We were extremely pleased with the service we received by Mike and Anthony. They were on time, friendly and very efficient at removing a 20' Suguaro cactus from our back yard in a very short span of time that had fallen over due to excessive heat exposure for a very reasonable and equitable price. Furthermore, Mike and Anthony were thorough in cleaning up the area afterwards inclusive of washing down the block fence that was behind it - to the extent you would never be able to tell a Saguaro cactus ever stood there in that location. Additionally, at the end of the removal project - Mike in responding to a question I had posed, took the time to give me some much needed advice about how to care for my two Artichoke Agaves in my front yard that had some sun damage and took some pictures so that he could discuss the matter further with Arborzona's aborist and get back to me with a plan of action on dealing with the matter. Again, excellent customer service! I give my highest endorsement for both Mike and Anthony! - We'll be sure to tell our friends about the wonderful service we received from Arborzona today - Stellar service bar none!

I recently bought a house and I've been dealing with a bunch of contractors of different skill sets. So it was very refreshing to deal with Sal because he is honest, straight forward, and does a great job without the typical upselling that seems so common among contractors these days. He will do all my tree services from here on out and I can recommend him without hesitation.

I could not be happier with the service provided by Sal and his team. they are true professionals and cleared our almost 2 acre lot of trees and bushes in a few days. they are quick to respond an quote jobs and I thought were very reasonable on price. make this company your first call!

Sal and team were great! They communicated with me on a Sunday via text to quote and schedule and arrived on time and ready to go the next day. They did a great job safely removing the leaning trees and cleaning up after. We’ll have them back later in the month to trim the remaining tree. Highly recommend!

They are family owned which I love. They are very professional. Their crew was polite and efficient. They all wore hearing protection when the wood chipper was running and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. Sally and Sal own the business. Sally was very easy to work with as far as coming out for an estimate and scheduling the work. Sal was very patient as I reviewed the work and requested some additional trimming. Highly recommend. Not a fly by night organization. Will use again.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided in trimming 2 canary palms and one bottle brush tree. Sal and Sally were punctual and worked hard at a very reasonable price. Sal was extremely knowledgeable about his craft and the two were so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend ArborZona and will gladly call on them again in the future. Sal even took a look at other trees on our property and told us honestly they didn't need work just yet. That's true service.

Professional, very competitively priced, quick turnaround, even during busy season. Sal showed up to give me a bid same day and we got the job of trimming my giant eucalyptus tree trimmed within two weeks. These guys are truly the best when it comes to tackling a giant, giant tree. Thanks to the whole crew for doing such a great job! I’ll definitely recommend to my neighbors and will use again in the future.

Update (2025) - I've had Sal come out twice now and really enjoy the guidance and service received on-site. My trees are healthy and growing.

I love supporting local businesses whenever I have the opportunity to. I started trying to get in contact with the company in the summer of 2024. It took over a month before I was able to get someone to answer or call me back. Sal came out to access my issue and provided some additional pointers at that time. The interaction was great and he seemed highly knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I received a quote for the job a few days later, however I needed to wait to a later date to execute. Fast-forward to today and I am in the same little to no contact situation as before. I replied 10/21 that I would like to execute the job. I received a reply stating scheduling is being checked on 10/24. On 10/29 I called to follow up; no answer. Today is 11/4 and there still has been no communication. I am not sure if the company is super busy, or if my job is not large enough to justify their time. Either way, it's excruciatingly hard to support businesses that don't effectively manage their communication channels with prospective customers. Based on my interaction with Sal, I don't doubt he would do a great job, but the radio silence is unacceptable.

I have had a tree that I have wanted to get rid of for sometime. I finally pulled the trigger and went with Arborzona Tree Service and I am very happy with my decision. They were punctual, fast, and had great customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Valley!

Sal, Sally and their crew did an amazing job reducing our over grown 20+ yr old Ficus tree. They were able to come out the same day on sight and provide a fair estimate. They had great communication, were very professional and on time. We are very pleased all around!
