The entire BDG team is built upon relationships and they truly value their clients. Working with them has always been a joy, and their attention to detail and design is better than I have ever seen! I recommend them 100% of the time. The staff is helpful and always up for a challenge, so much so they feel like family!

Waste of money. Berghoff did a design for our home but didn't listen to our needs at all and when we asked for changes we were met with arrogance and long waits. I should have fired them after the first rendering. Stay away.

Choosing the right landscape designer was a little more challenging than I expected but I am so thankful to been introduced to Berghoff Design Group. The staff genuinely has a family feel helping to make sure to enhance your experience. The have designed some of the most scenic landscapes in the valley and I always enjoy seeing their next project.

I have been a customer of Berghoff Design Group for over 15 years. I recently needed a review and analysis of my irrigation system and I was once again blown away with their level of expertise and professionalism. The two gentlemen that represented BDG were amazing! They knew exactly what my issues were and how to fix them. They also spent time learning from me what my goals and desires were for my landscaping. They made me feel like they really cared. Amazing company!

Horrible service. They don't even pick up the trash around my complex. There'sdebris and trash laying around that should have been picked up weeks or months ago. Customer service is terrible and the owner is rude

Garden West is a wonderful landscaping company. They are always here on time and work non-stop until everything looks great. Matt is very professional and responsive and is always available to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend Garden West Landscaping service.

He sprayed dog poop along my house and didn’t at least spray it off with the water hose. So unprofessional

Garden West is by far the worst landscaping company in the valley. Their inability to manage the sprinklers on a property, in a state where water is critical is beyond wasteful. They also love to replace plants only to watch them die and then replace them again at an additional cost. They plant winter grass that is loaded with clover and continue to heavily water which enhances clover growth. Clover is a weed that chokes out grass.
It pained me to give them even one star they are simply not worth it

Garden West is one of the worst landscaping companies I have ever known. They do a HORRIBLE job maintaining properties. Weeds everywhere, untrimmed bushes, debris everywhere. I know three HOA's that have problems with them. STAY AWAY!!!

Saw you road rage in that blue sedan. Not sure if you realize that Highway Patrol makes home visits, but you should probably drive less recklessly. Also, i dont know why anyone would use a business with these ratings and the quality of people operating it. Steer clear.

This business is top notch. Great communication, easy booking appointments and they have reasonable quotes. Friendly staff and owner is hands on. Can’t say enough about how happy we are dealing with this company.

Received 2 advertising mailers with Shane Beus signature (photo). Woman who answered hung up on me when I asked to be removed from the mailing list. Called back and she said she gets these calls all the time and there's nothing she can do. I asked to speak with marketing and she hung up on me again. Tried calling back several times and no one would pick up.

I’m impressed by the professionalism of Arizona Tree Trimmers and give them 5 stars.

I live in a large RV resort with over 3000 palm trees. It is amazing to watch the crew tackle this huge job. Robert seems to be the lead man on the job and his enthusiasm, hard work, and strong work ethic are incredible. I'm so glad our park found this company to do the trimming job this year. Trees are trimmed and all the debris gets cleared and cleaned up the same day. Awesome! Highly recommended.

We received service on 5/5. This was the second year using this company to trim our tree in the backyard. The tree trimming came out amazing, however, one of the workers set one of their tools on our turf and burnt a hole in it. We contacted the sales department after the workers were done and we noticed the burn. We still have not heard back on how Phoenix Tree & Landscape will make this right. We have left messages with no response back.
