Jeremy with marks fixes did a great and through job hanging my LCD TV on the wall and replacing my faucet. I would use him again.

Marks Fixes LLC is the place to call when you need any job done well, big or small. Over the years, Marks Fixes has done countless jobs for us including installing plumbing in our home for a washing machine, fixing toilet plumbing issues, demolition and dry wall repair, installation of a water heater, mounting heavy pictures on our walls and countless other jobs I can't remember. Jeremy is reasonably priced and be counted on to do the job right and to do it well!

Chris not only did a great job on a badly leaking water pipe, but he went out of his way to get the best price on the replacement parts.

Chris came to the house and gave estimate for installing 2 ceiling fans. I accepted and we scheduled an installation date and time. He never called and didn't show. Never returned any of my calls. Hopefully he is ok, but I would think someone from the company could have called to explain or re-schedule.

I've dealt with Chris and Dustin so far. Chris for managing and scheduling, Dustin for doing the work. I had them come in to help fix the holes in my floor and wall after a nightmare plumbing project (my sewer collapsed under my foundation, and then we discovered an illegal installation of the dryer venting into the sewer vent). Chris tracked the plumbers down and talked to them to help get them come fix the floor that wasn't level enough to lay replacement tile on (which saved me money by not having to have Handy Guys rip out and re-pour concrete). Not only is Dustin really good at what he does, but he brought my trashcan in not just once, but twice. I can't really ask for better service than that.

I contacted Handy Guys to repair a gate at my brother's house. Chris was very responsive and took the time to get me a detailed quote. The pricing was good and they were able to schedule us right away. When Jason came to the house he did an excellent job with both repairing the gate and replacing and painting the boards. We are very happy with this company and their helpfulness and good work. Will use again!

Complete and total scam! Landlord hired these clowns and in 8 months they couldn't fix toilet, get the windows fixed so they lock. The did ductwork and it is colder in the attic than the house. 100+ degrees outside and I went in to attick and like 75 degrees. Chris and Steve are total shysters. This is what was left in the duct AFTER THEY WERE DONE. I am getting huge headaches from the rust in the ducts still prevalent. See you idiots in court!

Great company, great experience.

I called for a simple duct cleaning, but the team found evidence that a squirrel had been living in my vents! They not only cleaned out the mess but also sealed potential entry points. My home is fresher, quieter, and critter-free! Amazing service!

Awesome service. technician called with eta showed up on time very knowledgeable courteous best customer service iv ever seen quickly found and fixed the issue its been a year my scrubber is working and cleaning great express will definitely be who we call.

My property uses Express for pest control. So far so good. Matt lets me know when he is on his way and does everything I ask for. Great customer service all around!

Express Facility Management is an awesome Facility Services Company to partner with. EFM are great business partners that follow-up and execute on actually what they say they are going to do. Joe and his Team are all very professional to work with. Our Company in the Carolinas has enjoyed working with Express the past 3 years. EFM pays their vendors on-time every month.

If you are a contractor and have come to google to verify the legitimacy of this business, do yourself a favor and do not do business with Express. They will NOT pay you even if you sign a lawful contract with them and you will have to spend time and money to recover what you’re owed!

I am having to write another review because our first one got taken down I guess but after complaining and complaining over and over about trying to get a hold of them for non payment. We finally got a check in the mail. Only for them to put a stop payment order on the check when we went to deposit the check. These people are awful to work with and are stealing money from people. Do not work with them. I will be checking and resubmitting my review every time I see it gets deleted so others don't go through what my company has gone through with them.

My company works very closely with Daniele, Demetria, and Andrea from the Express office. All three ladies are exceptional in how they carry out their operations. Communication is always clear and concise, and we’ve had zero issues with our vendor partner relationship. Payments terms are good, work is consistent, and any issues that could potentially arise are always resolved quickly.
