It's kinda like a higher priced home depot seriously they do have better service.

Excellent this visit. All staff we interacted with were professional and helpful. We picked up several items but the paint counter person was great

They basically profile people & make there customers uncomfortable I really don't like dealing Lowe's employees & there delivery people are just as worse

Love Lowes. So easy to shop & find what I need. Also great place to get ideas for projects. Really appreciate the employees wearing masks!

They have some great prices on plants and nice planters!

No where close on the paint. I even said something and they just stared at me... even after they figured out they messed up labels.

Matt in the plumbing department went above and beyond with customer service. i needed a set screw
only a 1$ part .Matt escorted me to isle 18 and found my parts. Happy customer

I just tried to buy a $500 gift card and was denied! Lol. They will only sell one gift card per customer per day with a $200 max limit. That's right. You just heard me correctly. Lowes turned down my $500. On my way to Home Depot.

They were out of what I wanted to buy, but they checked the inventory of every Lowe's in the valley for me. Their customer service was superb as usual and their store is organized and clean. Great experience!

The store is great. The shelves are stocked and prices are lower than other stores of its kind. There are self checkout kiosks, which minimizes wait at checkout. The parking lot is huge, with accessible parking and entrances.

Great quality plants that seldom disappoint. Seems they always have something new & interesting to find in the garden center. Staff in the garden dept. Seem to be highly knowledgable abt the unique requirements of the plants in Arizona's sun scorched, (highly alkaline clay in most area & sandy dry soil in others) soils, They always seem at the ready to answer my questions or find someone who can! Great job guys! Keep up the great job!

I love Lowe's but their employees are very lazy and don't keep their areas clean. I mean like I shop for electrical parts and when you reach into the bins you never know what you are going to bring out and they are always out of stock who ever orders should be fired. I usually leave Lowe's and go to Home Depot from now on I am going to Home Depot first

You will find many many products here for remodeling/home projects or commercial use. They offer a huge garden and plant selection along with everything to take care of them. It can be difficult at times to find someone to help you and their prices are a little bit higher than similar places. 👍👍👍

Customer service could be a little better

Orderly nursery but, no Plumeria plants left. The nursery people don't seem to know what they have or don't have on hand in plant stock . The only person who started looking was busy watering.

This store and I are well acquainted. As a matter of fact, I know it as the back of my hand with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The cashier was able to pull my LAR account info from my telephone number, so I could enjoy my 5% discount. Otherwise I would have paid with the credit card and no discount.

I would like to specifically commend Antonio, Phil, and Enzo to outstanding customer service. I am also now in chat with the Lowe's corporate office but... my email did not have the link to the survey, so managers! Make sure these Gentlemen are getting some good things coming their way haha :)

I really don't want to complain about the service at Lowe's. I'm not sure what they get paid. But many of the people that I have asked actually didn't know anything about or could not help me with my problem. Overall the service is fairly good so I gave them four stars because they got the things I need just sometimes the people that are working there aren't always the best informed.

This is the third Lowes location I have been to in a week. Every one of them are ridiculously slow. They have no help. You can't find anybody to help you and the checkout line in the nursery was ridiculous here yesterday it took me 30 minutes to go through the line with 4 or 5 people in front of me. It's home Depot for me from now on

Went in to buy a new washing machine. Tim was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Lowe's had a MUCH bigger selection than the competitors. Very happy with the service and selection. Being as it was Memorial Day...it was even on sale making it that much better.
