Andrea is the Manager I deal with on a regular basis from City Wide. She has been very tentative and amazing to work with. We have had some minor misses throughout the 2 years we have had your teams cleaning services, and she has delt with all of them in a very timely manner. She visits the facility at least monthly and messages me at least every two weeks to see if we are satisfied.

Evelyn Reynolds was the person who told us about City Wide and from the beginning till today she has been nothing but a pleasured to work with. Citywide delivers exceptional service on a consistent basis. I regularly feel as though Anahi and her team are an extension of my own staff. They take our concerns seriously and deliver quality services in a timely manner. Just yesterday Anahi pulled off a miracle for me by getting a handyman onsite within 2 hours! This helped me resolve a serious issue and she helped us retain a top client as a result.

We are a huge operation with 400+ employees in a 24/7 operation & a 30 bay shop. We simply don't stop. Elena comes in every day, twice a day with a giant smile, the work ethic of a mule & the speed of a hummingbird. She is absolutely fabulous! Jeremy Walker manages our site & I have never asked either one of them for anything that they haven't pounced on like a chubby kid on the last cupcake! They do it with a servant attitude & a customer centric mantra! ALL OF MY FOLKS LOVE & APPRECIATE THEM & THEIR EXCELLENT WORK! I have been running this facility for some 18 years & due to poor performance have had to upgrade from other cleaning services. City Wide was a great get & they will be around for as long as I am at the helm! We owe it to our employees to provide a clean, safe & comfortable environment. That is exactly what they do.

We've been using City Wide for our Preschool cleaning for about 5 years. Anahi is our Account Manager and she is awesome. She checks on us regularly and always addresses any issues in a timely and professional manner. We get hit up by cleaning companies all the time but we stick with City Wide for Anahi, the price and the professionalism.

As a subcontractor who has enjoyed working with Anahi, I can vouch for her outstanding customer service abilities. In order to give her clients the best service; she demonstrates a sincere curiosity and attentiveness towards them. In addition, her attention to detail is genuinely remarkable because she takes her time to learn about her clients needs. Kathy has worked extremely hard to take care of our account and make sure that all of our needs are met. We don't expect perfection, but we have come to know that we can count on Kathy to take care of our cleaning needs from windows, to cobwebs, to floors to power washing and beyond. We have worked with several other companies in the past and prefer Citywide because of Kathy. We also appreciate the kind and caring personality of one of the regular cleaners we see each evening, Cristina. She seems to care about the school as if it were her own and she is kind and friendly to all of the people she encounters.

We've had a lot of interesting experiences with different cleaning crews over the years, our main issue was consistency with the quality of service we were receiving.
