Straightline did a magnificent job on our landscape project. Holly's design work was exceptional and showed that she has a very good eye for colors, design, etc. Every aspect was done very well, from the cooking area and pavers to the plants and stone. Not only did they submit the design that we liked the best, but they had the best price too. I highly recommend them for any project, large or small.

Straight Line Landscape was very responsive to our specific design wishes. We wanted a Santa Barbara/hacienda design and WOW did they design and deliver. Everyone from Holly designing our project, to the foreman and all the work crew were amazing. Straightline did a great job with our yard! We really like the end result. We provided general ideas and Holly was able to make it all come together. They were very flexible with small changes as they were working and always left the job site and street cleaned up! I would definitely recommend them.

We had Straight Line do our back yard in 2011. The electrical work failed the 1st inspection and it was discovered it was done by a landscaper, not a licensed electrician as claimed. The 110v line to the water feature pump was installed incorrectly, leaked, and shorted out after a few years.

Most of the travertine pavers are no longer flat as no proper base was laid below them.

Over the years I’ve replaced many leaky sprinkler risers because cheap cut-off risers were used and break easily.

Today, I dug up another and discovered a plumbing “mess” that defies description. Please see the photo. Seven elbows were used when only 2 were needed and 4 of them were the wrong type. Apparently it was leaking at time of installation and epoxy was used to cover the leak instead of a proper fix.
The epoxy finally failed and required removal and repiping. There were other problems but are too numerous to mention here.
If you want quality work that will stand the test of time, hire another company.

If you're looking for a quality contractor that you can put your faith and trust in to get the job done well and set your mind at ease, then look no more. If you're looking for cheap work, questionable quality, delays and poor communication then you have a lot of options. Straight Line isn't the cheapest but they are the best overall value.

From the get go, we had a landscape designer in Holly who could see our vision but then helped enhance it. She doesn't just draw, she designs. Straight Line's team was very professional, highly organized and the installers were craftsmen. Their teams have been together for many years so they really know how to get jobs done well. They come in with a large group and knock it out, rather than having a few people show up a couple days each week. Travis is highly knowledgeable and great with finding solutions and options to unforeseen obstacles. They put everything in writing which eliminates the he said she said that is rampant in contracting. Bottom line, you can trust them to do what they say and ensure that you're 100% satisfied with your job. They warranty their work as well and they jumped right on the warranty issues that did come up. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Our backyard is a focal point and the place we love to hang out. It's our house that tends to host the neighborhood events and it wouldn't be so without Straight Line.

Changed my front yard from a flat, plain surface into something nice with some contours and a small river rock bed. Chris drew up a few schematics for us and all of them were really well done. I watched some of what the workers were doing and they did a very tidy job.

The entire process was smooth and the final product was excellent.

This is the second major project that we have worked with Straight Line on. We wanted to do a complete revamp of our backyard area for this project but was needed help on ideas. Chris Schalkle, our sales coordinator, asked questions to understand how we wanted the use the back area then provided us with 3D options that helped us visualize what it would look like. Chris’ attention to detail and perfection transformed our space and we could not be happier. Straight Line’s work crews are professional and do detailed work. We had our grass removed and had turf installed along with a spa. We love our new backyard, it's gorgeous! Straight Line was very easy to work with and their people were very professional. Communication was great and we couldn't be happier.
