Today I called this company. The gentleman who answered was kind and receptive to my plant question. I have many succulents. I ran across a problem I was stumped. He was kind and made me feel comfortable redoing my plant. I think this company is great. Thank you from Oklahoma

Phoenix Trim a Tree did an amazing job on my chinese elm in my backyard. In addition, they were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Steven ensured that all branches which entered neighbors yards were removed and did not fail to answer any questions I had. Well worth the money paid and I would gladly use their services again!

This is the first time I used a tree trimming service as my trees were getting too large for myself and my landscapers to take care of. Their arborist came and gave us a quote for trimming 6 trees on our property. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and emailed me the quote right away, which was more reasonable than the other quote received.
The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and competent. It consisted of two tree cutters and 2-3 helpers/assistants. I went out several times to check on them but they knew exactly what they were doing. Having taken a class on tree trimming at the Desert Botanical Garden myself I knew what not to do, and they did too.
I gladly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

They don't have the proper safety measures to ensure people don't fall into wood chippers. They allowed someone to literally get decapitated.

Used once with great success, second time a mess and had to find another vendor. Priced very competitively and full crew for tree trimming. Hired in prior year for trimming a large pecan tree and they handled well with crew and cleaned up great.

Following up for more trimming on a large pine, they overpromised being able to do the job, office miscommunicated with the crew, and I personally had to call APS / Cox / Century Link to answer power line questions for them (I passed on having them do the work and went with Tree Pros. They coordinated directly to meet APS onsite with their project foreman - and completed job with no issue on a single visit). I spent four different afternoons meeting people to text them answers to their questions - ended up ghosting me at the end instead of simply saying we can't do the job and wasted 2-3 weeks time while coordinating all the visits.

If you have something simple - the price is competitive - just know there are other resources out there who will not make the customer work for them.

Hired to remove a pine tree that died over the summer. They provided a quote lower than competitors, and were able to schedule me within a day of me approving the quote. The team that arrived was on time, courteous, and left my yard cleaner than they found it. They even skimmed my pool for me to pick up any leaves that fell in. They’re definitely going to be the first people I call for any landscaping I need going forward

They came in at under half the price of Chip for a tree removal and stump grind.

Really professional crew came out and had a 40-50+ ft tree down and mostly cleaned up in like an hour or less.

They did an amazing and quick job. The price beat everyone else, the arborist was knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend. They did it with a crane, which I preferred for safety since it could have damaged my neighbors property.

The entire time these the jerks were in the process of doing their job. Which consist of using foul language every other word out of their mouths. I called the number on the side of the truck. Talked to a lady named barb and explained the situation. She apologized ags said she would take care of it right away. They continued sailor mouth conversation for nect 10 minutes then finally answered their phone. As I overheard three conversation, the guy talking to I assume barb. Stays lieing right tip her ear, said I was belligerent when they started up chainsaw. But actually all i did was kindly ask them to mind their language there are children present. They paid me no mind like i didn't even exist and continued cussing up a storm. Wanted everyone to know that this company employees bad people who are inconsiderate of anyone except themselves. Our old pine tree had died. They removed it in a couple of hours for a price way below ones quoted by other tree services $450. Very friendly and cleaned up perfectly. If you need work on a tree or trees, go with Badger.

I HIGHLY recommend Trees for Needs!! All the workers were on time, professional, highly capable and left our yard immaculate after tree removal and tree trimming! And did I mention fast?! The trimming was exactly like I had discussed with the owner of the company who came out to go over our pruning plan and bid the job. We use Trees for Needs for regular care for an older blood orange tree in our backyard. Before we started using Trees for Needs, the tree was looking pretty rough and had stopped producing the amount of oranges. Trees for Needs helped with a new water schedule, additional ground covering and a regular fertilizer schedule. All of these things have helped the tree look much better and even better - our last harvest of oranges was larger and delicious.

I highly reccomend Trees For Needs. I recently contacted them to provide an estimate on tree removal and trimming for several trees in my yard. The level of service received has been amazing. Andy showed up at the exact time of the appointment and the follow up from the office. The crew who came out to perform the work was friendly. They did a fantastic job in shaping my tree and the clean up was great. This was by far the best customer experience I have received in a very long time.
