Larry and his team did a great job of cleaning our house in preparation for its sale. Windows and surfaces were spotless. I would recommend this company for your house cleaning needs.

After having an insulation disaster when a gentleman stepped through the ceiling of our dining room while a new air conditioner was being installed, we needed to have a deep cleaning done of most of our home. Team 6 was absolutely amazing. They arrived on time and made our home sparkle like a new model home in 4.5 hours. They even made a bow out of toilet tissue in the bathrooms and a fan in an envelope fold on the paper towel roll in the kitchen. I highly recommend this cleaning company

This company will come out and say they can do a full cleaning and will be perfect! But when they came they stretched almost every window in the house that was worth over 5 millions dollars! They don’t not care about your home they are just trying to make a quick buck! Don’t use them

I live in a 938 square. ft. Condo. Which I keep pretty clean. We were putting our place up for sale and needed someone quickly. Wish I had checked the reviews. I was quoted 50.00 per person, a team of 4. About 2 hours. They were here over 3 and cost me 666.00. Never again.......

They were very good. They did a good job and they were fast. And on time. Thx larry

Special Ops brings to mind military with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. That is not what I experienced. Instead, I had 4 women (all of were very pleasant and smiling), only one of whom spoke broken English so communication was hampered. They were to be here 2 hours for a deep clean and if they needed more time, they were to call with permission to keep going. They went an extra hour without calling. After a few phone calls and clarification of the issue (thank God for technology that documents calls), they agreed to the original price.
Some things were well done, cleaning-wise. Not deep cleaning, however. This was to include moving the refrigerator and cleaning behind it. I had a plumber come today for an unrelated fix, and when he moved the fridge - well, I'm attaching that great
cleaning job that was done. Needless to say, I will not use them again nor refer any of my friends to them. -
Top notch in every way; thorough, diligent and so helpful! So glad to have the team available for those extra projects we don't have time to tackle, and they do a much better job than we would even if we had the time!

Used the service for deep cleaning. The crew did a great job.

The Perfectionist Cleaning service is amazing. They pay attention to detail and are very thorough. The only drawback for me is that they sometimes arrive earlier than expected and I am not quite ready for them. Other than that, all is perfect!

Great team work! These ladies go to town and get it done. My house sparkles! Thank you.

This company is a complete scam. What should have taken 1 hour 1 1/2 hours tops they charged 4 hours for. I would walk into a room and the cleaner was on her phone every single time. They charge by the hour so you are at their mercy. I called and complained and sent pictures of the work UNDONE and they agreed to not charge the entire 4 hours. 2 months later I see a $498 charge on my account!! They send workers out who do not speak english so there is no way to communiate with them. I am charging back all of the fees and reporting them to the department of Labor, BBB, AZ Corp Commission - DO NOT USE

It's been a few years and I still think about how much this company took advantage of me. Looking back at other poor reviews I am comforted, yet saddened, that I i am not alone in this experience. Please use your hard earned money with a more reputable company!
At 44p/hr per person with a 3 person team I'm flabbergasted that it took them hours to clean a newly remodeled home, not completely furnished, with no kids and only a small dog. At that rate, number of people, and time spent I would expect my house and appliances completely spotless and my walls, baseboards, window tracks, vents, etc. to be thoroughly cleaned (they weren't). The job completed was just barely better than what I do on my own and some products used actually destroyed the type of finishing I had in the bathrooms which I didn't notice until later that evening. I paid hundreds of dollars for this. I suppose if you've never cleaned a day in your life, have kids and animals tearing up the house and needed a basic cleaning the service would be worth it. The initial room took 20 minutes which is the most used and has the most stuff. Yet rooms that are barely touched with all new and clean items took longer? I cannot justify the cost with the quality and time spent. I chose this company because of the name, description, and what was promised. False advertising and highway robbery. It looks decent til you look at the details. I wish I had paid more attention to them but being they are "professionals", I thought they knew best. -
From the first conversation with Dillion to schedule the cleaning, to the completion of the job, my experience with this company was 5 stars. The cleaning team from Perfectionist was great! Macarena the team leader was wonderful. Very responsive to my requests. Loved that they had all the tools needed and the team looked very professional. Thank you!!

I’ve been working with the SOCT for three years now. They do an amazing job cleaning my windows and screens. The scheduling process is simple, their people are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for your cleaning projects.

A business that delivers what it promises? How refreshing! As a first step in a home remodel, I arranged for a "dust-free" company to remove 800 SF of porcelain floor tile throughout my home. It was completed in one day, but I arrived home that afternoon to find my home chockfull of dust on every surface.
Because I have a chronic lung disease, I reached out to the Special Ops Cleaning Team, a business I had made note of some months after seeing them on IG but had not used. This was a Friday, not just any Friday, but Friday of Super Bowl weekend and the Phoenix Open. But Dillon answered the phone at 3:00p (thank you Dillon!) and had a crew at my home by 4:45p the same day. Allison and her team of 4 cleaned my home of all the construction dust in one hour. These 4 women worked hard, cleaning light fixtures, washing down tubs and showers, kitchen cabinets, window shutters, etc. I will gladly hire them again when my remodel is finished in a few weeks. Thank you! -
Larry cleaned my entire 4300 square foot home in 4 hours with his team! Fantastic job in such a short amount of time!
-
Very friendly and they were fantastic! Worked quickly and very thorough. I had drywall dust through the whole house and they cleaned everything from ceiling to floor exceeding my expectations. Everything is shiny and sparkling clean! I would highly recommend them!

Avoid this company. I was charged more than double the price I was quoted, and they did not clean everything they were supposed to. It's been a battle to get ahold of anyone and they are constantly out of the office, or unavailable.
I am selling my house and reached out to this company to have them do a move-out cleaning service. My house is 1500sqft, 3 bed, 2 bath and was completely vacant. I provided this information to the company and they quoted the job would require 3 cleaners, and take about 3 hours for an estimated cost of $450. I agreed to the quoted price and scheduled the cleaning. When the team arrived, they had an additional cleaner with them, which I was not made aware of prior to their arrival. I didn't think this was a big deal and assumed the job would take less time. My house was by no means what you would consider a "dirty house." It was recently renovated, and basically needed floors vacuumed, windows cleaned, surfaces wiped down, and bathrooms cleaned. Somehow, even with 4 people, it took them over 5 hours to clean the 1500sqft house and they charged me over $1000! For that price, I would have expected a top to bottom cleaning (which is what they said they would do), but they left all walls, baseboards, vents, inner cabinets, and the garage untouched. They also ruined the finish on our toilet seat with whatever cleaning products they used, and left grey residue on our kitchen counters from what I'm assuming were their dirty rags. My wife and I went back to the house after the team "cleaned" it to finish wiping down the missed surfaces. We simply used Clorox wipes and a duster to achieve what the "professionals" could not.
I reached out to the company afterward and let them know the situation. They offered me a $100 refund (bringing my cost to $916, still more than double what I was quoted). I explained that this was inadequate and requested an additional $300 refund ($616 total cost to me, still $166 more than the $450 quoted). The manager told me they would speak to the owner of the company about the matter. However, it's now been two weeks and they have still not given me a response. It's very difficult to get ahold of them, and when I do get through, they beat around the bush and offer excuses.
I will update this review If I hear back from them, but at this point, it seems like a lost cause.
Update: since posting this review, they have refunded the additional $300 I requested. -
Customer service was great and I was excited for the clean of our newly remodeled home. 3 hours and $600 later my house requires another clean. It is still dusty, hair was in the powder room skin and every serface I touched was dirty and dusty. I gave feedback to the person I spoke to when I scheduled and my solution is to not use them again. Expensive and subpar outcome.
