A bottle tree in our front yard had a cracked trunk, brittle inside, and roots that were growing against the adjacent cable box and driveway, urgently needing removal. We asked several companies for quotes, and Zack with Harris and Sons' came, quickly assessed the situation, offered a price significantly lower than others, also offered a first-time customer discount. We immediately scheduled a time. Two days later, Jose and the Camilo team arrived on time and did pruning, chopping, stump grinding and carefully and manually digging around a very thick root to avoid damaging nearby utility lines, and finally removing two thick roots that potentially caused damages! The job was beautifully done with clean up in the end.

Used this company once in 2023 and they were fantastic. So went to use them again for a tree removal now, and had multiple issues:

1. They attempted to charge me more than a 50% higher fee than the service in 2023 (for the exact same service). It did not even include grinding the stump down for the tree removal, a service included in the general fee previously. Took several rounds of negotiating with them on price before they “heavily discounted” the service by $100. Still ended up being several hundred dollars more than the previous service.
2. I asked if they could remove the stump removal charge (not the service but the charge) based on it previously having been included. It appeared they said yes by sending an agreement without the charge for stump removal.
3. They came and did the tree removal. That part went pretty smoothly. However, the crew (which included Zack who was the person I had been in contact with setting the service up so he knew all of this) left my house without at any point letting me know they were done or asking if I was satisfied with the service.
4. When I contacted them to say I had wanted the stump removed, and even offered to pay the original stump charge fee, I was told this could not happen and that they would only do it for a charge twice as high as other quotes I have received thus far. Almost quadruple the original fee.

I’m disappointed a company that was so fantastic in 2023 has given me such a problem this time. I can only assume they are under new management and the only interest is now on short term profit and thinking. I’ll never use them again.

Had a 50ft eucalyptus fall during a monsoon storm, I got 3 estimates, Harris & Sons, was the lowest by far, they were also available same day, the tree was removed, I'm happy with my yard and my neighbor is happy to have his yard back. I will defiuse them again if I have a tree issue.

Mixed and matched my wood. Very knowledgeable on different types, how they burn, indoor/outdoor. Loaded my car for me. Reasonable priced. Highly recommend!

Zack came over for a quote the next day after my calling for one. Zack sent me a spelled out quote in writing that very day, that quote was held to, no surprises or questions asked. His crew showed up the very next day and trimmed two trees, quick and did a great job, they cleaned up my yard really well too before leaving. At the end, Zack showed up and helped them and to meet with me in the end to make sure I was happy with their work. I HIGHLY recommend Zack and his crew, very professional and easy to work with. Needed our 2 mature sisso trees removed from our backyard. Harris Team was fantastic. Very responsive. Great price. Received a quote same day, scheduled and completed within a week. Great crew, clean up was amazing.

We have been using Harris & Sons for the last 5 years. They have taken wonderful care of our trees. Their prices are very competitive, their work is top notch, and they are prompt and unwaveringly professional. My home is blessed with big beautiful mature trees, but they require regular maintenance...Harris has helped us keep them healthy, and, when they reach the end of their lives, safely removed them. If I could give them more stars, I totally would.

I highly recommend ArborCraft for tree service. I had a free quote done on a tree that was shedding leaves and looking unhealthy. Recommendation based on location of the tree (poorly planted too close to buildings and fence) was made for tree removal. They provided a very reasonable quote compared to other quotes I received and they were able to get me scheduled promptly. The tree removal team was very efficient and polite. They did a good job of cleaning up debris. They had to come back at a different time to remove the stump due to scheduling issues on my part and they provided great service on that part too. Arborcraft provided terrific service. As it happened, I did not use them after a freak Phoenix storm knocked a tree over onto my neighbor's cars. I reached out to them on a weekend and they got right back to me. They responded quickly with an estimate and timing. I had reached out to other companies as well and Arborcraft was the most professional and helpful. It all came down to timing through since my neighbors needed to get their cars out, so I went with a nearby service.
