The removal of 5 very tall palm trees, was very professionally done, my yard was left in perfect condition, and on a very hot day. I still can't believe they got it done in 1 hour including grinding the stumps. I highly recommend them.

Well where to start... From the initial phone call to schedule a visit for an estimate to the final 'have a good day' as the crew took off, professional, no nonsense, friendly service was provided at every stage. We had one medium and one small tree removed. The crew was here and gone within an hour, leaving my yard cleaner than when they arrived. One thing of note I wouldn't have thought of, when they went to grind down the stump, the crew setup a screen between the work space and our house to keep any debris from hitting our sliding glass doors and windows, very nice. We would definitely recommend Hayward TreeScapes to anyone in need of tree related services.

We contacted Hayward Tree Services to have our large, 20 ft. tall saguaro cactus removed due to the cactus having a disease. The owner Phil came out to assess the saguaro & the next day his crew came out first thing in the morning. They had set up their equipment, cut up the saguaro, removed it with a crane & cleaned up the whole area within 45 minutes. We were so amazed at how safe, efficient & professional they were. I would highly recommend Hayward Tree Services. The owner Phil, is super kind & really knows his business. It was a pleasure working with such a dependable & reputable company. Kudos to a job well done!

I want to give a big shout out to the Hayward Trees crew. Everyone we spoke to and interacted with was positive and up beat, very professional. Not only did they show up to bid the project, removal of large established trees from our backyardt, they provided a really good price!! Needless to say we accepted their bid and we're not disappointed. As a landscape contractor with 25+ years of experience, I was impressed with the teamwork, professionalism, and the empathise on safety. They completed what seemed like a monumental task in a few hours by working smart and efficient.

Hayward Tree Service was awesome - they provided a quick estimate which was incredibly fair and provided their insurance. The day of the service, they arrived on time and literally took the very tall palm tree down in about 30-minutes - including grinding the stump! They cleaned up - it looked like they were never there! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!

Hayward Tree Service recently removed two ficus trees which had overgrown the pool and back yard block fence. Not having a tree removed before, I searched the internet and found Hayward’s website. I was impressed by the videos, so I decided to give them a call.

Phillip came out to take a look and gave me a very fair price. The crew arrived on time per schedule, and the job including tree removal with a crane, stump grinding, and cleanup was done in less than two hours! Amazing! Hayward Tree Scapes did an amazing job removing three large trees from my backyard. They definitely know their job, and had my trees down and shredded in about an hour! Very reasonable price, and they even cleaned the whole yard afterward, which I really didn't expect. I was very impressed and highly recommend this company!

Hayward Tree Service is AMAZING! I had a huge tree in my front yard and three huge shrubs in the back and they came through like termites and destroyed the wood. The crane took the largest and it was so quick just minutes and they also quickly cleaned up. The backyard, huge tree, and with cleanup and they were done in a hour-so awesome! I have already referred three of my neighbors. Hayward Tree Service has amazing customer service and at amazing prices too! Best in the Valley! Thank You Hayward Tree Service!

If I could give 10 stars I would...
We had a tree fall in a recent storm and it was readily apparent that if we didn't get our other (bigger) tree cut down it was going to happen again and have a possibly much worse outcome.
We received quotes from several tree companies. Hayward came in with the best pricing and was willing to work with us to figure out an option within our budget.
They were available to schedule us only a week out (which is great because the other companies I talked to were over a month out).
When the fallen tree was blocking our alleyway and the city was complaining about not being able to collect the trash the crane operator made a special trip out to help us move it out of the way-still staying within our original estimate.
Their crew arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up the yard when they were finished.
There was a mix up with our invoicing and I had to email the office back to get things cleared up. I wasn't expecting a quick response as it was 6 pm, but I got the corrected invoice within just a few minutes.
I was so impressed and appreciative of their hard work. I highly recommend!!!

We needed two dying trees removed and Hayward was $100 less than the next lowest quote we received. The crew was professional and efficient, the trees were removed and the yard cleaned up in 30 minutes. That alone would be worth a great review, but when we went to plant new trees we ran into a snag and I had a lot of questions. Amber (owner) spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, explaining things to me that were even beyond the scope of the work they did - which to me is an indicator of exceptional customer service. I'm so thankful for her helpful recommendations and expertise. It has saved us stress, time and money. I cannot recommend Hayward enough!

Had a competitively priced quote, but ultimately went with them because they were the only company who seemed confident in their ability to use a crane to remove a dead pine tree in the backyard without us having to take down our shade sail nearby. Initial experience wasn't great because they called off job until the following week, but they were able to quickly remove the pine tree as promised without any additional work on our part, so it was worth the wait.

I hired Hayward to heavily trim 7 orange trees and remove 7 orange trees. Trees are over 20 feet tall. They did an incredible job! From start to finish, they've been 5 star. No hassle and great communication. Collected money at the end of job.

They cleaned up well and did an amazing job, start to finish. Their prices were better than unlicensed and uncertified landscapers.

Hire them and you'll be so happy! Can't recommend them enough.

This is one of your worst drivers on the road ...!!! I had to slam on my brakes at 35th Ave and Peoria due to him not stopping at stop sign while pulling out from side street with a huge trailer also attached to back of vehicle he also went into on coming traffic were the other lane was honking also at him !!! I had my baby daughter in car and he was yelling at me flipping me off and on his air horn to the point my baby daughter was crying and he continued to do it even when sitting at the stop light at 35th Ave peoria to turn left !!!! This person needs to get in trouble for his horriable attitude and respect for other drivers on road !!! I have tried to call but no one picks up I hope this gets handled by the owner of business this driver is not safe on road !!!!

Did a great job removing very tall palm trees from our house. Two were very close to the house and they got them out no problem. Very cool process with a huge crane that lifts the cut palm tree trunks right up and out of the yard.

I recently had Hayward tree service trim some palm trees. They pay close attention to detail and really spent the time needed to trim and prune my trees. They also did an amazing job cleaning up! I have used many other companies and they are the best!

These guys were amazing to work with, we had them come in and remove a large pine from our back yard, they were early and professional. I had planned on saving some logs for seating, Manuel was more than willing to facilitate that, he even cut them so they would have backs on the chairs!!!, I would highly recommend this company. The crew they sent out worked as a team and got the job done in only a few hours. A wonderful experience dealing with this company.
