We were looking for someone to repair our RV gate so we posted on Next Door and Chris from Acme reached out to us. He came out the next day and gave us an estimate that was far more reasonable than the others that we received. Chris was easy to work with and we really like the work he did for us, I would not hesitate to call upon him again.

I have used this service twice now. Once to fix a leaky shower valve and another time to replace a failed hot water heater. Price was affordable both times and I am happy with the quality of work. I will be recommending Chris to family and friends who are in need of quick and reliable repair work.

Called Chris on Sunday afternoon not expecting that I would find anyone willing to come out. He was very receptive to my situation and understood that I needed a bathroom toilet supply valve replaced right away. He came over was very pleasant and fixed the problem. Acme Home Solutions did a very professional job for us last week. We had some woodpecker damage on the front shutters of our house and got HOA permission to remove the shutters. Christopher provided us with a detailed invoice for this job, including removing the shutters, repairing and patching the stucco, and repainting. He came out when he said he would be here and did a great job -- it looks like the house never had shutters at all, and the stucco is perfect! We highly recommend Christopher at Acme Home Solutions.

Where do I start... Chris started out shaky by not answering my calls or text on 2 shower door installs that day. He decides to casually call back in the afternoon after I figured he ditch the job and so I called for other quotes. I decided to give him a chance, surprisingly he completed the job and did decent work. Because of this, I looked past his inability to be punctual and gave him several other job, some of which I chose to not do because he was honestly priced too high.

The second job was a more complicated IKEA cabinet job in which turned out into a nightmare. He first insisted it would be standard job but slowly added layers of complications that I felt were not merited. I worked with him as best as I can to show him the rendering IKEA did and exact plans. He then began to drag his feet and every time would show up at 4 or 5pm and work late, as if I was his second job and didn't have a deadline (mind you whenever I would ask where he was, he said on his way and, without exaggerating, be there in 2-3 hours). I mentioned to him that we need to move along and dedicate an earlier day, he would always have an excuse, which included not having anyone with him to help him because they were not reliable or taking another small job. Once we were closer to finishing, he took shortcuts on cutting trim pieces, not installing items that needed to and telling me how to cover up imperfections instead of taking ownership for them.

He then did a TV install that turned out well, but after I gave him a small outlet to relocate that he would come back to finish, he never did.

Lastly 2 vanities that he installed needed a color match for filler, in which I went to home depot to get and gave him to paint at home and come install. He also pulled out all the doors on the vanity, only to not put them back together because he had to much going on, so I did it for him to take that off his place.

After getting one last quote for backsplash on the kitchen that he also came in high at, I decided to just have him come and finish vanity fillers and hook up the outlet he left. No answer for days and last I heard (this is NOT a joke) I'm on my way from another job, and never showed up. At this point he did not finish 2 jobs I paid for, I gave him paint I color matched he took. At this point I look at it as Chris steeling money from me and everyone deserves to know what they get when they hire you. BEWARE.

Chris, the owner, came to my home to do some work, but the results were very disappointing. The work was poorly done, and the overall experience was unprofessional.

Chris repaired my roof, patched stucco holes, & replaced my kitchen faucet. He was thorough and cleaned up work areas. What really impressed me, though, is Chris' customer service skills - he responded to my texts/emails promptly, kept me informed when he was delayed in traffic, and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. I highly recommend ACME Home Solutions!

Chris is great and always professional! He has done a few big jobs both at my house and for my mother in law! He works quickly and efficiently! We will 100% be calling him for any other work that we need done at our home! 10/10 recommend!

Chris was great! He responded quickly to my voice message, even though it was after 5 on a Friday. Through texting and sending pictures he was able to give me a quote over the weekend. He fit us in on Monday, and just like that project done!!! Very respectful and professional! Will use his services again!!

Christopher when expected and installed a ceiling fan and a new light fixture. He did the work by himself and it turned out perfectly. He was very knowledgeable. He did a great job and even cleaned up before he left.

I had two 55-65 inch TVs one flat mount, one articulating arm mount and a full over full metal bed frame that I needed installed and assembled. Christopher was prompt to follow up, communication was frequent, work was done professionally and at a fair price for the time and effort for a roughly 3 hour job, and he and his helper were on task. I would recommend them to any one with kids with special needs, single moms, families, it was a great experience and I am really thankful I found them to help our family out. Thank you!!

Great experience with Chris and his Team. They helped us out of a real bind when our pipes were leaking inside the walls of our laundry room. He stayed late and and went well above and beyond to make sure our family had the water turned back asap.

Chris was able to come and help my family out right away getting our new home set up from mounting the TV, to installing floodlights outside, getting all our ceiling fans installed, along with helping to get dimmer switches placed in multiple areas around the home. He did a great job changing out multiple light fixtures through the home as well. I would highly recommend him to any one including my family and friends! I look forward to getting Chris to help out with other projects around the home in the near future!

It’s hard to find reliable service like this—I highly recommend them!

Had an emergency plumbing issue with a washer dryer water valve breaking. Had to turn main water off and also had a bunch of people coming over that evening. Chris saved the day. Replaced all valves and did the drywall repair. Would recommend.

Chris did a great job on the installation of our permanent lights at our home. He took great care to make sure the lights were installed correctly and even showed us how to work the app on our iPad before the job was done.
