I want to also commend Josh and Tori for a great clean last week. It won't let me post a second review- so when the teams switch every few weeks, I suppose I have to update this review? Either way, I have had a great experience with the 4 cleaners listed in this review.

We hired these cleaners to do scheduled cleaning twice every month and I was very happy with the initial deep clean. They were professional, nice, and diligent workers :)

Our last clean was was Oct 17, 2024. Our regular cleaner, Mickie, did an excellent job, again. She is customer focused and has an excellent work ethic.
I always look forward to her cleans. My home feels clean after she has been here. I look for details and she again has done a 5+ job.
The words I write on these reviews are alot alike, because she is outstanding and a 5+ performer.

We used another local company for several years, but after ongoing issues we were looking for a more reliable service. We gave The Cleaning Authority a try and found their communications to be excellent and their teams arrived when expected and we have had consistently great service no matter the team. Call out to Sam and Liz who have been here a few times and are always friendly and attentive.

I had Stephanie and Sammy and Grace today who happen to be my original team plus a new one and they did great.
I guided Grace through my ways and she listened and was happy to do this as I liked. I always request them and don’t always get them which is frustrating, but my girls were here today and did great
They are always on time get in. Get done and get gone. Great team

Lexi and Liz are great every time they come. They even take the time to make my dog's bed. Can't recommend enough

I have been a customer for a couple of years now and was about to call a few other cleaning companies.

But today, Winter and Brooke on Team 4 arrived and within the time frame specified. I have not had the pleasure of meeting Winter and Brooke before. I was so happy with the job they did cleaning our house. They went right to work and are the most thorough and timely team so far.

We rescued a new dog recently who is acclimating to her new home and using pee pads. I let the girls know the tile floors may need extra attention due to the new dog and me mopping the floor with a cleaner that left a residue on the floor. They suggested using plain hot water instead of the usual cleaner in order to remove the residue and they diligently mopped the floor a few times to make it perfect. I really appreciate their effort and helpful advice. The rest of the house sparkled and smelled fresh and clean.

I’m going to request Winter and Brooke in the future. What a great team. Thank you ladies!

Stephanie, Daniela, & Samaria did a job yesterday. My house is sparkling! They were pleasant efficient friendly and understood my needs and concerns.

The Cleaning Authority office staff is terrific also. I cannot say enough about how accommodating Dulce is. Lisa is a welcome addition to the office staff although I miss her cleaning my house because she did such a fantastic job!

I’ve used TCA for years and it’s been great. Evy has become our consistent provider and does such a great job- we don’t tell her enough how much we appreciate her hard work. If there are ever problems (something not quite as clean as usual, or an accidental miss of a room) they always take care of it right away. It’s easy to get ahold of them to reschedule or change cleanings, and the app is a great way to manage cleanings as well. Thanks TCA. :)

Friendly staff did a great job each time the only complaint is lack of communication as to time of arrival I did have to chase them a couple of times for an arrival time otherwise Great service
**** Update on the communication issues I now use there app which lets me know the morning of my cleaning when the staff will be there which for me is perfect and I highly recommend getting the app. This week I had Sarah and Sam both of whom were friendly and tolerated my new puppy which I really appreciated. They did a fantastic job and my home was, as usual sparkling. This company has some great employees and I appreciate all their hard work******

Yesterday was my first clean with Cleaning Authority and I am so thankful that I chose them. The ladies that cleaned for me were pleasant and professional. They arrived on time, brought all their own supplies and were thorough in their work. My home looks and feels so much better!

Daniela and Samaria have been cleaning for us for several weeks now. Very happy with them and the rotation schedule TCA uses. Every week we know what is part of the rotation and what will be completed with special attn. the following week. Highly recommend this company.

I have used 3 other cleaning services over the 21 years I've lived here, and without a doubt, TCA is the best. My regular team, Lisa and Sarah, are amazingly thorough, they respect my home and belongings and they care about the work they do. My home smells and looks fresh and clean every time. I also love the app...getting reminders about cleans, alerts on team arrival time, and online payment is fantastic. I also love that they rotate a different room each time as an area of extra attention. Highly recommend!

Gaige and Steph were so great as usual and deserve all the bonuses your company can offer. Our dogs were wanting to be their cleaning partners. They were kind and gentle with them in addition to the care and attention they gave our home. We enjoy having a clean home just as much as our pets enjoy seeing them.
