Great experience, the initial quote process was easy, and the person who came was very knowledgeable. Scheduling was a breeze and the crew who came were fantastic. Super friendly, kept me in the loop and seemed genuinely proud of their work when they finished, eager to show it off. They took great care of our favorite tree. Even though it’s massive and quite an undertaking, they were on time, efficient and cleaned up the site well. It looks great and will be ready to handle its new growth in a few month, without us having to worry about its weight during monsoon winds. Very pleased with the experience, would recommend and will use in the future.

I would definitely recommend using this company! Tree Pros was very communicative and very easy to schedule with to get 3 palm trees removed. They don't have frustratingly long wait times so I only had to wait a week or two for the job to get done. They are also priced very well compared to other companies I've gotten quotes from. They came during the time they said they would (2-hour window), were quick and efficient at getting all trees removed, and cleaned up afterwards. The trees were too big for their grinders so they scheduled a separate appointment for that on the spot for when I was available.

Leismar with Tree Pros and his team did such a great job trimming my orange jubilee along my back fence. They also removed a palm tree in my front yard. Work was done quickly and efficiently and clean up in both my and my neighbors yards was perfect. They work together like a well oiled machine! I will hire them again. I have scheduled some paver installation in both back and front yards. Great job!!

Timely on their appointments. Did a fantastic job on the removal of two trees and the trimming of others. Professional and courteous. Checked with me at the conclusion and I am very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend Tree Pros!

The crew showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up very well and left the areas better than when they arrived. One of the other two tree services I called for an estimate did not respond in a timely manner. The other tree service never responded.

I paid $1,300.00 to get trees planted with tree pros. Per quote there were supposed to clean the debris which it didn’t happen. The trees were planted Friday morning, today is Wednesday are they looking dead. I have water them since I got them. I have my drip system on. These are not worth $1,300.00 I could have done that myself. I have an HOA and they probably will make them remove since they are an eye sore. The truck that delivered the trees had a tarp on top of the trees, looks like these trees have been sitting on that truck for days. They came with the leaves already half way dried. The trees are showing signs of distress only in a few days of being planted. I should of have read the recent reviews. Despite of following the care instructions they do not look healthy. I am very disappointed of the quality of the tress. I spent quite a bit of money and I was expecting much better results. I do not recommend. Update, the tree that was replanted die within a month. Once again they brought the trees on bad shape. We had to remove it, the tree had black stuff all over. They ask me to change my review and I will not. The quality of the trees was horrible. You didn’t provide the service you were paid for. I also had to get someone else out to help me care for the tree planted in the turf area so it could survive. This people are taking advantage of disabled people.

Not inexpensive, but worth even more!! The crew was professional and polite, the trees they trimmed look beautiful not scalped! The 7 trees they removed (and stump ground) were done quickly and the areas were left looking better than when they started. All in all, well worth the time and money spent. I would highly recommend Ricardo, Christian, and their crew for their communication and assurances all through the process. Thank you Tree Pros for coming to Tucson.

I had Pro Tree & Landscape out to trim and prune Three trees on my property. Two of the three trees are only five years old, relatively small, and didn’t require much work. The third tree, a large African Sumac needed to be trimmed and thinned.
The salesman was a really nice guy, but he came in with a high quote. I declined, but told him what I would be willing to pay based upon the price I paid the previous year to have the same service completed. He agreed and we moved forward with scheduling the appointment.
Scheduling was great, but the day the tree trimmers arrived to do the work the trimmers basically only trimmed two of the smaller trees, and only thinned the larger tree in the back yard. I asked the tree trimmers to trim more of the tree away from the wall on both the street side and away from my neighbors wall, but they declined.
If you’re going to schedule with this company be aware of their pricing and what you’re paying for. I feel like they cut my job short based upon the price that me and the salesman agreed on.

They did a fantastic job. The crew was extremely professional and efficient. The pine tree was in a precarious location between two houses. They made sure no damage was done to either residence and they cleaned up completely after the job was done. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Sometimes you have to call in the professionals! Tree Pros, LLC was the way to go for me! They were very impressive and loved their workers. They cleaned off our roof and our yard when done. Definitely above and beyond! Customer service and scheduling was fantastic.

Tree Pros is an exceptional company with a hard working crew that is prompt, efficient and clean. I had three bids given to me for the work done and theirs was a little more than one, but much less than another. The higher bid came from a non licensed company and the company with the lower bid just appeared to be less professional. By less professional, I mean they had no customer service skills at all.
Tree pros’ people were all on time with no waiting around all day like some companies. When the workers arrived, each one introduced himself and they went over what would be cut from my trees before stating. I found that very comforting. Thank you Tree Pros

Looking for an arborist or tree trimming service TreePros are a good choice to consider. We have a 10+ year old Chinese Elm that was in need of a haircut. Paul Britt, arborist showed up and gave us options and we opted for a tree trim. Jose Mesa and his team show up, trimmed the tree then clean the backyard. They did an excellent job. Thanks TreePros

Excellent company. I called. They came out to see what I needed. They told me how much and then they scheduled an appointment. They showed up when they said they would. They did awesome job. Cleaned everything up and took it with them. Professional from the first phone call to the end of the job.

They were on time and fast. Our tree was Huge. It looks so much better now. About 8 ft was trimmed off the top and thinned out/cleaned up the rest of the tree. Great job and more reasonable than other companies that we got quotes from. Thank You !!

When first contacted by the salesperson he said he would work on a quote, and we could make payments and I told him I’d set up through bill pay with the bank. When the scheduler called, she wanted a deposit for half (???) then the other half upon completion. I said that I was informed that we could make Payments she said no. I have to pay Half as a deposit and the other half when done. Guess this is a bait and switch type thing. Get you to sign the contract and then the next one collect the funds and does not honor what was said

09-19-2025 | UPDATE ... The salesperson called me, and he did apologize. We both agreed that there could have been a miscommunication on both our parts. The work that was done was great. I wanted the tree off the roof as with the Monsoons i didn't want the tree to damage the house..... the guys that did the work called me when they arrived and sent picture when they completed the job.

Got off to a rough start when the first arborist failed to follow. After I explained to Caleb when he contacted me as to why I hadn’t accepted the original proposal, he apologized for the original arborist dropping the ball. Somewhat reluctantly, I agreed to give TreePros another chance. Ashton came out and answered all of the questions the original arborist failed to respond to and everything has been great since then. Ashton followed up on the process and things went much quicker than we had expected. The old, distressed pine trees were removed quickly and efficiently. All debris was completely removed and the crew was very professional. Three days later, another crew came out to remove the root balls and stumps of the old trees and plant the column ficus and hop bushes. The crew was very professional and communicated with us as to exactly where we wanted the new plants. They did a great job and we’re very pleased with the results. I’d be happy to recommend TreePros to anyone looking for similar services to those we received.

This company did a beautiful job trimming my trees but the results after they fertilized my yard floored me. After 2 weeks there is not an area on my citrus trees that aren’t covered either blossoms.

The tree had not been trimmed in it 25 year life. Huge!! The amount of dead wood and the spread of the canopy was embarrassing. It looks beautiful now. Like those videos when a person down on thier luck gets a make over. The tree is extremely tall gained 10 feet in hight just by taking all that dead weight off it. The team was phenomenal they were in and out in less than an hour. These men KNEW WHAT THEY WERE ABOUT! Not one wasted moment.

I had called these folks for an estimate, they came out right away and provided me with a reasonable estimate. I had to delay due to the holidays coming up but the HOA had other plans for my holiday. Called them back and they honored the estimate they had given back in October and were able to come back and perform the work at the same price. They were attentive to my needs and did some extra things that were not really in the scope of work that was initially asked for. I am really pleased with the level of service and the quickness of the trimming. They showed up on time and were very efficient in getting things done. Would recommend them to anyone that is going to have this type of work done.

I’ve used Tree Pros in the past so thought this year I should check out other companies to make sure I’m not overpaying. Called 3 others… 2 didn’t return my call. The 1 who did respond didn’t even come out to look at the tree but asked I provide photos for their quote. Tree pros was much better priced than the one other quote plus just felt better they actually came to check out what needed to be done!

Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and knowledge.
