This company is an excellent communicator, very professional and personable, they were on time every time and very accommodating to our needs. They were very competitive with their prices and thorough in explaining to us the processes used to remove our items such as a piano, large refrigerator etc. At the last minute a friend of a friend asked for our piano and junk king Buckeye immediately said they could do that. We highly recommend this company!

I again used JunkKing today 09-06-2025 and the two employees (Even and Chuck) came on time and ready to get to work. They truly went above and beyond expectations and even asked if I had more stuff to discard (I did). I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and its staff.

Jaden & Hondo were very helpful and polite. They kept me updated on arrival status, were upfront about pricing estimates, and even informed me about their disposal/donation process. They took care of everything quickly and even took some time for a little small talk to ensure I was comfortable. I would 100% call them again for any removal service I will need in the future.

If you want a thriving and successful organization, the two individuals that showed up to my property these are exactly the gentlemen you should employ. They were courteous, professional, and well aligned with the values of your company. They took the time to clearly explain the charities and organizations that could potentially benefit from my donated items, which I greatly appreciated. It means a great deal to know that some of my belongings will continue on to positively impact someone else’s life.

Very fast! And very kind I had called at around 11 and by 12:30 everything was finished. Granted I didn’t have a lot to remove but the state of which they had to go through was pretty tedious and they handled it with efficiency and kindness. I should have offered water but they were so fast I didn’t think about it until they left. 10/10 plus they are pet friendly!

Jaden and the guys were great. Had a fairly large project. Had them out due to microburst that destroyed our tack shed and 3 horse stalls. They came out, cut it all apart and hauled it off. Their pricing is great in comparison to other companies. Better yet, is the fact that they recycle and donate as much as they can. They recycle and the proceeds go to Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation and any reusable is donated to Goodwill rather than taking everything to the dump. Would recommend 10 out of 10 for sure.

Helpful staff, Augustine in the garden department goes above and beyond to help the customer. She's personable and cheerful.
