would actually be cleaning, that did not happen. Now she refuses to even respond to me.

A housekeeper named Hilda, a Latina woman, used to clean our apartment building in Gilbert 3 times a week. She did a fantastic job. She was a kind caring woman who loved my dog. I found out recently that the building fired her. Boo hiss. We all loved Hilda. I do not know her last name but she was a gem.

They have a great powerpoint presentation and salesperson. I signed-up and it was pretty bad. I found out that they use outside venders to actually do the cleaning. This company were friendly, but there were serious language barriers and they were ill prepared. Couldn’t’ vacuum because no extension cord or attatchement for stairs. I tried unsuccessfully to get them to wet mop my laminate floor, but they refused to do it out of fear of buckling. When I asked them to do it anyway, they refused and used a dry mop. As with any subcontractor situation, if there’s a problem or lawsuit, you would be dealing with the outsourced company and JAN-Pro….Too complicated and risky for a cleaning service. After my first service. I politely asked to cancel. The sale person got aggressive and told me that I singed a contract and was bound for a year. I talked to the GM, who told me I could be out of the contract if I paid for the month of 8 cleanings when I just got one bad one. I did tell the providers that I was happy with them, to get them to leave peacefully. They were polite, but very inexperienced. I could not get them to tell my the right cleaning products for my floors. Thy kept asking me what I wanted to use and I’m no expert at floors thats why I hired them. I Can’t believe that the owner billed me for the month after one service. I will pay it and be done. I wished that I had check reviews before signing.

They are doing an outstanding job and they are very responsive . Always communicate with me and are very professional .

Blanca has been absolutely amazing!! She always leaves the clinic super clean and its so nice to come in everyday to clean smelling office that helps us ensure clean and safe patient care. So happy to have Blanca helping us!!

The cleaner(s) at Glendale Town Center Fresenius do a great job! They are always open to fixing things if we request it or notice something that we need cleaned. They communicate well with our team. They are great! Domingo and Clemente are always on top of everything we need as well! They coordinate emergency services as needed, immediately! Very grateful for the team!!!

Janet, Virginia and the girls provided very reliable services with competitive prices to us for several years. Virginia and Janet were always very courteous and reliable and they were always extremely helpful to us. The girls that came over were always very kind and trustful and we always felt very comfortable letting clean our home! Share

Been using Sparkle Clean Janitorial Services for both work and commercial cleaning for the past several years. Janet and her crew do a great job and are always detail oriented. I'd highly recommend them.

We regularly have Candace, Cindy or Kayla to our home for cleaning. They are awesome! Everything is sparkling clean, smells amazing and they do special things like arranging my daughter's stuffed animals on her bed. She loves that! We are delighted with their service and couldn't be happier.

Maid Pro is a great service.

Using it again after a break, and I didn't realize how much I missed it.

I used to use maid pro a few years ago, I moved and my new roommate had a private maid she used - so I canceled my service and switched. When the private maid moved, we looked for a new service, and tried quite a few.

Groupons, googling services, etc. Each time we used a new service, there was that something missing. The floors weren't mopped, the fans not wiped, the microwave ignored, poor professionalism, etc. It was frustrating.

I remembered liking my experience with Maid Pro and we decided to give it a second try. It's a bit more expensive than other services (2 bed 2 bath bi-weekly service @ $100 each time vs $60-$80) but it's worth the money. The quality, professionalism, and service is phenomenal. And with it being a large company - we're guaranteed service around our schedule. Everything on their checklist gets done, etc.

Out maid is Tracy, and I'm very happy with my service. :)

We have two kids and two pets and we love having Quntana come to our home so we can spend more time with our kids and less time cleaning. It's a great feeling having someone in your house that you can trust. Highly recommend!

I've been using Maid Pro for almost a year. It is very affordable compared to other companies. I've had great communication via e-mail with the Sales Manager, which makes things really easy. They even send reminders in advance, and leave a thorough note about which services were performed. In addition to all the regular items, I can ask for some special attention in different areas if needed. We've had the same person cleaning for a few months now, and she is doing a great job.

I have had MaidPro service for 4 months now and I am extremely happy with the quality of work done by their employees. I have had several different people come out and I am by far most pleased by the work of Jackie. She is very efficient and personable and is detail oriented. The company is good to work with and has been able to accommodate my changing schedule. I am so glad I made the decision to have a cleaning service.
