Nicole and Roger were an absolute delight to work with! They put their heart and soul into making sure that everything in my house was sparkling clean for my upcoming family guests! I felt that they really went above and beyond in doing a great job! Communication with the office was easy and efficient! I highly recommend Merry Maids to anyone who wants a good cleaning job done well!!

They needed more time to clean so wanted me to pay more. The kitchen was not deep cleaned just surface cleaned. I was told they would clean cabinets but they only did the level of their height. Bottom of drawers were still sticky requiring me to clean them myself. They ran out of time so did not sweep and mop either. I think getting photos of the space would be more helpful in determining how much time is needed. And possibly more people cleaning as well.

merry maids has quite a few good reviews online. so based off that I decided to use there services. Filled out the information they requested online and after a day or so I received a phone call to schedule a walkthrough through my home. which then she gave me accurate quote for first time deep clean and repeated weekly services. 1st one time fee for deep clean was $1,100 And after that once a week $299 per week. They said if you do a agreement that you will keep us on for 6 months. We will discount $400.00 off the 1st deep clean service at that I said sure we were planning to keep them on board for the long run then she said but if you decide to cancel before the 6 months we will charge your card the $400 for not keeping your agreement. after they did 5 repeated cleanings to my home. I received a call notify me that they needed to increase the weekly payment by $144.00 more which would bring my total to $443.00 a week. they mentioned that their employees were taking way too long to clean my home and due to that that they needed to charge me more money and that if I wasn't OK with the new price then I can go ahead and cancel my service and that they would just charge me the additional $400! to my credit card, for not keeping my agreement. I said but I'm not canceling my agreement you’re forcing me to cancel and the Lady said it works both ways if we cancel or you cancel! don't hire these Marry Clowns to clean your home. they don't honor their own agreement and if they can get more money out of you they will.

Emmet did a great job moping.. he and Monique did mostly floors.. only.. but they are much better.. i appreciate their hard work.. it was a large area.. to cover..

**in response to MM’s feedback- you offered to come back between 1pm-4pm, 6 hours after you opened, not “within the hour”, and yes that did not work for us due to all of our family being in town at our home for the Thanksgiving holiday. Your idea of “fair” compensation for needing to re-do the bathrooms, kitchen, and the floors in a 30 min timeframe, is asinine considering it took a team of two people, THREE HOURS to initially do just that and they missed the mark so heavily. My husband and I already cleaned after you all left to make the house presentable. So yes, I don’t need you to come back Friday to clean what should’ve already been cleaned… and what we have since already cleaned ourselves. Like I said, I spent $494 and I still had to clean my own home.

Absolute SHAM of a company. Highway robbery- $494 to clean my 1,100 sqft apartment (that we clean often, so it’s in pretty decent condition as is). My husband and I were quoted $262, and wanted to treat ourselves to a clean house, ahead of hosting our first Thanksgiving with our newborn and extended family. The team of two people were responsible for only 1 of our 2 bedrooms, 2 small bathrooms and the kitchen/living area (which is the same room). They were here for 3 hours!!! The photos/videos taken less than 10 minutes after they left just speak for themselves. As soon as they left my husband and I scoured our home, covering what they missed so terribly to make it suitable for our guests. “Customer service” offered to reimburse me $75, which equates to 30 min of work, as that what she quantified as enough time to fix all of the issues. My question is- how on earth did it take them THREE HOURS ($152 per hour) and leave things in such bad shape? I’ve sent all of the photos and videos to management and they stand by their service. Light your money on fire and clean your house yourself before hiring Merry Maids.

I highly recommend Dawn with Mary maids. I wish I would’ve reached out sooner, she did a fantastic job, very thorough and communicated well. She is very kind and even gave me tips when I asked what I could do as a customer to make my next appointment more efficient. My whole kitchen is sparkling, clean and smells so good.
If you are looking for a cleaning service, I would definitely recommend Dawn if it’s just for a once over or regular cleaning you will not be disappointed.

For the Cleaning CREW I give 5 STARS !! THEY ARE TERRIFIC!! For Jessica the Phone Rep in training EXCELLENT PHONE SERVICE and SMILE CAN BE HEARD IN VOICE. A little overpriced but they really accomodated me and the service was worth EVERY PENNY!! Also they were able to come SAME DAY 2 days before the Christmas Holiday. Thank YOU!! THANK YOU!! I’ve tried several different cleaning services throughout the valley. Most of them left business cards at my doorstep. And I used one prominently featured one, Molly Maids. Honestly, I confused them with Merry Maids — big difference!
I have high expectations for my home because I suffer from allergies and asthma. Merry Maids uses products that are allergy friendly. The team that goes to your home have been fully vetted — background checks. So I’m at ease when they enter my home.
I had the initial deep clean, which was excellent. We’ve had two more monthly cleanings that stayed consistent each time. I highly recommend Merry Maids. Quality and peace of mind.

The reason I left 5-star review is that I was thoroughly pleased with the level of professionalism with the company owner, Jen and her staff Cristal and Zoley.

The three of them made a huge impact on my home, casita and storage shed. The first job was deep cleaning. The house is now sparkling clean with a fresh smell. They tackled hard-to-reach corners, the baseboards and got all the scum in the three bathrooms. I was so impressed with the services I have now scheduled biweekly services to maintain this level of cleanliness and tidiness in my home, which is very important to me. Merry Maids provided a much-needed service for me as I did not have the time to do this level of cleaning myself. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. The staff were punctual and accommodated my presence in the home as I work from home.

I would highly recommend Merry Maids and Jen and her staff for any cleaning needs one might have.
