The crew from Jason's Tree Service did a great job removing our large Silk Floss tree, which didn't survive the past two very hot summers. The tree was in a difficult spot with very limited access and four different utility wires running through it. I'm happy to say that all wires are still intact and there was absolutely no damage to my property or my neighbor's. They did a great job! I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Jason's for any kind of tree service needed. Rob came onsite and gave me a fair quote to remove this bush a bougainvillea ... definitely a hassle and grows insanely fast. Rob Dillingham came out to give me an estimate. I was very impressed with his straight-forward advice and recommendations. He wasn't just there to sell his company's services, he pointed out some pro's and con's of what I thought I needed and helped me to decide on what would work best for my needs. His crew was right on time and did a great job -- both with the actual work and with the clean-up afterwards. I had been using a different service to take care of our trees, but I will be using Jason's Tree Service from now on.

Great service and great price. My pines got hit with last winds we had. Needed some work on branches quickly to avoid it falling 30 feet and smacking someone. They were timely, friendly and professional! Much appreciated.

Wow! Alex and his crew arrived early with pleasant smiles, worked carefully among my other plants while removing the featherbush and several other trees, meticulously cleaned up, and were all done in less than an hour!!

I requested a quote online, Jason came out and looked at the property while I was at work. He gave me an estimate and advise on a tree we did not need trimmed. His guys were out a few days later, on time and did a quick efficient job on 3 trees and cleaned up afterwards. Our concern on our big tree was they would take too much off and we would not be happy. They thinned it quite a bit and left it looking big. We are happy with the job and would recommend them to others.

We hired Jason's Tree Service to remove a very large Aleppo Pine in our front yard that was 10 feet away from the house and at risk of falling on it and tearing up the rest of the yard in a future monsoon.

I called, they came out the same day to give us a quote that was $1000 below the other quotes we had received. The customer service throughout the process was exceptional. A crane was involved so they needed to confirm availabiity prior to scheduling the removal date. The day before our scheduled removal I got a text confirming that they'd be here in the morning.

At 7am a crane, chipper and a multitude of other specialized equipment showed up. In less than 90 minutes, the tree was gone with absolutely no damage to yard and plants growing near the tree. The entire neighborhood turned out to watch as it was something to see. One of the workers smiled and commented about the crowd that had gathered. It was fun for us since it was unusual but it was what he did every day. A lot of pride in that comment and doing a great job.

We were billed exactly what the job was quoted for. On Schedule, On Price, Easy to Deal With, Highly Recommended.

I was very happy and so impressed with the quality of the work the gentlemen from Jason’s Tree Trimming Service provided when they worked on my Mesquite trees in front and my giant old Pine tree in back today. Should have done before & after pictures but let me say just that their work was awesome. Both trees have new life! These men worked with such precision, were so careful and skilled. I was amazed to watch them work. I am so glad I was able to use their company. I would recommend them highly to anyone I know who needs tree trimming work because their work is exceptional.

My Mesquite in front was overgrown, branches hanging low, nearly touching roof, some over sidewalk. Now it has shape and sun can shine through. It is a tree with beauty, thanks to them.

My old Pine in back had a lot of old dead limbs, really needed cleaning out from top to bottom. It looks regal now!

Our two ficus trees we're in dire need of trimming and thinning.
I contacted two tree trimming services. one of them being a big name company in the valley, after reading the reviews on line, and meeting with both companies, I chose Jason's trees trimming service LLC.
Their quote was 1/3 the cost than the big tree company in the Phoenix area.
I spoke to Patricia to book the appointment. Rob come out to assess the job and give me a quote, the crew that came out to do the job, all within 10 days. The job was completed.
I am 100% happy that I went with this company. They were amazing, we'll definitely use them again in the future.

I called looking a quote for a stump removal, they say that even if I provide pics and measurements, they can’t provide that information and would need to schedule for a quote. Ok, No prob…I waited a week and a half for an appointment to receive a quote, waited around for the 2 hour window, after 20 minutes past our time, I called to follow up…the same gal I scheduled with (Bianca I think?) says I’m not on the books, but no worries, they can do tomorrow between 8-10. Great, I schedule that…next day at 8:20, Bianca calls me and asks if I can go out and measure the stump so they can just try to quote over the phone (interesting, thats what I was trying to do in the beginning??), but things changed and I explain that the last people quoting indicated that it’s a bit more complicated, so I’d rather in person to fully assess. I ask if we’re still on for our appointment, she reassures me and said she’ll call back closer to when we should expect them. By 10:30, no one shows up, I call her back, and she simply states that she hasn’t heard back. I went ahead and cancelled.

I don’t normally write these experiences down, but what a complete disrespect for someone else’s time, and this was just for a quote. I’m completely reasonable to scheduling issues, delays, etc. the difference in professionalism is communication and setting realistic expectations. This company has absolutely floundered at earning someone’s business.

I’ve used Jason’s Tree Service LLC for several years for our annual ficus tree trimming, and they never disappoint. They showed up this morning as scheduled the trees look wonderful! They were trimmed exactly how I asked them. they cleaned the area after they completed the job .. They’re professional, reliable, and always leave our trees looking fantastic. Four men arrived at 8AM, by 9:15AM they were finished. Im EXTREMELY happy with my 4 trees. These men were fast, efficient, polite & amazing! They were pruned PROPERLY! I would highly recommend there services. :-)

Crew showed up promptly on the contract date, did a beautiful job of thinning, trimming and pruning, and completely cleaned up all of the debris. When finished, rang my bell so that I could go out to survey the job, and be sure that I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

Adam was wonderful in evaluating our beloved backyard Chinese Elm and recommending a course of action to keep it healthy. We've used Tree Pros for many years, always excellent professional service and value. Looking forward to the trim and soil injections to maintain the shade, house cooling, and home value added by the tree.

I have used Tree Pros once before and I just consulted with them again on another job. At my old house, I had a huge Australian Bottle Tree that was getting so big and heavy that the neighbors (and myself) were terrified that it was going to blow down in a powerful wind storm (never did, thank god.) Anyway, I had them come trim it up after consulting with two other tree companies. Tree Pros was competitively priced and very professional. They know their stuff and advised me what the best way was to trim the tree without killing it. It turned out great. I also have two giant grapefruit trees at my new house that I consulted with them about either possibly trimming the trees, or removing them. The arborist advised on on the health of the trees and the dangers of trimming them right now based off their condition. If we did remove them, again their price was excellent and I will definitely use them whether it's to save the trees (fertilizing as recommended) or removing them and replacing their with a different type of tree that the arborist recommended. They are my "go to" tree guys from now on.

Rene and Tree Pros have removed a dead Queen Palm tree from back yard. The crew was fast, efficient, and very professional. They cleaned up the removed stump and area quite well. I would hire these people again.

My wife and I hired Tree Pros, LLC to trim/prune four trees: a citrus, a jacaranda and two pecan trees. Gilbert was head of the crew. All four trees were way overdue for trimmimg. There was a lot of dead wood in all four that needed removal. The crew came with a chipper truck and a crew of four. Not only did they do a great job of trimming the trees and clean up but they also removed the debris from our porch and leaves from the neighbors tree. We have used this company's service several times, especially because arborists determine the best treatment for each tree. We have been happy with their work.
