The first time they came to clean they did ok. I decided to give them another chance. The second chance was a disaster. When I pointed to dust they didn’t even touch and sofas they didn’t vacuum, they said this is too much we map floor and leave. I was shocked. If you want to donate money, you can find a better place

We hired De La Rosa Housecleaning in 2020 and they maintain our Arizona home! They come on Mondays and Thursdays and clean our home inside and out! Clean all patios and garageThey vacuum, mop floors, throughly dust, strip beds and remake with fresh linens, clean windows etc. They are friendly, arrive on time and do a great job!

They r great. Have used them for over 15 years. Miss mamma de LA Rosa though, sadly, but the family has done well Taking care of business. They are reliable, on time, and I would say a 9 out of 10. The prices went up for me wuch I get, but that did not make me real happy. Still use them and they are trusting in your home. They let themselves in and out when needed. I trust them 100 %

I was super impressed by their professionalism and quality of service! They submitted a quote right after visiting my place, kept in touch before our appointment and were on time. They cleaned my home while I was attending several Zoom meetings back-to-back and they were quiet, discreet, respectful of my needs at that particular moment (without my saying anything at all to them) and did an outstanding job, quickly and effective! In addition to all that, they were also the nicest people. Will not use anyone else going forward!

We had been using Rosa for almost 18years. When it was just Rosa, her brother & team they were great. Now the is the cleaning very subpar. I find myself cleaning even after they leave. The scheduler Becky is also incredibly rude & unprofessional. I’m writing this review in hopes that Rosa sees this because Becky is hurting her business. I have multiple clients who have also complained to me about the same thing & have now left.

I have used De La Rosa Cleaning for my home as well as my business. I value the quick in and out time with good quality cleaning. I used to have one or 2 people come in to clean my house and they would be there for 4-5 hours, their crew usually has 4 people and they are in and out in an hour which is fantastic! The communicate very well for our business schedule as well. I highly recommend them!
