I have used them for years. Now that my account manager is one of the owners (a son who inherited) my yard looks terrible. I have given them countless opportunities to fix it, but forget it. They are even raising their rates AGAIN!

So done with this company!

UPDATE: They have addressed all my concerns and I kept them. My new account manager is awesome (Thanks Anthony!). My yard is so pretty. I would recommend this company.

Solid work and company. Had them come out for a sprinkler leak and they fixed it for free because it was something simple. Ended up having them do a complete overhaul. Fair priced and friendly company.

Ersland touch has taken care of our yard for a couple of years. The previous owners used them as well. This past summer we had some issues with our irrigation system which caused some plants / trees to die. Anthony and his team worked hard to make things right and in a very timely manner. Ersland Touch has been an incredible caretaker for our yard. The team that comes out for each service is very professional and hard working. They offer a consistent product at each service. The General Manager, Anthony has been great each time that we have spoken or met. Small issues have come up at times (like with anything) but they own them and do everything that they can to make them right, without delay. Great company, great product and great people. I have zero reservations about recommending them to anyone that asks.

Ruined my what used to be beautiful flower plants. 6 in total. Didn't offer a refund or any fixes. Not even an apology. Rather than pruning, they would saw off the top. I don't think they are salvageable. They never give feedback about grass. I found out 1/2 my grass was weeds. Never got back regarding tree trimming. They will ruin your lawn. Someone who sits in an office, sends marketing emails, and doesn't supervise, nor can you speak to the crew. Don't waste your money.

Ersland Touch Landscape company has serviced our property for close to ten years. We appreciate their thorough care of our lawn (including planting our winter grass), periodic trimming of bushes, planting seasonal flowers and maintenance of our sprinkler systems. They have always been helpful and accessible when we have concerns or requests, and we appreciate their prompt attention when we reach out. The supervisor, Anthony, has always been helpful, reliable and very kind. Patricio services our property and he, too, is always helpful and cheerful. We are grateful for a company that has been trustworthy and professional. We would highly recommend Ersland Touch Landscape!

I have complained to the Owner many times RE; various Issues and my Voice goes unheard. Today is the end of that. I witnessed one of his Employees Peeing on Our Property. The Owners response, "I'll tell him not to do that."
