Edit: It's funny how the owner tries to blame me for their horrible communication and inadequate customer service. Why is it up to me to remedy the situation that was caused by you? I was in contact the entire time, confirming that the cleaning time was still accurate no less than 30 minutes before my appointment. It's my fault they showed up an hour late and then the owner never answered her phone? Next time, if a customer has a problem, especially when it's the businesses' fault, maybe you should take responsibility and come up with a solution instead of putting the responsibility on me. How are YOU going to remedy the situation? Doesn't seem like a very big ask. Giving excuses, saying that these types of businesses can't arrive on time, just makes you seem completely unprofessional. You confirmed the time a second time, 30 minutes before the appointment.

What a little gem of a service! We were moving out of a fully furnished property we were using temporarily while buying a home in Arizona. We needed to make sure the property was left in as perfect a condition as possible. Marlena did a great job coordinating with me on the expectations for the clean. She negotiated a very reasonable flat fee, included prices for the add-on requests (appliances, windows, etc.) and set a timetable that was comfortable.

The cleaning itself was incredibly thorough, very detailed in the level of cleanliness provided and we left the place in better condition than when we arrived. Because her standards are so high, it is not a rush job, so be sure to expect a lengthier time frame than a lot of other services. But unlike other services, it's absolutely worth it for the cost and level of detail she provides. Fantastic service and I absolutely will be using their services again.
