Rob and his team truly exceeded my expectations! I was often undecided on what to do - our yard is big and it is an unusual shape. He welcomed the design challenges with enthusiasm. I felt free to share all my ideas (and I had a lot of them). They also worked within our budget and made changes when necessary to meet it. We decided to continue to use his group for our the maintenance of our yard and it has never looked better. My kids now call it "the park" because it is so beautiful.

Rob landscaped my entire property and it was perfect. Exactly as promised at a fair price. I've moved and I'm in the process of using him again. I have no concerns about Rob's design skills or creativity and he and his team do what they say they will. Highly recommended.

Rob and his crew were a pleasure to work with on an expansion of our rear patio. It was a small project but it was completed efficiently and with attention to detail. Rob and his crew were great and did an amazing job installing new pavers on my back patio. It was a small job by most standards, and many companies I called wouldn’t even give me a quote. But Rob squeezed me in between some larger projects and it took his crew just 1 day to complete my patio. So happy with the results, and his crew were efficient and very courteous. They earned these 5 stars and I’d happily have them back to complete the rest of my back yard in the future.

We hired Coconut Contracting based on a referral from a friend who lives in McCormick Ranch. We were looking to completely redo the landscaping on a townhome we purchased in Scottsdale that had very basic landscaping. This is our second home today and will be our retirement home in a few years, so getting it right mattered.

We had already started plans with another designer, but that relationship did not work out—the designer simply didn’t “get” us. Rob was different from the very beginning. He listened carefully to everything we wanted and immediately understood our priorities. When I explained that we had a small yard and wanted to make use of every inch, he fully embraced that challenge.

Our vision included an outdoor kitchen with both a gas grill and a Kamado grill, a fountain, a beehive fireplace, pavers covering roughly 80% of the yard, and a cactus-forward desert aesthetic. We were also considering a pergola and a covered extension. We started the planning process months in advance, and Rob was patient throughout. We went through multiple design iterations as we refined and dialed in the plan, and he never rushed the process. His large-scale, highly detailed drawings were extremely professional and gave us confidence before construction ever began.

We were out of state at our primary residence for roughly the first 75% of the project. I had cameras installed at the front of the property and could watch some of the early progress remotely. About halfway through the project, I came out to select the granite for the outdoor kitchen, and with help from Rob’s crew chief, I installed cameras in the backyard as well. That allowed me to watch the final stages—planting, fireplace construction, and finishing work—from out of state.

Rob’s crew is exceptional. They work like a tight-knit family. They are detail-oriented and do not cut corners. I watched hours of them working. They actively consult with each other, debate angles and placement, and redo work when something doesn’t come out exactly right. They are extremely competent, and when rework is required, they take it on without hesitation or attitude.

The yard was beautifully graded, the patio layout is graceful and well balanced, and the team followed the plans precisely—including plant placement, rock selection, and berm design. I rarely encounter workers whose standards match my own, but this crew is focused, disciplined, and holds itself to a very high bar.

We are extremely pleased with the final outcome and would confidently recommend Coconut Contracting to anyone looking to create a high-quality, thoughtfully designed outdoor living space.

First and foremost, The crew that showed up was professional. Had a very good attention to detail and the final product was the nicest construction clean I’ve ever had.

I was so impresssssed!! Their team is so friendly and professional! Their end results are like no other! We had our office space deep cleaned in and out and looks brand new! I connected with Belle Cleaning a couple of months ago after experiencing numerous issues with our previous cleaning company. What a difference it has made! Belle cleans our offices 3 times a week, and they’ve consistently maintained a higher standard of cleanliness than the previous company that visited us 5 times a week. We hired Belle Cleaning to clean our daughter’s home she just purchased. They did a fantastic job. Cleaned everything from the top of the cabinets, to pulling out appliances to clean behind, to window tracks and windows. It wasn’t just a basic clean, they did a deep clean and when she moved in it felt like a brand new home. Highly recommend!

We have used Jones twice for full house moves. Both times they were punctual, friendly and they hustled! Also, they were gentle and nothing got damaged in either move. After seeing some of the horror stories of bad moves I am so glad we found Jones. Highly recommended!

They packed my 3bd house up in a few hours one day and the next moved me into my new home and even set up the beds. They were courteous, professional and very good at their jobs. I would use Jones Moving & Storage again for any move and couldn't recommend them more highly.

Jones Moving has serviced myself and family on several moves. They always have been fantastic. Recently they stored my furnishings. All were returned in great shape,

I was not happy with this storage company. They charged me $3,000 a year beginning in 2016. They keep my stuff with other peoples in a large warehouse where you aren’t allowed to see it and if you want to add anything, it costs you $75. In 2018 when they came to Illinois to drop off my stuff they didn’t use a number system to make sure my stuff was all there. When they left I found they had given me some things that weren’t mine. And since I wasn’t unpacking anything until moving back to Arizona in 2022, I discovered many of my things were missing. They only give you 3 months to report a problem. If you store your things for any length of time, don’t use Jones Moving and Storage

Very timely move. Movers showed respect for our home, were courteous, and moved everything quickly. No damage and on time with estimate. We were very happy with Jones Moving and would recommend them.

Sold my house, had a mover lined up to pick up my items in 3 days, 4 days before I had to be out my mover texted me and told me he couldn't do it, no apology, no explanation, no phone conversations!! After frantically calling several movers only to be told they couldn't move me in that short time frame I called Jones moving and they made it happen, Mrs. Jones worked with her drivers to make it happen, the cost was very close to my original quote from the 1st mover, they didn't gouge me knowing how desperate I was, fair, professional, on time and on schedule, I'll be moving again next year and will be contacting Jones Moving again. Great family business.

My family and I have used Jones five times in two years - yes, between two families we moved five times. They were careful with our furniture, professional, workers never took extended breaks such as I have experienced in past moves with other companies, and the individuals were friendly and very, very kind. If I lived in the area and I was planning another move, I would use them again!
