They removed 2 mesquites that had fallen over. Fast and efficient, they left a clean yard and even chopped up the big pieces into firewood for us! We will be using them again.

Premium Tree Care is The best tree service I have experienced. Today was the second time we have requested service. On time, with all the best equipment needed. They brought several qualified landscapers, a huge wood chipper with a carry truck. They professionally trimmed all our trees and had to totally remove one. Quick and knowledgeable. Excellent work. Joshua came out and looked at my 2 big Ficus trees and my lemon trees I had concerns with. He explained everything he recommended I do to solve my concerns. Yovani and his crew came out and performed the services that needed to be addressed on my trees. I was very happy with everything that was done, they went the extra mile to do an excellent job and they answered all my questions along the way. When they were done they cleaned up everything really good. Premium Tree Care does excellent work, they are honest, courteous, knowledgeable and very customer friendly. * 2nd service from Premium Tree care: After the excellent service I received from Premium Tree care, I call them back to trim my huge Ficus trees since they are doing great since the last treatment service. Yovani and his crew came out and trimmed and shaped my trees and again did an excellent job and cleaned up after everything. They were extremely professional and informative as they were the first time I used their services a few months ago. I am very impressed with the services and quality they provide. I will definitely only use them for all my tree care needs now and in the future. They have earned me as a repeat customer. I highly recommend them.

I drove by their truck near our neighborhood and called them on the spot. They responded quickly and trimmed 4 trees very nicely! The landscape looks so much better! They fertilized as well and cleaned up meticulously. Professional and affordable too- I will call them again.

I had an absolutely abysmal experience with Premium Tree Care that ended up costing me hundreds of dollars more than I planned because I had to hire someone else to fix their terrible irrigation work and they will not give me a refund.

Hired them based on a referral from another tree company that didn't work in my area, and their stellar Google reviews. Somehow I'm the outlier that had a less-than-one-star experience.

Contacted them for an estimate. They came out quickly and seemed professional. My citrus trees have been struggling, so we came up with a plan to trim and fertilize them and put them on a new irrigation system of their own. They booked me for 11 am on a Friday.

The morning of the work they moved me a 12-2 window. At 1:30 I haven't heard anything so I messaged them. I was told they will be by at 2:45. They show up and do the work we agreed to, including a new irrigation line. At the end, they tell me that they couldn't fertilize the trees because it's too hot and there is too much direct sun. Not sure why they didn't consider these factors. They tell me multiple times they will be back on Monday right at 7.

Over the weekend I receive a reminder text that they will be at my house promptly at 7 on Monday. Come Monday morning at 7, they are nowhere to be found. No communication. I texted them and they told me that they had a client who needed additional work that morning so they can't make it until Wednesday. So far, they are late, no communication, and apparently other clients are more important than I am.

On Tuesday I discovered that they set up my irrigation incorrectly, and it's watering the citrus trees with other parts of my yard, not separately (which is what I paid for). They assure me it's likely just a short in the electrical and not a big deal. I tell them they need to come out ASAP to fix it and we agree to 6 am on Wednesday.

They show up Wednesday at 6 am and discover that it's a much larger problem than anticipated, and they have to pull up my less-than-a-year old pavers to run a new cable to the timer. None of this was discussed ahead of time. There was no mention that the irrigation might be challenging. It was completely minimized as an easy job but somehow they managed to screw it up twice.

At this point I'm tempted to cancel the project but decide to move forward. They pull up my patio, work on the irrigation and assure me it's fixed. We test the citrus trees with the bushes to make sure they are now running separately. Seems like things are working as expected so I pay them and am glad to be done.

A week later I discover from the Hydrawise app on my phone that one of my grass zones hasn't been watered in a week due to a low electrical current. The alerts started the same day and right after Premium Tree Care rewired my irrigation. I text Premium Tree Care and they assure me they didn't touch the sprinklers and offer to send out someone else to take a look at it. Instead of trusting them again, I had a friend who does landscaping come and take a look at it. He and his crew had to rework ALL of the irrigation that Premium Tree care touched. Sure enough, the disconnect was under the pavers, where the wires had been bundled together incorrectly. The new landscaper also found barely buried lines to the timer that had been bound with duct tape and not capped.

I called the head of Premium Tree Care and told him that the work was unacceptable and that I would like a refund on the irrigation since I had to hire someone else to fix it after Premium worked on it twice and it was still wrong. Even though he wasn't present for the actual work that his crew did, he assured me that they didn't touch the sprinkler wiring and refused to discuss a refund. I'm unclear how he would know that they didn't touch the sprinkler wiring since he wasn't present. Additionally, they tried to make it work twice and both times they broke it. I ended up having to pay someone else to fix the "work" that they did that they were clearly not qualified to do.

Please do not hire this company.

I called Premium Tree Care to come to my house. I had three mesquite trees that needed pruning. They came and explained what they would do to them. They did an excellent job. They left everything spotless. My wife and I are happy with the work. I highly recommend them. I will hire them next time

Premium Tree service does very good work! Fast and they don't cut corners. They paid attention to what we wanted and especially not to let limbs and branches fall on top of our shed which is under one side of our tree! VERY nice! Cleanup was very, very good! The whole crew worked as one. I've watched other companies do trees in our neighborhood and next door to us. And they were so good and knowledgeable and the way they moved in the trees, well, I knew this was the company I had trust in. Glad I did. We are now scheduled for some fall tree work with them. They are good and prices are good. Thanks a heap!

Premium Tree Care did an excellent job trimming our trees. We have a very large pecan tree that had dead branches on the top. They went into the tree and cut all the dead branches off, and trimmed it up beautifully. They trimmed an orange tree, jacaranda, and removed a dead tree for us. They also did a beautiful job cleaning up after themselves. Professional crew, quick workers, respectful of our property. Thanks guys! Excellent work! Highly recommend!!

Josue and his team were fast, efficient, and did an excellent job trimming and pruning the various tree types in my yard: mesquite, paloverde, ironwood, and palm. Josue had me walk the property with him to make sure I was satisfied. The price was very fair and I would recommend his team to anyone in The Valley.

These guys are amazing! Joshua and his crew took 2 of our pine trees down in a few hours. The trees as you can see in the pictures were there for at least 30 years and they were huge. This was no problem for Joshua and the guys. They did it so efficiently and clean. It doesn’t even look like there were any trees there at all. They are very clean and very organized. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Where do I start just, can honestly say Josue and his crew are the best tree service you can hire in Arizona. I had a Sisso tree that needed to come down, and from start to finish, they handled everything perfectly. They drove all the way out to Buckeye without hesitation, showed up on time, and got right to work. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing very professional, organized, and careful with every step of the job. They got a the right equipment!

What really stood out to me was how reliable and respectful the whole team was. They didn’t just rush through it  they took their time to make sure everything was done right and good. They explained everything step by step so I got an idea of how it was going to go, And when it came to prices unbeatable! Seriously!!!!

After they finished, they cleaned up everything so well you couldn’t even tell there had been a Sisso tree there. My yard looks amazing again, completely back to normal, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They’re licensed, insured, and 100% reliable qualities that are hard to find these days.

They have been doing a great job with our tree trimming, so called them back out to remove a very old tree stump. It was in a tight location so they had to use chain saws to cut it off well below ground level instead of using a stump grinder. It was hard work but they got it done beautifully. Thanks again guys for another job well done!

Phil came out and gave an estimate for 5 trees to be trimmed and reduced because they are getting top heavy and hanging 6 feet over the sidewalk. When I accepted their estimate and scheduled service I confirmed that they would bring a bucket lift to reach the tops of the trees. Had to wait three weeks for them to come out and do the work. When they arrived on schedule they did not have the equipment to reach the top half of the trees. The estimate said crown thin and reduce end weight which I assumed would reduce the weight on the top halves as well. They said they didn't have the equipment available or the time to trim the top halves. Very unprofessional and and waste of time.
