It's only right that I report the owner did, in fact, make good on his word and corrected the error fully. Took some wrangling, however, what's done is done and we can all move on. And the putting green still looks great.

The 2 stars are for installing a decent looking backyard putting green. However, it hardly makes up for being deliberately overcharged on the previously agreed upon price. After bringing the $700 error to the owner's attention, putting faith in his word that he will refund the money that same day, yet then to be left hanging. Still no refund, and now he's no longer able to be reached. Can't help but wonder, how many others has he done this to? Sort of takes the fun out of the entire project. Worse still, I think the putting green now has bad energy surrounding it.

I strongly recommend this team. Noel is man of words and very dynamic. His crew is very experienced and hard working. They turned my backyard in just 2 days. I like the work they did

I had my backyard sod removed and replaced with artificial grass and pavers in Feb 2022.
Fast forward to about a month ago (March 18th, 2023) I reach out to Noel about leaking water under the pavers from a pipe he installed. It took until April 11th 2023 to get someone to come dig up and find out what was happening. Once uncovered it looked like the pipe he used had come loose and detached, causing the leak while the water was on. On April 13th 2023 Noel came and fixed the pipe. He mentioned he would be sending someone to fill the hole and put the pavers back the next day.

No one showed up the next day so I messaged/called and didn’t get a reply until Monday the 17th saying someone would come by April 18th.

No one has come by and now Noel is ignoring my text messages and avoiding my calls. I still have a hole in my pavers that needs to be filled and is a hazard to my little kids. I did not expect this lack of professionalism from this highly reviewed business. Beware the companies you hire when doing big projects, as the cost of working with a smaller company may outweigh a bigger company in the long run.

You might think to yourself, why don’t you fill the hole yourself, and it’s because if a business or establishment is going to offer a guarantee for the work they provide, they should honor it.

Noel and his team did a great job in my backyard. They finished the work on time and left no complaints. You wish and he gets it done. Besides removing existing pavers and installing turf and travertine, I wanted the natural gas connection to be moved to a specific corner. He had a professional come over to install gas pipes and the connections to the barbecue grill as well. He even did an amazing job on the landscaping lights. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good job at a great price.

I used them to install artificial grass in my backyard. I was very happy with how the grass turned out. It looks amazing. They even helped me get rid of some more dirt, since the ground still was quite low enough. The pricing seemed very fair for the whole project. And they were able to come very quickly to give me a quote and to install the grass. The only knock I would say, is the communication wasn’t great at times. It was hard to get responses back at times and he didn’t show up one of the days he said he was supposed to and left no message. But other than that I had no issues. I would definitely use these guys again. They are very good at what they do. I would recommend them if you need the job done quick and for a good price.

I wanted to share my experience with Noel’s company. I had several bids to install synthetic turf but after meeting Noel it was clear that the pride he took In his company’s work was second to none. Noel and his crew showed up ready to work as promised. The installation took longer than anticipated but I never heard one complaint from any of the crew. After the install was done I noticed two lines on two large 15X20 pieces that wouldn’t go away. I called Noel and informed him of the lines. Noel immediately contacted the manufacturer and arranged replacement turf within two days. I can’t say enough great things about Noel and his company. Put you mind at ease and hire Noel’s for your turf needs. I’m thankful that I did.Thank
