Desert Crest just completed remodeling our backyard and swimming pool. They are simply the best at what they do!
They start by using a drone to map our property. After the design team determined what we wanted, an incredible video was produced.
No shortcut was taken to complete the job. The craftsmen were talented and meticulous. Each had worked for Desert Crest for over a decade. That says something about the Company and and its leadership.

Jesse and his team did a complete demo and remodel of our backyard. Pool deck, building of raised plant beds, stucco the block wall wall, installing a pergola, complete irrigation system, built in BBQ, new pool equipment and comprehensive landscaping. They did an amazing job! Team worked six days a week from early morning to sunset with very few down days until the job was done. All workers were polite highly skilled. I would recommend them to anyone looking to bring their landscape dreams to life.

I can't say enough great things about Desert Crest. Jesse leads his teams with a very hands on, management by walking around, frequent visits to the job site, and complete attention to detail way. He and his team leaders, like Chuck, are extremely knowledgeable, and are great communicators. The culture of their teams is uniformly superb, they don't stop until everything is completely right. I am so grateful that we found Desert Crest, they are as good as it gets!

Charles, our designer, worked with us to keep us on budget. The working crew were at our home every day, working through the heat, and taking feedback as we went along. I don't know how they could do such hot, dusty labor but always be smiling and working.

Oscar, the foreman on the project, was terrific at offering options and changes to the plan, as needed. He is a gem.

Jesse is truly a professional. He's there for answers about our wireless irrigation controller.

We used Desert Crest to update our landscaping this year and we’ve been very happy with the results. Their use of landscape design software really brings the project to life before it’s even started!

They did an amazing job creating beautiful travertine paths and outdoor fireplace sitting area, accented by vegetation and cactus. They transformed our front yard with bushes, cactus and a dry river bed that our neighbors always compliment. We had some minor miscommunications early on in the project and a few plants that needed to be replaced after the project finished, but Jesse was very responsive and fair, and ensured the work was done correctly. Would definitely recommend them!

We had Desert Crest install travertine tiles after they removed all the flagstone from our front, side, and backyards. Jessie did a fantastic job planning the new installation, submitting all the required documentation for approval by our HOA, and supervising his excellent crew. The team’s work was meticulous from the removal of the flagstone to the cleanup following the installation of the travertine. We could not have asked for a better experience. I strongly recommend Jessie and Desert Crest. Their concern for the client and for the quality of their work cannot be surpassed.

We had an amazing experience with Desert Crest! They recently installed artificial turf for our yard and handled all the new irrigation work as well. ■ We contracted with Desert Crest LLC 4 years ago for a complete backyard remodel.
From the very beginning, they were professional, detail-oriented, and delivered a
finished product that far exceeded our expectations. They weren’t the lowest bid, but the quality of
work, attention to detail, and professionalism made them the best choice by far. Recently, I reached out
to Desert Crest for help with several loose and raised travertine tiles. Charles Eisler, our original
designer, personally came to our home to review the issue. Although we were long past the official
warranty period, Charles scheduled a crew to make the repairs at no charge. A few days later, two
workers spent the entire day relaying close to 100 tiles, and the results look brand new. This level of
service, years after the project was completed, speaks volumes about their commitment to customer
satisfaction. Both owner Jesse Inzunza and designer Charles Eisler have been incredible to work with.
We are proud of the backyard they created for us, and we continue to be impressed by their

Yard looks better than before

Our landscape (including pavers, plants and gravel) turned out great. Any issues I had were taken care of quickly. We love our backyard!

Most of my neighbors say good things about Straight Line, but when I contacted them about a paver project, they told me my job wasn't big enough for them to quote and wished me luck with my project. That was disappointing.

4 stars for the final product as we are happy with our yard in the end. But 2 stars for the construction process due to all of the errors along the way (including installing the wrong travertine). 1 star for the customer service as it was nearly impossible to get anyone from the office to respond to our emails and voicemails to discuss concerns and issues.

Straight Line Landscape completely redid our backyard including new pavers, new plants, a pergola and a fire pit. The workmanship was impeccable and everything was completed on time.
