We bought a house to airbnb in Scottsdale Arizona. It took 5 months to get the house ready for our guests to stay booking with us.

I set up 18 future services with them. But the house needed a deep cleaning. I warned them several times it was very dust and the previous owner had a pet or pets because the house had a lot of animal dander everywhere. I asked them to rewash all the bedding and pillows as they were sitting there for months.

They called me the day of the drop cleaning to tell me they suspected fire damage. What they were referring to was dust. A lot of it.

The door handles, the doors, the plants, the white leather stools in the kitchen, the utensils holder, most of the baseboards, and the living room carpet was NOT DONE. I spent 3.5 hours cleaning after they left. As I was not there when they were cleaning. I sent them pictures of everything I had to do. Including how black my have were after cleaning my house plants.

Kelly was gracious enough to call me only to deflect every single concern I addressed. She kept saying they did fully clean the house. I kept asking what about three things that were not, she just kept repeating that she did complete the home.

After a painful 10 minutes of going in circles I asked to speak to a supervisor. She refused to give me their name and then hung up on me.

I called back twice and both times was forwarded to their voicemail.

Keep in mind they have caller ID and knew it was me calling. They always knew when I called to make the appointments for our future cleaning service needs.

After the second call I tried one more time and she picked up saying, yes miss mirna. I asked her for the supervisors name, again, to which she said the supervisors name is Mike. She must have forgotten that I know that was the manager, not the super. I then told her i didn't want the manager I wanted the super, she hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and she kept forwarding my calls to voicemail.

They did do a lot. Don't get me wrong. But they send a third person to my home without notifying me. They charged us over $400. But did not honor their list of things to complete during a deep cleaning. They also did not communicate with me about not completing the job. And when I sent photos of everything they DID NOT DO, they ignored them and continued to tell me they DID do it.

It was so frustrating to talk to someone who is in denial. 1 star is too much for the stress they put us through. For the deceit, deflecting, gaslighting and unprofessionalism.

They must have paid people to give good reviews because there's no way a cleaning service can be this bad and then blame the house.

I don't know about the readers here, but I don't normally write reviews. Only if the service is excellent or absolutely awful. You guys should be ashamed of yourself for how you treated a first time customer. I will also be writing the BBB. and any other platform that allows me to share this terrible experience.

I should've taken more photos, but my phone died as I was there late to finish a job I paid nearly $500 for.

I am extremely pleased with the cleaning services from Yaneli. She did an amazing job—very thorough, detail-oriented, and professional. My home looked spotless, and you can tell she truly takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Yaneli.

Yanet and Kim did an absolutely fantastic job deep cleaning my house. Now we can move in stress free and unpack right away. Every nook and cranny just sparkles and I can’t thank them enough! (I decided to have them do regular bi-weekly cleanings I was so impressed!)

My appt. was scheduled for 11:00 AM, no show, so I called at 12:15 PM, was told she is "on her way", she got here at 1:00 PM. It would have been nice to get a courtesy call that she was running two hours late. Otherwise she did a good job cleaning, but it wasn't worth what I was charged.

My house looked amazing after and I was so glad to have them come before family comes for the holidays. Bathrooms looked perfect and my floors were great. She even made my son’s bed! Would definitely book again.

Michelle was wonderful! Cleaned the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms thoroughly-also cleaned the stove top, vacuumed all the rooms with carpets, swept and mopped the tile floors and made the bed. Thoroughly enjoyable experience!

I hire Cris’s cleaning for a move out clean and is was like magic. I was keep inform every step of the way. Then when I came to see the home it shined. I was so impressed. And well my property manager said that he had never seen the home so clean. And I got my security deposit. Love it love Cris’s cleaning. Too bad I am moving out of state.

This was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. I clearly stated that my home only needed regular cleaning, but I was pressured into a "deep clean" despite explaining that the house was previously clean and didn't need deep cleaning.

They charge an outrageous $81 per cleaner per hour in Phx Arizona, which is already absurd for residential cleaning. Then they sent two cleaners and somehow claimed they needed minimum of 6-7 HOURS to clean a 2,200 sq ft home that had no heavy grease, no pet hair or odor, no hoarding, no post-construction dust, no move-out condition, and no biohazard mess.

To make it worse, they falsely documented the cleaners arriving at 5:00 a.m. when the scheduled and actual arrival time was 6:00 a.m., conveniently adding extra billable time. They also misrepresented the home as a 5 bed / 4 bath when it is 5 bed / 3 bath, again inflating the cost.

The final bill came out to around $1,400, which is completely unjustifiable. Two professional cleaners do NOT need 14 labor hours to clean a normal, already-clean house. That level of billing either reflects extreme inefficiency or intentional padding of hours.

This company uses pressure tactics, inflated pricing, and questionable documentation to overcharge customers. At $81 per hour per cleaner, you'd expect for commercial building or offices --not a regular house clean with exaggerated time logs.

Save yourself the stress and your money. Stay far away from this company.

The business publicly posted my full last name in its response without my consent. Customers should not have their personally identifiable information disclosed online, particularly in the context of a billing dispute.

Regarding billing: over the phone, we were quoted approximately $1,400. The written invoice later reflected $1,193.40. This discrepancy was not explained in advance. We disputed the charges because the scope, timing, and necessity of the “deep clean” did not align with what was communicated to me.

After disputing the invoice, we received a written email from the company stating that failure to pay would result in legal action and requesting that my review be removed. I am referencing this because it is part of my experience as a customer.

I stand by my review as an accurate, firsthand account. My intent is not to argue publicly, but to document my experience so others can make informed decisions. I will not engage further.

I had a move in/move out clean of an empty 1060 sq ft condo, 2b/2b. One person tackled this job in just over six hours and it cost around $450. I received text messages when they were about to arrive, and again when the job was finished. Communication is very much appreciated

I just moved from Atlanta to Arizona. And I found Criss Cleaning. I called and got schedule for a move in cleaning. And they did a wonderful job. My new home was ready for me to just put my things in. I did nothing but put everything away. The quality was just perfect. I truly loved the quality their puntuality and customer service.

We hire cris cleaning for a move out cleaning and we got a team of 2. Guadalupe and Susan, they worked very hard to give us back our home shinny and smelling clean. They give luxury cleaning with white glove results. Love them.

I been using Cris’s cleaning for over 3 years. Yaneli is my favorite cleaner. They are the best. The quality of their work is really good. I am so glad I found them. And they do travel to Buckeye we love that they travel this far. And how flexible they are. This last cleaning I asked them last minute to wipe my refrigerator. Well they not only wipe it but Yaneli empty it out took everything out wash everything individually washed everything and put everything back in. We love it.

Really wish I could do this one over, please read this review before you decide on a company, as this was not a cheap mistake on my part.

Scheduled a cleaning for 3/25, expected 2 cleaners for 2 hours would be fine for a move out clean from a rental. Got my text in the morning they would arrive between 11am - 1pm, no one showed up until almost 2pm after I had to call to ask and was given a 5-minute ETA by dispatch.

I'll save you the rest, I was billed 5 minutes over the next hour which I have a discrepancy with the completion time, resulting in a 15-minute incremental charge at their rate.

I'll just leave a portion of the photos I sent the company, showing the results of a 3:15 billed cleaning - and they agreed, this is not clean. The staff is friendly and offered to come back out at no charge, but I declined due to circumstances vacating. They fell back onto the contract that states no refunds -you'd be signing this too.

If you think you'd be satisfied with this for $487.50, go for it.

Edit - got charged an additional $150 to fix what was not cleaned by this company. Total cost for this adventure, after rework: $637.50 (not including my time dealing with trying to remedy this)

But hey - my review/photos have had over 100 views the past month, on track for over 1,000 enlightened people a year. I'm no longer frustrated, just wanted to make sure this review is worth what I paid.
