This company really cares about customer opinion and concerns. I have never seen a company respond so quickly to calls or inquiries.

They have the complete landscaping contract of HOA. However, the main thing that they do, because they ignore their contract, is mow the grass once a week. They don't even complete mowing the grass in front of 65 townhomes. Today I found the grass in front of my home trimmed edged but not mowed. I found others in the community not trimmed or mowed. They've allowed the shrubbery to overgrow the sidewalks, creating a hazard for the owners here in both mobility and security. I was on the board of directors when we hired this company, we hired them because of their promises, their contract, and the price. It turned out to be my most disappointing decision of my 3 years on the board.

Our HOA hired these people and they do the bare minimum. Every week I see them cleaning the same spot. Nothing else, just the one spot. Our community is larger than just the front entrance. The washes are a mess, the streets and sidewalks are over grown with weeds. Such a disappointment for the increase in HOA dues to pay these clowns.

Very disappointing experience with AME. Everything seemed okay in the beginning however they revealed their true colors. No accountability when issues were raised very unprofessional. Respect and integrity unfortunately were not strengths of the company. Proceed with extreme caution !

Highly recommend AME for your landscaping needs! I have been working with this vendor for over 3 years. They handle the landscaping at my very large property that sits on over 25 acres of land. They do a wonderful job!

If you need some artificial turf, these are your guys! They were extremely responsive to my request for an estimate. The sales representative, Steve, came out to our house within the week. He was professional, knowledgeable, and (best of all), he wasn't pushy. He gave me time to collect additional estimates and talk things over with my husband. After collecting three different estimates, we realized that Synscapes was the cheapest (by several hundred dollars). It was easy to get back in contact with Steve, and the crew was at our house the NEXT DAY. Installation was completed within a few hours, and the turf looks and feels amazing! I'm extremely pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of this company....I highly recommend!

We had our artificial turf installed last week, and it looks fantastic! Tonnie Wilk was our sales representative, and was so professional and accommodating. During the first meeting she brought several samples to our home, then quickly sent over quotes for each. We gave her the budget we needed to work with, and she provided us with our options. During the installation, she checked in frequently and made sure we were completely satisfied with our new yard. The installation crew worked efficiently and did a detailed walk through with us. In a couple places that did not look right to us, they immediately attended to. Additionally, they gave their direct number for any issues that may arise later on. I would definitely recommend SYNLawn based on a very professional business and quality product!
