Lupe and Rochelle are a great team. Before they started, they walked my house with me and make sure everything I wanted done was addressed. The place looks clean, smelled great, they did a wonderful job.

I had never used them before, but saw them when I was running errands one day. They were able to contact me via text, email and cell call, and whenever I had questions, I asked and they were immediately answered. I got them to do a moving clean for me as I was moving in with my boyfriend, and really needed the help to clean the apt. The team was punctual, professional, and thorough. Thank you Merry Maids for such a great service, I really appreciate it!

The rep Brittany that came to meet with me was so awesome. Very friendly and personable. Process was easy to do and with in a good price range for a 4B 3B. Made me feel very comfortable with using thier service. Guadalupe and the team did an amazing job with the carpets, blinds, fridge, oven and bathroom. All of it! We were especially impressed with the sink cleaning. The seller left it with severe water residue. It looks like new! Will definitely be using their services again! Highly recommend!

Fantastic cleaning services! We have switched to merry maids from another service and could not be happier! To book our servicds the times are convenient for our busy schedules annd they have been great to ensure cleaning is done even if we have to reschedule a different day. We have been pleased with the deep clean and each and every service we have gotten. I want to specifically mention Misty and Natalie who we have had on multiple occasions and who are pleasant, professional, and so good at their job; and also being good around our three frenchies who can get anxious around strangers. They always look forward to the doggie treats left behind! Very pleased with our team at Merry Maids!

I’m not sure what to say.
I’m on the fence.
Last month you call me a week early to say your are close on my cleaning bay and ask me to change so I do.
Then on that day 30 minutes after you are to be at my home I call to ask what is going on and you say you will call them to find out where they are and 2 minutes later you tell me i’m Not home but I am and it take them another 20 minutes to get to me. So they turn out to be almost a hour late.
Then this last month you call me to say the gate is locked, but they are trying to come in a side street gate but the main gate is open.
So they drive around to find the main is open.
So i’m Not sure what to say.
I keep hanging in there trying to be understanding.
We will have to see what happens next month.
