Lucio, Steve, and the crew at Viva Landscape & Design are courteous, professional, and qualified for my job. I decided to put in sod for my summer grass, and this team did not disappoint. They double checked everything was installed correctly, cleaned up everything when leaving, adjusted a few sprinkler heads a week later, and even provided water tips. This company was not the least expensive when I received the quotes, but the reviews by others helped me to make my decision. If you want a job done correctly the first time, and have the job expectations set, so you know what will happen and when, this is the company to choose.

It was a pleasure to work with the Viva Landscape & Design team. They provided a fair and reasonable quote as we got multiple and this was the most cost effective bid we were given. They set a schedule (Full backyard redone total work days were 3 in total), stuck to the dates and services, and cleaned up after themselves. The project manager kept the line of communication open and answered any questions we have had. If we have any projects in the future they will be the first I call.

We wanted a paver walkway from our driveway to our backyard gate . Viva Landascape a Design came out and gave us an estimate. They were fair and efficient from the very beginning. They finished in one day and left the area very clean and they did a great job.

Viva did an excellent job on sodding a completely, dry, barren 900 square foot piece of dusty "lawn". It turned out great. They even took the time to make sure the sprinklers were not only working, but that they were properly situated to water just right. I would highly recommend, and I plan on using them for other projects.

"I recently hired Viva Landscaping Service to replace my front yard grass with sod and repair my broken sprinkler system. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. Dave, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget despite some financial constraints I'm facing right now.
The installation team arrived early on the day of work and got straight to it, expertly fixing my broken sprinkler system before preparing the yard for sod installation. Given the scorching heat we were experiencing (over 100 degrees by noon), their efficiency was impressive! They worked diligently until completion at 2 PM, leaving no mess behind.
I'm thoroughly impressed with Viva Landscaping Service's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Their prices were fair, and I appreciate the flexibility they offered in terms of payment arrangements. The results are stunning - my yard looks brand new!
