Misty, Jennifer and John cleaned our home on Friday. We were very pleased with their performance. In each room, we were aware that they made an extra effort to pay attention to details. They worked quietly and efficiently. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

Really dissatisfied with this company. Paid them close to 400 dollars to do a move-out cleaning for our apartment and I am very displeased with the results. Aside from the carpet being vacuumed and the bathrooms being cleaned it looks largely the same as it did when we left. Ceiling fans were completely untouched by them, and the inside of our microwave looks worse than before we left, like someone sprayed something in it and forgot to clean it up. Dirty baseboards, walls undusted, just no attention to detail at all. Even the kitchen floor is still dirty. I would avoid this place unless you want to spend a couple hours fixing the things they missed like we now have to do.

Brooke and Jovanny are a wonderful team. Please consider them for Employee(s) of the Month. They are hardworking, very trustworthy, and thorough in their work. They will always accommodate us if we have any little extra chores needed done. I will always look forward to Brooke and Jovanny coming to my home. Thank you.

Very poor service. I hired The Cleaning Authority - Phoenix to clean my home, but they did a terrible job. They missed several areas, didn’t clean properly, and left things looking unfinished. I expected professional service, but it was a big disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

When we became unable to clean our house ourselves, we were advised by a neighbor to try Cleaning Authority. We're glad we did! Dulce organized a regular team to come at suitable intervals and they do a grand job! Daniella and Samaria are cheerful, hard working and respectful of our house. I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority!

Over time the team changes, but Dulce always makes sure there are good people who work well. I can definitely recommend them!

Lexi, Xena and Cynthia did a great job deep cleaning my home. When I pointed out things that were not up to my standard, they had no problem going back and redoing the areas until I was satisfied. They were all pleasant and courteous and I would gladly request them again.
