Titan was recommended to us by another service provider while having work done on the house. Obtaining an appointment for a quote, reviewing/accepting the quote and scheduling the service was efficient and easy to complete. On the day of service, Caesar, Ernesto and Efrain showed up as the technicians. All three were good to work with. Ernesto had a very happy disposition throughout the job even though the weather was hot. We had a pleasant experience dealing with everyone at Titan and we will use Titan for our future needs.

Tree fell over because of high winds. Titan came quickly-removed all. Cannot tell where the tree had been. Quick,effecent & spot on. could noy be more pleased

Update 02/12/2025: We had Titan Tree come out and trim our trees again, and like the first time they were very efficient and did an outstanding job. The trees are ready for another hot summer in Phoenix and I don't have to pick up all the mess with dropped leaves, seed pods, and branches. Thank you!

We used Titan Tree care to trim to overgrown mesquite trees. From start to finish the service was friendly, affordable, efficient, and exactly what we were looking for. We were able to quickly get an estimate and coordinate a time for the service. The work was done on time and the crew cleaned up all tree debris upon completion. I will definitely use Titan Tree Care again and highly recommend them in the Anthem, AZ area.

I recently had Titan Tree Care trim & shape my two very large mesquite trees in my yard. This was the second time I had Aaron & his team trim these trees over the past 4 or 5 years. Needless to say, I have been sold on their expertise in well-executed trimming & shaping of these large trees, as well as providing extremely fair pricing & great service.

We were very pleased with the work that the 4 guys did. 2 climbed the 2 trees and 2 picked up all the branches. They even used a leaf blower to get up all the little pieces. They were very pleasant, worked hard and seemed to enjoy what they did.

What a top notch service I received from Titan! The Titan men showed up bright and early and were courteous. They got right to work and finished the job which included taking a tree down, grinding the stump and trimming another tree in no time. They completely cleaned up the yard and were gone in no time. Titan tree care did a great job on removing a large tree for me. Obtaining a quote and scheduling were quick and easy. I can't speak too much to pricing because I don't have much to compare against. However, I will say that it seemed very reasonable to me for removing the large tree, grinding two stumps and considerable clean up. The crew was timely, and the work was completed in a professional manner. It was a pleasure to use Aaron's services once again as he has always been a standout service provider. Thanks Aaron!

The entire experience was so fast and easy. We haven’t had this tree trimmed in over a decade and it looked amazing. I wish we would’ve had them do our backyard tree, I’ve got to reach out and have them give us a quote on that. Definitely recommend them and the price was competitive. For sure will use again

Titan's crew were very professional , yet still friendly to work with. They trimmed 10 trees, and removed one mesquite that was dying. Also cut down a neighbors tree that was 50 feet above the ground, and leaning into my property. All in all a very good job.

I need limbs removed from a storm that just happened yesterday, I call at least 10 times until someone actually picks up and I was calling way before 4:00p.m. A guy calls me back, very rude, and says they are 2 months out with trees falling over from the storm. I would only be calling this company for storm related tree limbs to begin with. They lost my business.

I had Phoenix Trim-a-Tree come by and trim my large pine tree in my front yard. They did a phenomenal job trimming and cleaning up in a timely manor. I will definitely be using them again for future work.

First, second and third inpressions are awesome! Scheduled to be here at 8:00am was here at 7:30, all five guys that was here was curtious, listened and worked extremely hard,safe and fast. We was totally impressed with their work. Took down a fifty foot tree and cleaned up in three hours. Thanks guys you did an amazing job!!!!!! Price was reasonable too!

Arrived 45 minutes after scheduled time.

The foreman (not sure if this is his title but obviously was the one in charge) did NOT wear a face mask when discussing items with me and did not practice social distancing. I was wearing one and I would expect you as a company to provide a face mask to those employees who will be in direct contact with the customer.

Additionally after waiting one month for the service they arrive with the wrong equipment and could not complete the stump grinding after tree removal. I would expect the person creating the estimates to take certain items into account to make sure the correct equipment is scheduled for the correct home.

The workers also left trash (ripped gloves etc) in my yard. They also broke a piece of my sprinkler system.

This is the second time I've used this company and will be the last.

We have a large Carob tree and Jacaranda tree in our front yard that needed some serious trimming. We used another company years ago and I was not impressed so I held off trying to find another. Well, I have found our permanent tree trimming company! They did an incredible job. They were not only professional and clearly know what they are doing (because both trees could be models in a tree magazine now!) but they are so very knowledgable too. Oh, and reasonable. Highly highly recommended!
