I scheduled a cleaning on a Friday for the following Monday between 12:30 and 1:00pm. At 12:35 that Monday, Kerry texted me saying she was running late and asked if we could reschedule to the following day. This is the first time I’d used her service so I was a little put off, but I did my best to be flexible and agreed to have her come the next day at 5:30. After rushing home from work to meet her on time, Kerry never showed up and could not be bothered to message or call me. Zero explanation. If you want a reliable professional, steer far away from this cleaning service!

My first experience with Saenz Cleaning was amazing and professional. My inquiry was responded to within an hour by Kerry and after clearly communicating expectations for a post new construction home cleaning (that we already moved into) I was given a price and set an appointment. Today Kerry and Paulina showed up on time, were communicative and efficient. Our home is two story and everything had dust on it. I had moderate/realistic expectations and they exceeded them. I left midway through the cleaning and had no worries about leaving them alone. When I arrived home this evening I was beyond happy. I immediately text Kerry and have requested a bi-weekly cleaning moving forward.

This is a small business to support, hardworking and reliable.

I was blown away at how great my place looked after being cleaned. I work all the time so often times I don't have the energy to clean my apartment as thorough as I'd like. Kerry is the absolute best! I needed an emergency deep cleaning and a fellow mom recommended her services, spoke wonders of her so I decided to reach out. Luckily she was able to fit me in for the following morning and took care of all the areas that were bothering me, I was more than impressed with her work. She uses environmentally friendly products, she pays attention to detail, very cordial and her energy is contagious. I’ve hired other cleaning lady’s in the past and have never been as satisfied as I was with Kerry I will definitely be calling her again. If you’re looking for an amazing cleaning service contact her you won’t be disappointed!

It's hard to express just how poor of a job they did in my home. I was supposed to get a deep clean as a first time customer. Three cleaners came out, they spent no less than three and a half hours in my home, nearly two of which was in my bedroom. They did a good job on the shower doors at least. They failed to vacuum under any furniture in my home, and honestly it looked as they tried to avoid even going near the furniture. They didn't dust any of the ceiling fans, the headboard on my bed, or light fixtures. When they finally "finished", there was some sort of film on my floor that left footprints anywhere you walked. It also seemed as though someone had gone into a closet in my bedroom for which there was no reason to go in.

A supervisor actually came out to inspect their work later the same day, which I found to be very refreshing and professional, kudos for that at least. She found many places around my home that had not been cleaned at all, so she had them come back out the following Monday, with a manager at my request. They did somewhat better, but still didn't vacuum under any furniture until I pointed it out. They did dust a little better, but still missed multiple spots. Biggest issue was they "mopped" my floors again, with just a dust mop and lukewarm water (confirmed by the manager), so whatever they left on my floors the first time was and is still there.

I hate giving bad reviews to small businesses, but I feel this one is well deserved.

They were prompt (actually early) and answered questions thoroughly. Every thing looks spic and span. Good job!

We get monthly cleanings with Maid Right and have never been disappointed with their work. Typically we get the same cleaners each time (Elaine and Jeff). They are always friendly and professional, plus our home always looks great by the time they're done!

Had some post construction cleaning I needed to be done. I was able to call Naid Right and schedule a cleaning for the same week. Crew came in on time and did an excellent job. If you look at the little things that you might just accept (like water spots on the shower door), they did an outstanding job cleaning it right up. Everything was done at a very high standard. Would recommend!!!

I was moving into a newly purchased home, and even though the prior owners had taken really good care and cleaned before they left, I was taking no chances with COVID. Setting the appointment was easy, and the person I spoke with was very friendly and professional. On the day of the cleaning the pair of cleaners came on time, did a quick walk through with me (all properly masked and keeping social distanced), and got right to work. In a few hours, the house was sparkling clean! I would recommend Maid Right for any housecleaning needs you have.
