My wife and I used Tello's Landscapes for a total front yard makeover and also for some water drainage issues. We worked with Jose who is the owner of the company. Jose came out to do the estimate for us. We had 3 companies come out for estimates, but Jose was by far the best. The price was right in line with the other two companies, but Jose was the deciding factor for us. He was far above the other two companies when it comes to advise and suggestions. We really didn't know how we wanted the yard, we just new we wanted to get rid of the grass and do a desert landscape. We also wanted to replace our sidewalk with pavers. The two other companies did nothing to help with the design ideas. Jose not only gave us suggestions, but he also gave us advise on things we didn't need to do that would help save some money. We have some water drainage issues on the side of our house we needed fixed as well. Jose told us exactly what needed to be done.

His workers were on time and worked extremely hard all day. They transformed our front yard and made it exactly how we wanted it!

Here is the most important part for me... I'm not a landscaper, so there were numerous times where I had concerns on why things were being done the way they were. I called Jose each time and he took the time to explain everything to me. I apologized for bugging him and he said "don't apologize, I want you to bug me as many times as you need, that way all of your concerns are being answered. I want you to be 100% satisfied". Now that is customer service!

They did such a nice job, I'm in the process of getting another quote from him to do a paver fire pit area in our back yard!

Great company to work with! Jose Tellos (owner) showed up right on schedule to provide us with an estimate and really seemed to take the time to understand the project, as well as providing us with a couple of different options that we had not considered. The project began sooner than the planned start date and finished right on (actually a little ahead of) the projected completion date. Each day the work site was cleaned up and organized. Jose consulted with us to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction, and sent his crew members out immediately to correct a couple of very minor discrepancies we noted. The crew were great to work with and we are sooo pleased with how well our back patio/pool area turned out.

They arrived on time and got straight to work removing a palm tree that had grown right next to a block wall. They were quick to work and finished just as quickly. They were pleasant and polite and I will use them again and I will definitely recommend them to others.

Alia's Tree Services and Landscaping is the absolute best!! They are very reasonably priced, very responsive, did an awesome job trimming/pruning our trees/shrubs, were on time, and extremely efficient! Everything looks spectacular!! I called 5 companies after I had storm damage of a tree in my yard. This company was the only one that responded and quickly I will add and they came over to give me an estimate that day. My tree was at risk if it didn’t come down soon and they made it a priority which I so much appreciated. Their pricing was very fair and they even cut the good parts of my tree so I can burn in my fireplace this winter. The stacked the wood so nicely and everything was cleaned up when I returned home. Anna was responsive to any questions I had and they got here to do the job a day earlier with their super busy schedule. Safety was discussed and I appreciated that because my tree was hanging in a common area of my townhome and they already knew how to safely handle it. It was a GREAT experience when I was expecting price gouging because so many people had damage but not them.
