I recently had D & L Sprinkler Service out to make repairs to my drip system. The technician was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He did a great job and even showed me how to work my timer. I would definitely recommend D & L Sprinkler Service !!!

D & L is the go to for any watering system repair. They are very professional and keep you the customer informed throughout the whole process. Today was the second time I have used this company, I will not go with any other. From talking to Lisa to schedule the repair, to Aaron who fixed a major leak that one of my tree's roots had cracked the main water line. He had to saw roots to get to the line and build piping around the root until my arborist could come take the 20 year old tree out. Everyone that is part of this company is absolutely fabulous. Very reasonably priced for all they do. You can not go wrong hiring this company to work on your system.

I’ve been a D&L customer for several years. They are always prompt, customer focused and competitively priced. They handle all my irrigation and low voltage lighting needs.

I hired D&L Sprinkler to come and do a complete tear out and reinstall of my yards drip system. I was tired of fixing cracked pipes every week. They came out within a reasonable timeframe, provided me with an understanding of the work needed and a reasonable quote. They were quoting a few weeks out but were always transparent and kept in good contact. They were able to add an additional zone for my garden and used very high quality product. I don't think I will have to worry about my irrigation for a very long time. They also provided a 1 year warranty. I am a very satisfied customer.

This company is amazing! I called for what I thought was a leak in my system. Dennis and Jimmy inspected the entire system only to inform me that I had set it incorrectly and was essentially flooding my own yard. They then spent a very embarrassing 20 minutes walking me through the right way to set my timers. Their kindness and customer service was incredible and I will definitely recommend these guys to everyone I know.

When I was told to replace our entire drip system I contacted six sprinkler service companies and set time to walk through the project and sudmit bids. Dennis and I talked for about an hour and when he left I felt his approach and time to install was very comforting to me and he explained the smallest detail. When I could not reach Dennis, Lisa in the office played a significant role in taking my questions and made sure I was called back. Dennis was not the lowest bid, however, I felt that his company was the best for our project. The project was completed on time within the price quoted and Dennis was at the project for the entire time. I would not hesitate to recommend D & L.

Very reasonable and prompt! Repaired and upgraded my aging and leaking in-ground sprinkler system. Had them back for an update to my outdoor yard and home lighting. The LED accent lights really POP. I am very happy with the results all the way around. Props to Dennis and the crew!

They came sooner as there was a scheduling opening and like magic Dave fixed my system in 5 minutes. Clearly these folks know what they are doing and solved my problem (after weeks of me trying to solve it myself) Top Notch! I will always use them in the future.

D&L has provided me with reliable and professional sprinkler maintenance. I am out of the area a lot and having them watch the Sprinkler system for me and troubleshoot any problems has been very helpful. This is the fourth sprinkler company I have had since moving to phoenix, and they are by far the best.

Very disappointed! I contacted this company to get an estimate on a repair and a replacement of a drip irrigation system. They came out, did a few minor repairs, charged me about $150. They provided a verbal estimate for replacement. Within one week, they provided a written estimate. I got back to them the next day by email with a few minor questions. Their standard contract did not propperly reflect what was discussed in person. They said they would get back to me. They did not get back to me. I waited one week, and sent them another email requesting a status. No reply. I waited another week and called them. The receptionist said they'd get back to me. Still no replay after another week. I was looking forward to working with them based on other online reviews. I guess customer service is no longer important to this local businesses.

The D&L team of Darrell and Aaron were knowledgeable, professional and personable. They quickly and efficiently reinstalled my aging irrigation system and, concurrently, helped with the installation of new landscape lighting. After which, they made sure I was tutored in how to run my new systems.
To make matters better, without my prompting, they added irrigation lines to potted plants within the landscape and reinstalled brick pavers that had to be removed in the install process (believe it or not, I’ve had other companies that have left me with big gaping holes after coming to fix an irrigation leak). I would recommend D&L Irrigation time and time again! Fantastic job!

Once again, Aaron came to our rescue and, in less than an hour, he had diagnosed the problem, rerouted the waterline, and reviewed the integrity of our system (and, instead of selling us a new system, found our existing system to be more than adequate, despite it being more than 10 years old). In this era of mediocre service and lack of professionalism, I’m delighted to report this team knows the definition of integrity and service, and displays it at every encounter! Bravo!

Dennis installed a new drip system for me. He did a great job. He had a crew working with him that he supervised the whole time. The work was done in a timely manner and when they cleaned up you could hardly tell they were there. Dennis answered all my questions, was friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

We found a major leak the day we were leaving town. D&L was responsive even though their schedule was full. They did a very good job and the cost was reasonable. They deserved a gold star that day.
