This was the second time I used Jones Moving & Storage in the last year. This time went as well as the first time. Everything went off to plan..... they actually arrived a bit early and the job was done very efficiently. The process went well and the overall cost was less than I anticipated. All the movers are very friendly and work hard and well with one another. Our company uses then too and we find it to be the best value around. Well done!

Jones Moving moved our household possessions and vehicle cross-country and did an excellent job doing so! They we very personable, punctual, and affordable. Most of all they-efficiently handled all our belongings with care and professionalism. Thank you Jones Moving team!

John and Chris were are movers, all I can say is they were fantastic, so professional and careful with all my belongings. I would recommend Jones moving company anytime!! I would also ask for John and Chris again!! Great company!! Shout out to Candice as well, she was great to work with, she made the whole process easy!!

Highly recommend for local movers- the movers are so friendly and careful with your belongings and they get the job done fast. I do NOT recommend them for storage- the minimum hours + 1 still applies even if you meet them outside the storage unit and it only takes half an hour or less… They won’t let you move your own belongings or be on the property because of liability. Recommend for local moving though! I hope they pay the movers well.

Jones Moving & Storage moved my office to a new location on May 29, 2020. It was the hottest day of the year that day. Travis and John arrived at the scheduled time, and proceeded to disassemble the office furniture, and load their truck. They reassembled the furniture upon arrival at the new location. I was very pleased with the care they took with the furniture. They worked very hard with no complaints about how hot it was. This was the second time I used Jones Moving. I highly recommend them, and would use their service again.

I have used Jones Moving twice and have been very happy with the service I received. The gentlemen that moved me both times were friendly, helpful and very easy and nice to work with. They respected my belongings and even helped with minor repairs that would ensure a better chance for the pieces during the move. They were knowledgable, knew what they were doing and I feel they went above and beyond in the service they provided. They were also fun which made the moving process a bit less stressful. They worked well together and had such nice things to say about the company. I would recommend Jones Moving and would definitely use them again if I have to move. Their price per hour is very reasonable and the service received was worth every penny and so much more!

The Jones crew was wonderful. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were polite and professional, and got us moved without an issues whatsoever. I'll definitely be handing out their number to anyone I know who needs to move.

I found Jones Moving & Storage to be awesome! They were prompt, professional, efficient and polite, and went far beyond my expectations to move my belongings on an out-of-state move. They arrived on time, and had everything loaded onto the truck super fast! I was thrilled to find that nothing was broken or damaged in any way. I had always previously used the big name movers, but decided to go with a family owned company this time, and I am so glad I did! Jones Moving and Storage did a phenomenal job, and I highly recommend them!

I encourage everyone to not hire this company due to their lack of integrity and professionalism. The way my valuable items was nothing short of negligent, like it was tossed into a truck with no concern of it arriving to its destination in one piece.

One year ago I hired Jones Moving to move my belongings from a storage unit to a moving truck. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there to observe how they packed the moving truck but I trusted Candice who is one of the owners of Jones moving. They packed my belongings in such an unsecured way that by the time it arrived to the destination, over half of my things were damaged. This included a brand new computer, an expensive TV stand, bed frame, box springs and various other smaller delicate items. In total, I incurred over 2k in damages having to replace and repair mostly everything of value.

I paid Candice $680 to move my belongings for me. She offered me a $200 settlement which covered about 10% of my losses but at that point I was willing to take any kind of reimbursement. A year later, Candice Jones has still not sent me the $200 settlement she promised.

I've used Jones Moving Company twice in the last 2 months. Both times they were great and very professional. Always on time, cordial, polite, helpful, confident, hard working. Their truck is big and clean. The team works really well together. They are a pleasure to work with. You just feel you and your stuff are in good hands. I highly recommend this company for any moving needs. Thanks Candice and team!

DO NOT USE THEN FOR STORAGE. They stole a bunch of my stuff or lost it, now refuse to respond to me. When I finally got my stuff back after 10 years and after they dropped the boxes off I realized I had boxes that were not mine. Luckily I was a kind enough person to locate this person and mail their boxes back to them. I let Jones moving know and asked for my boxes back and now they just won’t respond. They may be good at moving but PLEASE do not use them for storage. They are very disorganized and lose peoples things.

this is what a moving company should be. showed up when promised, delivered when promised. from Phoenix to Just outside Chicago. No hidden or additional fees, Just the original quote. Moving helpers were polite, helpful and not a thing was damaged which I half expected. I cannot recommend Jones Moving more!!

Excellent moving company! Very courteous, professional, and responsive from start to finish. John and Derek came as scheduled and were amazing in their efficiency, professionalism, and caring attitude. I had a glass/wood display case moved, and they very carefully and thoroughly padded the glass and wrapped the cabinet for a perfect move. They are awesome! Price was very fair and less than other companies. Experienced movers and very safe driver. I would give 10 stars if I could!

We have moved several times and, while moving is never easy, Jones Moving & Storage was the best experience we have ever experienced. The people that moved us were efficient and just as important, provided friendly services.

5/5 stars. I was pretty stressed and anxious about my move, mostly because I had two cats with me, one of which hated new people, hated cars and hated being in crates. So unfortunately I spent this whole last weekend nauseous and anxious worried about my move. Jones Moving completely alleviated ALL of my worries. They were respectful, understanding of my unique situation with my cats, and worked around it. Because I was so sick feeling this weekend, I couldn't pack much, and the movers packed my entire apartment and moved it from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor of the new building, 40 miles away. John, David, and Lugo were all incredibly professional, experienced, polite, and understanding, and I can't recommend them enough.

JMS Moving has moved us cross country. We needed to do so in two moves as we combine two households, both events were not only done perfectly working with the Jones family was an enjoyable experience. They are pleasant as they are professional. They are without a doubt the standard other companies should aspire.

I highly recommend Jones Moving for the peace of mind and feeling of security they provide. Steve and Candice Jones are the owners and operators. They came out to our home to preview the move of our 2500 sq ft home's contents. Candice was available for my numerous texts and calls on how to pack delicate items. This was a huge move from Michigan to California for us. Their clean, modern 70' tractor-trailer rig was carrying only our furniture. We felt secure knowing exactly who was handling our precious goods. We moved many glass and fragile items. Everything arrived safely in perfect condition. They loaded and delivered promptly just as promised. Their helpers were like family, very friendly and professional.

These movers were worth their weight in gold. We moved about a half hour down the road but had a good amount of heavy wooden furniture and a couple of appliances to move, and we have a toddler so we knew we had to move quickly. Jones Moving and Storage moved us out of our 1700 sq ft house and into our new place in about 5 hours, which was pretty incredible. They were fast, efficient, had everything they needed, and were careful with our stuff. Overall we were exceptionally happy with the staff, the price, and the professionalism! If you’re thinking about moving soon, these are your guys.

I hired Jones Moving to do my move last week and they were outstanding!! The 3 man crew worked fast and were super careful with all my furniture and boxes. And talk about strong! I had a piano and large heavy bookshelf that they moved with ease. They came recommended to me from a friend and I have already recommended them to another friend who is moving. I guess you could say we like to keep it all in the family, the Jones Family that is!!
