We booked a deep cleaning service with Cris’s Cleaning Services, LLC, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely detailed. They went far beyond a standard clean and truly delivered a real deep clean.

The crew did a great job. Cynthia, Jovanny, and Joseph were fast and courteous. They cleaned thoroughly. I am very pleased with the results.

The 2 ladies that came to clean our house did a quick, good job (though not quite as detailed as the previous lady who had cleaned for us). There were a few items I felt could have been cleaned more thoroughly; but as long as I don’t have to dust, mop, and clean bathrooms…it’s worth paying someone else to clean once in a while!

Jolene and Kourtanie always do a great job cleaning my house. They show up on time and are very dependable. Most importantly, they are careful not to let my Beagle Sadie escape. She loves to run and it's a chase to get her back. She waits for them at the door and supervises them while they work. Sometimes Kylie the Quality Assurance person comes by. Sadie wags her tail for her too. Sadie thinks they just come here to see her, but they do an excellent job of cleaning my place. Sadie thinks they are worth five stars and I agree.

They never showed up to the estimate and when I called the answering service was unable to get in touch with them. I wasted 2 hours waiting around.

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for almost a year... jeez I don't know how I made it this long without great cleaners. They literally make my life so much easier.. they are priceless. Rhonda and Penny are at my home regularly and take amazing care of my space. I have to be home because of my dogs when they come.. and they are so friendly and comfortable to be around when I have other things to do around the house. I appreciate that : ) Nicole and Jade have been to my place a few times to fill in when I've rescheduled.. and they are great too!

I must say something about the management.. great customer service. Management regularly checks up on things, they make phone calls or call backs easy, and they really work with you to do what's best for all. We have been using the services of The Cleaning Authority for over 20 years and they have always provided exceptional cleaning services. I have lots of sensitivities to fragrances and typical cleaning products and they worked with me to ensure that the products they use to clean my home are fragrance free and don't aggravate my allergies. Today the team of Samantha (Sam) and Kamara were very efficient and thorough, and the house was sparkling when they were finished.

I’ve been using their services for at least a year- I would be doomed without them! Ben and Evy pay such great attention to detail - the house sparkles and smells so great when they’re done (and I have multiple pets)! Office staff/scheduler Tamisha is the best. She is my only contact that is consistent with this office. Because I'm not a full time resident, I don't often get the same cleaning team at my home for repeated cleans- so I'm only rating the team that cleaned most recently. Celia and Brooke performed an outstanding clean with good attention to detail. I appreciate their work ethic in wanting to do the best for their clients.

I have been using Cleaning Authority services for my monthly cleaning of my house, for more than a year, maybe two now. They have always done a great job! I have had a few minor issues that have come up, which is too be expected but when they did they took care of them immediately. To me you only know how good a business really is, when you have issues. It's how they handle them and resolve them and they have always done that. I want to also give a special thanks for Mickie for doing a outstanding job on my most recent cleaning.

Loved this place, been trying to find a great cleaning service and I can say they didn’t disappoint! Scheduled an appointment and they sent out two very professional cleaning crew girls, Rachel was excellent she cleaned areas of my house I hadn’t touched in ages. My son even mentioned his toys had been organized and looked amazing. She’s definitely one of the best I have even requested they come back more often and requested Rachel to be my cleaner. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Today August 5,2024 at first glance, Lisa Sarah and Misty did a good job, especially the floors.

We had Jocelyn, Abbie, and Monte come out for our last service. I was absolutely amazed not only by how thorough they were but how respectful. We have a newborn and I was torn on whether or not to have them come for a while as we get acclimated. This team not only made me feel comfortable but were so respectful of the baby and myself as they worked through the house. (Which im sure you can guess was much more messy than normal!) These 3 individuals and the work and service they provided are the reason I will feel comfortable having them continue to come. Thank you!
