Three other contractors refused to do the work because hanging these large 3 x 3 frames in a stairwell was too hard. The stairwell runs down and then over making it hard to place the ladder. Xavier and his helper went to get a 26 foot ladder and were able to complete the project. They were quick and efficient and did a great job.

Awful experience and customer service. Had Jerry out to cut and place an access panel in our bathroom ceiling. He did not put down tarps or cover anything and left plaster dust and ceiling insulation all over our shower, bathroom floor, in our bathtub, and then tracked it all over our rugs and down the hall. He did not even have a broom or any supplies to clean it up himself. He swept up a small pile with a broom I provided before promptly leaving. Jerry was here for all of 15 total minutes and I was left cleaning for over an hour. When I called to inquire if the company would credit me for the lack of cleaning services they declined stating that they could only call him back to come clean…he didn’t even have supplies to clean! Sadly, won’t ever be using this company again despite using them for multiple projects previously. Photos below are from after 30 mins of cleanup already.

I was surprised how impressed I was because of how hard the same job took years ago and lot of time and money 💰 🤑. I chose the first option when I googled it and and they actually have a store that is just a little more than a mile away and my son worked next door and he would get his artwork materials there. They quoted me a price of 500.00 or more but it only took a little over 2 hours so he called in the office and had the price was dropped to half!!! I couldn't believe it!!! I felt so bad for him because he was sweating so much and he had insulation on himself so I made the decision right ✅️ then and gave him a 200.00 tip !! Right now I am I am in my room freezing 🥶 and I love ❤️ it !!! Will definitely use them again 💯!!!!

Gino arrived on time as scheduled and provided a creative and reasonably priced solution to venting our utility closet to the outside. He first proposed a solution, received our agreement and then procured the materials and efficiently installed them. Gino is a skilled and efficient craftsman, and we were delighted to have him available to solve our utility closet venting problem.

We had an Ace handyman doing a number of jobs for us. The experience was been excellent. The handyman, Red, is personable and friendly. He believes in treating your house like it’s your castle. From start to finish everything was perfect.
We first called Ace regarding their handyman services. We talked with a knowledgeable staff person who told us about the charges. We set up an appointment the following week. The responsible person, Red, called to confirm our appointment two days in advance. We also received a text from Red showing his photo. Read showed up early and got to work. Red was both proficient in plumbing and electrical work. He was here for five hours and worth every moment. We were absolutely thrilled with his work and attitude. Thank you Ace!

There was no solution offered to fix how our security door hangs. It has a gap at the top and squeaks when opening. It was also unfortunate that he was 1/2 to 2 hours late. He realized quickly that he could not offer a fixable solution and there was no charge,

I gave him list not a lot to do. quoted me price 345.00 came out be 600.00 change light bulbs

Our ceiling fan's remote switch would not function. The fan ran constantly and other functions wouldn't work. Nikko W. diagnosed that the switch was mis-wired. All of the fan's functions now work. Our problem was resolved quickly. We will use this service for future home issues.

Gino responded to a leak from the previous installer. Thankfully it does not seem as bad as I initially thought. Gino was able to communicate remedies and options. We are still awaiting final repairs, but I feel assured that Ace will conduct warranty repairs without issue.

I can always find whatever I need at Paul’s ACE Hardware store! And everyone who works there is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I never have to look for someone to help me, a helpful hardware person comes up to me and asks if they can help me. I love that!

Would highly recommend Ace & Zach. I had some drywall repair needs. They were very responsive from quote through to job completion at competitive price. High quality work and will definitely use them again.

Mike did an excellent job assembling my small shed. He completed the project in about two hours and asked for my preferences on how I wanted the interior set up. Thank you, Mike and Ace Handyman! Geno arrived on time, friendly and was glad to answer questions. I was impressed with his design approach to the install of the microwave above the stove because there was no cabinets above just a skirt and he just created a solution. Ace you have a good team.

Replaced and painted the rotted and split wood facia on each side (3) of the patio cover. Ace recommended and used pre-primed treated lumber and matched the existing paint color so it blended well with the house. The work was well done and the end result was wonderful.

Ken did an excellent job. He was friendly , efficient, professional and highly capable.
I would not hesitate to use him again.
