I cannot say enough amazing things about Cris’s Cleaning! From start to finish, they demonstrated unmatched professionalism, integrity, and care not just in the cleaning itself, but in how they handled a delicate situation that would have caused most companies to deflect and disappear.

I hired Cris’s Cleaning to do a move-out clean for my third-floor apartment. Not only did they make the place spotless (seriously, the cleaning was phenomenal and saved me tons of stress during the move), but they went above and beyond when a bathroom light fixture accidentally broke during the process.

Instead of making excuses or dodging responsibility, they took full ownership.

They:

• Texted me immediately with a picture and explanation.

• Proactively spoke to apartment staff to make things right.

• Tried to locate a replacement light fixture online.

• Asked the complex to call them directly so they could purchase and install the replacement.

• Even after the apartment complex charged me a $120 fee (for a $7 Amazon part), Criss Cleaning came back to the complex and attempted to resolve the matter in person—again, no success due to the complex brushing them off.

• And then… they called me and offered to pay the $120 fee themselves. Who does that?!

Just Cris's cleaning services out at my house, and they had my 2400 sq ft home cleaned in 2 hrs. They did a great job! We have never used a cleaning service before and thus was a great first experience. Give them a chance to come out and clean your house, it's well worth it.

I paid for a full deep clean, as you can see in the pictures. Several spots were completely untouched. You can see they didn’t even move the trash can to clean the floor. I reached out to the company with my concern and received no response. They charge per hour, I also saw on my security camera they were about 30 minutes late and left early as well.

Recently hired Cris's team to help with a move-out cleaning service for an apartment that I moved out of. The 2 women who did the job arrived on time, started cleaning the moment they stepped in and left our apartment SPOTLESS. I took a white paper towel across almost all surfaces (including ceiling fans) and no dust left behind! Our apartment was completely empty but it was definitely dirty from all the moving and the usual wear left behind on stove, fridge and shower glass. After returning the keys to the complex we received a call from our complex manager thanking us for leaving the apartment like new. Best part, no charges accrued 😊

Both my husband and I were extremely impressed and hope to hire them again for our new house in a couple of months!

Shanika did a deep clean on our condo and it was done so well. She took her time & made it spotless.

When I first used your deep cleaning service in January 2025, I was charged $300 and was satisfied with the result. However, for my second service, I specifically requested a regular cleaning (not a deep clean), and I was charged $226. Unfortunately, the cleaner did not clean two of the bedrooms, which was very disappointing considering the price.
That’s why I give 1 start.

We hire criss cleaning for a deep clean for our New home here in Surprise and web are supper happy of the quality and service we receive from scheduling to the cleaning. Vera communicative to enero step of the way.

I have worked hand-in-hand with this company for my Airbnb for over two years. not one time have they not been able to schedule an emergency cleaning even around Christmas and New Year’s. I would highly recommend them for your Airbnb VRBO I would also recommend the concierge service if you guys are busy. Just takes a load off of me and focus on the guest.

Susan was excellent; however, I'm not giving the cleaning a 5* because even though I explained when I booked the cleaning that I pay for the screen room and the outdoor front entry to be cleaned, Susan had no idea that she was to clean these places. When I told her,, she graciously cleaned them and did a good job. However, I am dissatisfied as I am usually not here when the cleaning is done so I have no confidence that the screen room and the outdoor front entry will be cleaned even though II pay for them. My husband and I are renting an Airbnb for a few weeks while we have some work done on our house But when we checked in, it was very dirty, so we contacted Cris’s Cleaning Service. I booked online. I got a call back the next day confirming all the details and scheduled a time. The cleaning team showed up on time. They were very friendly & organized. They addressed all the areas of concern and were done and exactly the time they said and the home is sparkling clean. We will use Cris’s cleaning service again

I hired Cris’ Cleaning Services to do a move out clean on my rented unit on March 27. I was charged $685 on top of the $50 deposit. This is a lot of money, but I was okay with paying it to ensure that I would get my security deposit back.

On March 29, I had my walkout inspection and the inspector continuously mentioned how dirty my unit was left and how I should reach outback to the cleaning company. The oven and fridge was very clean, but otherwise it did not seem fully cleaned.

I emailed them with photos, and within 30 minutes I got a call that they would send another cleaning crew immediately. I really appreciated this, as I had handed over the keys and I can no longer access the unit. They worked with property management to enter. Later, the property manager let me know that they were there less than an hour.

On March 31, I was notified that the unit was still dirty and NOT in move out condition. I emailed Cris’ Cleaning Services again on March 31 and again on April 1 and have not heard back yet. That is recent and there is still time to respond, but I am facing losing some of my security deposit after paying hundreds of dollars.

I have attached photos of my unit after the first cleaning (I have not been able to enter after they returned, but I was assured it is still dirty.)
