I have a been a customer for this business for years. They are fair if something is not to your standards just tell them they will make it right. They are on time friendly and very restful.

Just had a very rude experience with a Aztec employee yelling at me from his truck at MidFirst bank. Dude was sitting in both lanes in the drive through so I went to the open one to his right. 1 minute later he drives up to the window of MidFirst bank, but instead of going about his business, he hollers at me “hey buddy nice job cutting in front of me! Real slick! (Ect.)” I’m not sure why he needed to say anything but some people are just like that apparently. I haven’t had business with them and never will now. (Anthem, AZ)

The Azteca landscaping crew trimmed and thinned a very large tree in my back yard. The did a great job. They were efficient, skilled, and did a great job cleaning up the mess. Thank you Azteca!!

Franki and his crew do amazimg work. My jungle of a backyard was so over grown we coulnd even see the back wall. They had it cleaned up and looking great in no time at all!

Travis came out, reviewed the issues and potential solutions. We selected the right option for us and he got down to work, then and there.
The owner texted me later that day to ensure that their service met our needs and expectations. It did, completely. Since then, we've referred a neighbor (who was equally impressed).
NOTE: I ended up at Azteca Pest Control because of their outstanding customer satisfaction. The better known national-mega$$$ competition has great sales folks backed up with top-notch marketing materials; however, if you check their customer satisfaction (Google+, YELP, Angie's) --where the rubber meets the road--they fail miserably.

Never delt with Azteca before as the house we bought had a termite warranty on it from the previous owner. Sadly I'm still waiting for one of their "top notch" techs to show up. It's now an 62 minutes past the appointment time. No phone call or anything. I've called the office but had to leave a message. I even had to take off early from work to make sure I was home. MAYBE I'll change my 1 star review..... if they ever show up or even contact me.

got introduced to Azteca via itrade which is a bartering company where you trade business with credits. The first job they did was the only time they ever came on time and did the job. After that they never showed up until I called and emailed over and over. Finally got them to come out. Job wasn't done. They said they need to spray weed pre emergent every 6 months. They said they did it the first month and then said they needed to do it again two months later which we were charged for both. not sure why twice if it lasts for 6 months. They must have never done it all as we still have weeds all over and when I send them pics of all of the weeds they say maybe we aren't the right fit. I don't like to write bad reviews unless Its very frustrating and thats exactly what this has been. Not sure if its because they are doing my job on trade or not but regardless service and communication have been awful.

Hands on owners with a "what can we do for you" attitude. These guys and gals are the real thing. They have been performing my monthly service for over a year with no problems - meaning I don't see any bugs! They also just started doing my Landscaping service - always on time and willing to go the extra mile to make my yard look good!

Azteca has been providing service to us since our store has been open! Their service has been tremendous! I've gotten the privilege to meet both Travis and Frankie and they're both very friendly, professional, and fair! This is the best pest control service you can find, take my word for it!

Hired Azteca and, Frank the owner, came out and said not to worry, he'd take care of our pool and he does it all himself, he assured us we were in good hands. 2 weeks later some young kid is out there, not knowing anything about pools or our filter trying to clean. A few weeks later our pool had black alge. Another joke of a pool company

The first experience was great. They came out did a great job. Tech was really professional. I thought I found my new pest control company.

That doesn’t seem to be the case now. I have been trying to call and schedule another service this month and I get nothing. I have left 3 voicemails and no phone call back. Some one finally answers the phone and then hangs up on me when I start to go over the details of what I need done. I feel like all they wanted was the was the extra money from the start up fee. Still to this day I have not gotten a phone call back. Let’s just say I will not be using them again. Very disappointed.

Had them for 5 years and originally they were wonderful and my pool was always perfect. But after rotating door pool techs, poor cleaning, never taking the sticks out of the vacuum, missing a week on occasion and constantly having to be on them to keep my PH balanced and finally coming back to a green pool they just “serviced” the day before, I am going elsewhere.
