JJJ completed tree service which included removal of one tree and trimming of another. They were prompt, efficient, careful not to damage surrounding landscaping/fencing and did a very thorough clean up when done. All in all I thought they did an amazing job, were very competitively priced and am very happy with the job.

Triple J was great with communication. He was on time and he explained everything to me without feeling pressured. I use him for all my landscaping needs. He even fixed my irrigation solenoid I had no idea about that was leaking all over my year Thanks again man

Part of my drip system stopped working. I was able to get appointment the next day. The crew arrived on time, checked the valves, replaced some lines and put the yard back together. Everything is working well. I am a pleased customer.

When we were having problems with our drip/irrigation system, we were so grateful that Jaime at Triple J promptly called us back and said he could come out the next day.

Jaime quickly diagnosed the problem with our drip system. Jaime was honest with us about his concerns about our drip system, which he was able to easily explain and clearly demonstrate to us. His team was able to come out within 1 and 1/2 weeks. It took them less than 3 hours to install the new irrigation system and everything was working perfectly and looked much better than the old system.

About a month later, we reached out again to Jaime because we had concerns about our water pressure and the drip system. Jaime came out again within 2 days and did some extra work and now everything is fixed. We really like how Jaime is reliable, fair, and generous. Update to owner response: I have paid you, via Zelle. You have my phone # and can see this. As stated below, I paid the difference between the original $450 and the cost of another company to come complete the job you failed to, as well as $25 to replace two bottlebrush plants that were destroyed. You can see photos of those plants, the broken pot, and some after pics that show that the majority of my yard was not tended to in the 50 minutes your crew was at my home. The main worker who yelled at me also said he took before and after pictures …. Perhaps he doesn’t want to show you those as it will show the lack of work. As stated, my lawn was very overgrown, but I didn’t agree to pay $450 to have the grass weed waked by a man who chain smoked, and then have my plants/pot broken, and a mess left at my home.

Unfortunately I did not have the same experience that others apparently have. My backyard was extremely overgrown, and I had two dead plants in the front yard that needed to be removed, along with a full landscape all around. I was quoted $450 which is high, but I was assured that “they aren’t the cheapest, but they do the job right”. Which is what I wanted, so I agreed, after all I do have a lot of plants and trees. They arrived at 5:46am and were gone by 6:50am. They did have 5 men working, and removed a lot of grass from the mowing, but that’s about all they did. One man was smoking the whole time he worked, they managed to hack two plants to death and broke a pot. My trees and bushes were not trimmed (more like hacked away at for 20 seconds each) and the clean up was basically non existence. When I spoke with the main worker, he was argumentative and extremely rude, shouting at me and saying “they don’t do that”. He had already sent his workers away and said they can’t do it now as it’s too late. Thankfully, I have cameras around my home that show the effort and job that was actually done, and took pictures of the completed job. After contacting another landscaping company, I was given a $250 estimate to come finish the job and replace the plants that were killed. I did pay Triple J the difference, which I probably shouldnt have. Would not recommend this company.

We scheduled a specific time to meet, and Jay showed up literally right on the button. That kind of punctuality is rare and appreciated. On top of that, the quality of work was outstanding. This is hands down the best tree trimming, landscaping, and gardening services there is in the game. Professional, reliable, and clearly someone who takes pride in what they do. Highly recommended.

I have worked with Back to Nature for many years and think they are one of the best landcare companies in Arizona. They have very professional crews who are highly trained. They have done excellent work at HOA's I managed as well as at my home. They recently completed a tree removal and stump grind at my home.

Back to Nature has done work from general landscaping to very specialized design. Their irrigation team is very experienced. Their arbor care division is the best! I have had them care for trees at my home, including fertilization, removal, stump grinding and more.

I've seen what their construction division can do and it is amazing! From simple to complex, they can do it. I highly recommend Back to Nature.

So I recently had my trees done and they were amazing they were made to my expectations. When I talked to them they were really nice. I think they are outstanding

They destroy the trees and plants in our gated community. We've actually watched plants die because they cut them until there is nothing left. They need to properly train their workers on how to TRIM trees and plants. The workers cut away until there is nothing left. They're doing more damage than anything.

Best Landscaping company ever! Does a tremendous job with trimming trees and maintaining my companies landscape. Absolutely love the companies values and owners. They are super kind and flexible when it comes to working with our business schedule.

Worst Landscaping Company in the Valley! I wish they could be rated as negative stars. I've even had the owner of the company at my residence. He promised the issues that myself and other home owners have experienced with his company would be corrected. This was almost a year ago! These guys are the worst! The work is just plain bad. They don't show up when they are suppose to, and if they do show up, (which is rare), expect an awful job! I am pushing for our HOA to get rid of this company. I don't understand how and why they are even in business.

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. We scheduled tree trims and landscaping services with them and they’ve rescheduled and no showed us multiple times. Owner is rude and there are hundreds of landscaping companies put there so don’t waste your time with these guys.
