Loralie always does a wonderful job. I have two dogs and five cats and she manages to get all the hair off of everything. My house always smells clean when done.

Great service! Maria and Betty do an exceptional job every time! They are very good about taking care of my historic home's unique surfaces, as well as working around my 4 big dogs. I completely trust them and can leave and come home and POOF! everything is perfect every time. It is so nice to come home to a professionally clean house!

Ana arrives as scheduled and has a thorough checklist. The cleaning products they use never leave a fake odor but a fresh clean scent.

I have several types of floor surfaces, counter tops and furniture and all are beautifully cleaned and cared for. MaidPro trains their staff to know how to manage all this and complete the cleaning efficiently.

This MaidPro office is the best! The pros are polite and prompt every time. They work hard and efficiently, and the cleanings are meticulous! Every surface in my house shines by the time they have finished. They have a detailed checklist for each cleaning, and they make sure to check each box. I have had multiple different maids, and the consistency of the quality work is a testament to solid training. It is truly my favorite day of the month every time they come!

I had an unfortunate time when I purchased a 6 hour deep clean only to find out they only did 5 hours. Not only that they didn’t deliver on the quote on quote deep clean as the base boards, windows sills, window, cabinet's, just the basics and in their 49 bullet points. They were left untouched and unwiped in which is supposed to be included. Not only did they overcharge me for 6 hours they left an hour early with multiple things not taken care which just leaves me feeling robbed. Just highly recommend anywhere else.

We were very fortunate to have Cindy and Eva at our home yesterday. They had quite the tough task ahead of them and executed beyond expectations. It was our initial cleaning with them, they came highly recommended. We have a large dog who sheds a lot of hair everywhere. When Cindy and Eva were done, there was no trace of him. We are very pleased with their focus and effort to give our home the TLC it much needed. Thank you MaidPro for being so reliable, we will be using you again soon.

We enlisted MaidPro's help with a family member who needed some assistance due to health issues. Cindy has been assigned to this duty and she has been absolutely fantastic. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the job is done to specifications and better. She is pleasant and professional and very accommodating. She has been a treasure and we hope that she gets to be the usual due to her work ethics and love of her job. We would request her for sure if she were to be relocated as we appreciate what a great job she does. Mari, the office manager that I have had to contact on several occasions for one thing or another has also been stellar and so accommodating. I would highly recommend MaidPro for your sparkling house needs. They do a fabulous job!

Jesse was great -- did a great job. She is really good with our dog too who tends to bark a lot when people come over.

MaidPro has assigned Betty to clean our house. She is by far the best house cleaner we have had. She is thorough and gets all the pet hair. I am impressed with her. This week however we had Sonia nad Maria. They are just as god as Betty. They were polite and professional. They also managed to get all the pet hair as well. Anytime my house is due for a good deep clean, I contact MaidPro, and I have never been less than satisfied! The office staff are very friendly and accommodating in scheduling cleaning services for me. The cleaning professionals are very thorough and my house is always spotless after a visit from them! This past week Alicia and Yolanda did a fabulous job. I will continue to use MaidPro for all of my cleaning needs in the future.

These ladies were absolutely fantastic! Lori was helpful and extremely detailed on the phone. They answered my long list of questions patiently and thoroughly. This company has lots of options for multiple budgets and was able to work within mine. They were able to make my rusty, charred oven inside look like new, which was something I was unable to do after multiple attempts. Very impressed.

This month Briseida Ocha came out and did an excellent job of cleaning and arranging things so when I returned home it looked great and smelled fresh. It was the 1st time she had been sent out for my service but as always I’ve never been disappointed with MaidPros service. I’d highly recommend them for anyone needing a cleaning service.

I am really pleased with the job done by Celia R.! She was very thorough and even tidied up the huge mess left by my teenage children. That was above and beyond! She was also very patient with my dogs. Five stars!

Renewing my Review for 2023: I have used MaidPro for an annual deep cleaning for our Thanksgiving Celebration. Each year they provide Superior cleaning and service. This is no different except that Dolores returned to provide an exceptional service. This is, of course, expected from Dolores and, I am sure, any other professional that they send.

2023 Review continued: Prior to this year, Dolores has been our Pro to come out and help us present a spotless house. This year, Kristian and Celia came out and provided the same excellent clean and service that we have come to expect from MaidPro and Dolores. Come to find out that Dolores trained Kristian. Now Kristian trains others. I feel that the future of clean is in great hands with MaidPro. Have and will continue to recommend them to others.
