My job entails constantly reaching out to vendors and requesting their assistance. A lot of the time, I find myself having to re-ask or remind vendors of the help I'm needing. But not with Liliana at City Wide!!! Every time I contact her, she responds and always gets the job done. I really can not think of even one time that she has dropped the ball on anything. Finding a vendor like this really makes my job one hundred times easier! I appreciate that in a person and appreciate working with City Wide!

Anahi is an amazing person to work with. She is always there to help when needed. Her personality is just amazing. Her customers always come first. 🫶🏼

Im writing this to show they may have decent cleaners but the company isn’t decent Evelyn lied, text where shown she lied however, I got the rear end of everything, Carry never responded to anything, Katherine asked my staff about there personal lives. I was then paid to take my review down and said I would be able to work with someone else however I haven’t heard from anyone in about 2 months. I should have continued my law suit adding bribery in there. But I appreciate learning how bad and scandalous this company is. This isn’t out of anger as i still have proof this is to alert 1099/and or other businesses.

Evelyn is the most proactive account and project manager I have ever worked with, across any vendor I have ever worked with. She and her team create solutions for our facilities that go above and beyond the norm.

We have been using City wide for over a year now and Jeremy W has been awesome to work with and killing it on getting quotes for stuff we need. He is on top of his game for sure and always looking to improve.

These guys are GREAT! The City Wide team supports multiple facilities for our company. We have had great success. The pricing has been competitive. The difference is the level of service. The City Wide team has provided a wide variety of services for us including custodial, facilities maintenance, and has coordinated larger projects including flooring installs, paint, and storefront build outs. The Account Managers are low pressure and high service. We are very happy we made the switch. As a family owned company, we love supporting the local guy. Go City Wide!

Anahi Simental is a great facilities manager. She is always attentive to our needs and makes sure that all jobs are performed as expected. She responds fairly quickly and maintains communication and follow ups really well. Our cleaning crew does a great job and are very professional.

Rafael is the best account manager I have ever had. His dedication to this account and the attention to detail from all the staff is fantastic. It makes my life so much better! We are a complex school with ages 3 months to 13 years - so it takes a committed staff to meet our expectations. City Wide has been a positive change for our school and we appreciate how clean everything is and how courteous the staff is. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning or handyman work done.
