I rarely give five stars to anyone. Phillip and his team delivered a WOW experience.
Phillip was the fifth quote I got for removing two trees in my backyard. I’m glad I kept up the search. The crew came in with their crane and remove the two trees from my backyard ground the stumps and Cleaned up after themselves leaving my yard looking great in about two hours.
The giant trees in my backyard were lifted by crane out around my house and lay down in the street with the end end of the chipper. The entire tree was turned into mulch in seconds, no mess. I think he came in with a team of six or seven guys, really professional.
All four of the other quotes I got we’re going to chop the trees down into pieces in my backyard and wheelbarrow them out. This team did it for 60% less than the other bids I got.
I was WOWed by this service. My giant trees are gone (made room for a swimming pool) so I can’t really call you again, but I would in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

5 star for sure..from the first phone call, the bid, and the work I couldn't have expected any better service than this..Right on time and well prepared for the job. I worked in the maintenance and equipment field for years so I have an eye for good work..Very pleased with there safety precautions and personal protective gear..You can tell the boss takes good care of his crew and equipment..that's huge to me. ..They had 3 trees cut chipped and out of here in just over an hour..very efficient.Will definitely be my go to resource for tree work..THANKS GUYS.

Hayward Tree company is a solid company from the initial "walk down" of the project, timely response recieving the estimate, scheduling of the work, reminder call prior to the work, and crew showed up in the window scheduled. The crew did a professional job, and even cleaned up, as I left while they were still working! I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone in need of their many services.

Fantastic job by HTS. They removed my 2 40’ Mexican palms with a crane and were done in an hour including the clean up of the area. Very professional team including the office staff. Price was fair. Will be using them for future tree trimming services and would highly recommend them.

Hayward removed 6 huge trees on our property last Saturday. They were on time, very professional and did an amazing job. Watching them use the crane to remove the trees is not only interesting but very entertaining. I highly recommend them.

I got sick and tired of other companies sticking it to me, by raising their rates year after year for the same job. So far, these guys have not done that. Thanks Hayward Tree Service! 😀

Just had a 40 foot Pecan tree removed. Three was within 3 feet of my house, and had a area rotting. Hayward's crew was quick, clean, and totally professional. From the time they showed up, to leaving, less then 2 hours, and you would not know they were even there. Very impressive. Will use them again this fall.

I have used Hayward in the past and always felt they did a great job. However, I recently asked for a quote. They scheduled someone to come by which he did and I never received a written estimate. Asked for them to provide and they still have not sent to me. The individual that came to my home, provided what he thought was a rough estimate and I felt it was way too high. Hence, the reason for requesting a written quote. In any case they lost my business and I am using another tree service. Unfortunate, as I was a recurring customer for them.

10.31.2017- Update. My wife did say she received the quote but is was double what another tree service/Arborist is charging. It's never been that high and I have less trees than when they last did my property. Still lost my business.

Hands down a crane is the best way to go for tree removal!! Amber came out gave an estimate one day and next morning they were here removing our saguaro and palm tree! They also ground up stumps from both of them - no signs that they were ever in our yard! Very quick and efficient! These guys make the process look effortless - they absolutely know what they are doing!! Very reasonable price also.

They went above and beyond for service. I had them out to remove two trees. When I got home, not only were the trees removed but so was the old debris that I was expecting to have to take care of once the trees were gone. Even my patio was swept. They were also about $500 cheaper than another company for the exact same service. Great communication and prompt service.

There were no "surprises" as they came to estimate the removal of a 50' palm tree, set up an appointment with follow up on the day scheduled....

a crew came and efficiently removed the palm with expert precision. they were fast and neat but took the time to discuss the procedure with me . There was no damage to any area of my property and this was amazing because they had a 4' diameter to work in....

Would and will hire them for all tree work and fertilization....

And NO I am not related to the owner....

The team at Hayward recently helped us remove a pine tree. We had a few bids and chose Hayward for their professionalism as well as their pricing.

I highly recommend working with Hayward AND set aside time in your schedule to watch them work. Watching the pine tree removed and re-purposed was the coolest experience. These people know what they're doing!

Fair price, work done by PROFESSIONALS. Manuel and his crew attended to every detail. Three 40 foot trees removed, stumps ground, and complete cleanup done within one hour. The office staff was just as professional - we found the tree service company we will be using from now on - and recommending that others do the same.

We will never do business with Hayward again. We had used Hayward Tree Service on one occasion and while their pricing was a bit on the high side for the amount of work performed (removal of two dead queen palms), the work was performed as scheduled and it was satisfactory. A few weeks ago we contacted Hayward again for removal of a single remaining dead queen palm, and on the day the work was scheduled no one showed up during the agreed upon time window. After the time window has passed someone from Hayward called us to let us know that they “lost their driver”, and no one else with the appropriate commercial drivers license was available to operate their truck, so we rescheduled the service for the following Saturday. I skipped a personal commitment to be present for the Hayward crew that Saturday, but once again no one showed up. After the scheduled time window for the tree service had passed, I called Hayward and reached someone at an answering service. The person at the answering service said that she would call someone from Hayward who would return my call that day, but no one called back. My wife and I have been in customer service intensive jobs our entire careers and we would have gotten fired if treated our customers so poorly. Epic fail on Hayward’s part, and we will no longer do business with them.

I called several tree service companies for bids to cut down a large tree and trim a tall palm tree. Hayward had the best price and when the work was completed I was floored. My yard and palm looked great. They did a Great job and I recommend them to anyone who needs tree service.

Very professional and efficient. Had my huge ash tree removed and the stump and roots ground down, and were careful not to touch my sprinklers! Cleaned everything up when they were finished. Very satisfied with Hayward’s tree service and highly recommend them!

I had three orange trees in my backyard that were old and needed to come out. I had 6 or 7 different companies come and give me quotes for removing the trees and grinding the stumps. Hayward TreeScapes quoted me $200 less than the next lowest price and they were able to start work 3 days later. When the crew came it took them about an hour and a half from start to finish which I thought was very fast. They cleaned up nicely after themselves and the yard looks great. Couldn't be happier!

We needed two palm trees removed because they became to hard to manage. Called many local companies and Hayward was the most competitive price. Another company came back at almost double the estimate from Hayward. They were fast, friendly and professional. My yard looks great.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Hayward. They came out the next day after I called for an estimate and removed my large ash trees 3 days later. They did in 2 hours what my landscaper proposed he do over 3 days. They left my yard perfectly clean when they were done. For those wondering about their pricing, they were extremely fairly priced beating all other estimates significantly. They get my highest recommendation!

The other reviews are spot on about efficiency. They showed up on time and were very quick. Every person had a role and each was very good at what they did, so it was done very quickly. Its certainly a well run business.

Price was reasonable, staff was very friendly, and they were very safe / careful (very tall palm tree in a tough spot between the house, pool, and external structures). Ground the stump below ground level like it was never there and left the place cleaner than when they started.

We'll definitely call again for future tree services.
