The first impression I had of Arizona Artificial Lawns was the salesman, Jim Sartor. He was very professional, honest and he answered my many texts and emails late into the night. I was always kept abreast of any changes, which allowed us to get the results we really wanted. I was also impressed with the landscapers, and for a project that took 9 hours, they didn't ask to use my restroom once. I'm gladly sharing pics of the finished project.

True Perfection!!! Working with Todd was great!! He was informative, responsive and accomodating. He oversaw the installation. The work crew was friendly and hard working and the turf turned out great. We couldn't be happier with the end result. The turf really sets the house off nicely and there are no more unsightly weeds or bare spots. What an AMAZING transformation. We highly recommend working with Todd and Arizona Artificial Lawns.

The turf I had installed came out perfect and very reasonably priced. Genaroh was great to work with I trusted him with the process. Due to the slope required in my yard I had a hard time believing it would look as good as it came out! I also had a fire pit ring area done in pavers and every paver was cut perfectly to make an even circle! 100% recommend this Arizona Artificial Lawns!

Dave was great! It being my first time using a landscaping company, he was very knowledgeable and patient as I had so many questions during the process of designing my backyard. They completed the installation in one whole day. The workers were amazing. I am super satisfied with the work.

Ever since they installed the artificial turf in 2021 I've had issues every time it rains with grass growing all along the edges and up through the middle. I've repeatedly have had issues with them responding to phone calls sometimes taking months before I hear back. Now they reach the point of not responding. The purpose of installing the turf was to make my life less stressful sadly it has made my life more stressful. They told me I couldn't do anything because it would void my warranty but yet they haven't done anything to fix the issue.

I’ve had two experiences with Arizona Artificial Lawns. The first time I had them install turf in both the front and back of my property. The second was a repair/replacement caused by landscaper damage. Both times this company took great care of my yard and it looks fantastic. The workers did a phenomenal job as it’s quite labor intensive. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

We had Encore Landscape install our Christmas lights. They did an awesome job and it looked very professional.

Encore manages the landscaping for our entire commercial real estate portfolio. With everything from office, retail and industrial properties, to residential HOA communities in north Scottsdale, the team at Encore is simply the best.

We use Encore to trim our trees in our small private HOA community. We have a lot of trees and they did a great job with trimming. Craig is very responsive to our needs and the works was completed very professionally.

Unprofessional with absolutely complete lack of courtesy or respect. I had the honor of try to make a delivery while a handful of Encore employees, parked in the loading zone stood around talking and playing. When asked to please move their vehicle, as they were clearly not working, I received a rude response. If this is the type of work ethic and employee behavior that can be expected I would highly recommend using another company.

Not a good look for you guys when your workers are blasting music late at night and drinking off the hood of a company truck. This is in the parking lot of an apartment complex next to a residential neighborhood.
