They climbed on ladders to clean in high places, moved chairs to clean in low places, dusted the blinds and every visible surface. They even emptied my vacuum and cleaned the bin.

I hired this company to clean my home for a move out service. They originally quoted us $50 per person per hour and advised it would likely be a team of 3 and would take roughly 3 hours to clean. Based on other company prices, the original quote seemed fair and this company was recommended to us. The day of the cleaning 4 people showed up and it took them 5 hours. As I said in the beginning this was a move out cleaning so nothing was in the house. They charged us over $1000 and left numerous areas uncleaned. We reached out the same day and advised the manager of our concerns and she said they would refund us $100. The job they did was not worth $900, so we requested to speak with the owner. We had to go back and clean the house again which took my spouse and me only 1 hour to wipe down all the walls and baseboards, wipe off the counters and shelves, scrub the washable marker out of the rug, dust, and touch up paint they chipped. They also scrubbed the toilet with some solution that took the finish off so it’s destroyed and we will have to replace it. We have tried to reach out to the company and have gotten the run around for 2 weeks

My tenants moved out after 1 year of living in my new home that was built in 2023. To say that I was heartbroken at the filth that was left behind is an understatement. I called Special Ops Clean team and they sent out 6 team members that were at my house from 8am until 6:30pm! My hope was restored and their entire team was so kind, professional, detailed, respectful, and went above and beyond anything I was expecting. Luis, Jose, and the entire crew were efficient and while they were fast, they didn't cut corners or skip anything. Very much appreciated and highly recommend this excellent company!

I just had Elizabeth out yesterday with two other gals and they were so friendly and enthusiastic. They deep cleaned a bathroom and bedroom for us which was in a state of complete disrepair. I’m amazed at how clean it came out. The price is pretty incredible for what you get. I’ve been quoted similar pricing per hour for one person and they have a whole team to get the job done fairly quickly. I will definitely use them again! Such great customer service and excellent work! A++

I hired Special Ops Clean Team to help with post-renovation cleaning of my occupied house and they did not disappoint! Larry (#8) and his team were very professional, and after a quick tour, they immediately jumped in to tackle the job. Ceiling to floors ... everything was dusted and cleaned ... even areas in the kitchen that I thought they wouldn't do (like the inside of the microwave)! The final results were/are SO MUCH better than I could ever do and am strongly considering hiring Special Ops again for regular monthly service to keep my place in tip-top shape. I recommend this company ... hire them .. you won't be disappointed!

Perfectionist Cleaning Services provided superb cleaning. Macarena was the head cleaner. They arrived in a timely manner. They brought their own products and equipment. They worked quickly and diligently. Ceiling fans were cleaned, without asking. Dusting, floor washing, counters and mirrors were immaculate. I highly recommend this crew

If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would! I’ve had “deep” cleanings in the past by other services here in phx. They don’t hold a candle to Allison and her team!!! Every square inch of this house was wiped down from ceiling to floor. They even did the dishes AND PUT THEM AWAY! I am so incredibly excited to have finally found a team that’s worth their weight in gold. Truly remarkable. They worked around our furniture, moved a big reclining sofa and vacuumed behind it + cleaned the baseboards behind it!! Every ceiling, fan, air duct, chandelier was meticulously wiped off. Every single window and windowsill in the house was cleaned with a great amount of care, including the glass surfaces of a corner China hutch! I am blown away! They were kind, courteous, didn’t mind that I still had a little clutter that I was working on cleaning up for them while they worked! A++ Thanks yall so much!!! God bless you!
