I had a large acacia tree that needed to come down. While the crew that did the work was excellent, the rest of the experience was frustrating. Getting the scope of work finalized was difficult as the botanist kept trying to upsell more services despite me repeatedly telling him I couldn't afford it right now. I felt like I was at a car dealership. Then they cancelled the stump grinding twice, after I had rearranged my schedule to be home from work, each time calling just before the arrival window. I'm still waiting for that to happen. Poor service for the price, and I won't be using them again.

Tree Pros did an amazing job on all our trees. We had some huge pine trees, olive trees, and others that were very over grown. They look so great now. They took their time and really cleaned out all the trees nicely. They had people cleaning up the branches below as they were cut down

This crew was amazing. They took down 4 trees for me. One was a multi trunk Palo Verde that had become gigantic and was overflowing into neighbors yards. They safely took it down with no damage to anything. They were polite and cleaned everything up. 5 stars and thumbs up. Highly recommend them based on my experience.

Hiring actual arborists is worth every penny. My three giant Mexican palms and a massive Sissoo were efficiently and SAFELY removed in what seemed like minutes. There was a full team of workers there to keep the workflow moving, which was impressive. I think they may have actually been here for only 2 hrs total. I definitely recommend Tree PROS AZ for any tree work.

This company is a go to! Everything went as planned and scheduled. The crew is amazing! They helped me out with a couple of extra things that were not in the plan. They were professional and frankly like my brothers were here to help me in any way they could! Oh and the tree trimming was done perfectly! Would hire them again in a heartbeat! Treat yourself to a great experience. And the cost was fair and reasonable! Worth every penny! Thanks tree pros!

Kyle’s the guy that helped us out and got it set up the third time I’ve used Pros always on time everybody’s polite, quick and greet at their jobs fast cleanup, then boom they’re gone. You didn’t even know they were there.

I hired Tree Pros to trim a severely overgrown mesquite tree and to clean up a queen palm tree. Elias and his crew did an excellent job, including cleaning up to the point where they left no trace of them being there, other than the outstanding finished product. Highly recommend Elias and his team with Tree Pros, the price was reasonable and the work product and service level was great!

I was impressed that a crew of 4 came in trimmed 5 trees in less than 2 hours. The crew was so respectful and knowledgeable . They left my yard in much better shape and condition than when they came in. I will definitely use this company again

I signed up to have Tree Pros come by to trim my Bottle Brush tree. It needed significant trimming. They did an excellent job, very friendly, explained what they were going to do and completed the job in just over an hour with 4 guys and a woodchipper. They left the site and tree very tidy and at a reasonable cost. I will have them come over again in a year or so to trim the tree again.

Tree Pros came and removed large branches from one of my trees and thinned out the branches if another tree. They were fast, careful and excellent in the work they did. The came with their own grinder so that that there was no waste left to have picked up by the city. The team was pleasant, experienced and moved very quickly. They were especially careful not to let any of the large branches fall on my foam roof for which I was extremely grateful. This is the 2nd time I have used them and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Punctual and professional! Their bid was reasonable and thd tesm arrivedczg the agree date and time and when finished, they not only cleaned up my yard but also my neighbors, will definitely be using them again!

Tree Pros came today to trim a queen palm, trim an australian bottle tree and fully remove a fan palm that had cracked the block wall. They were so efficient and communicative. The clean up was amazing as well. They did a great job!

These guys came ready to do the job! Very professional and experienced in there duties. Came in, took a huge old tree down to the ground, all in about 2 hours. Cleaned up everything before leaving. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs tree services.

I had to have a tree removed from my backyard that was invasive and starting to damage two fences. The team was able to take it out in two hours and did an awesome job with not only the tree removal but the cleanup afterwards. They had worked on this tree for me a year or so ago and had done a Wonderful job at that time as well. I highly recommend this company for their work ethic as well as the wonderful job they perform.

We were very pleased with the service we received from TreePros. The crew was very receptive to my suggestions; they were very respectful & courteous. The Arborists I have met with from TreePros are very knowledgeable & I have learned a great deal about my 30 year old trees from them. They cleaned up the job site extremely well after the job was completed. We will continue to have our trees trimmed by TreePros

Christian came out to survey our property initially and helped with our estimate process. He was so knowledgeable and clear with the scope of the work that would be carried out, the different options available to us, and the pricing structure. Elias's Crew came out to perform the trimming and removal and did a wonderful job. I'm extremely pleased with the results, but specifically how great a job they did trimming and thinning our large Chinese elm in our front yard. It was encroaching on our neighbor's property and hanging over our roof, and Elias and his team took care of all of our concerns. We are very pleased with the work that was done from the estimate process all the way to clean up. Our property looks amazing thanks to Tree Pros!

The Tree Pros crew did a great job trimming three large trees (Acacia, Mimosa, African Sumac). They were fast and left the yard spotless after, and all for a very fair price. I highly recommend them.

This company is super responsive , friendly , quick & efficient! They definitely have their act together when it comes to anything tree related. The team pulled up early for estimated appointment time, hopped out in matching gear / uniforms looking very professional and systematically went to work removing my tree! I’d definitely use their services again!

Nick and his team installed our irrigation system 2 years ago and it works perfectly. This week I called Nick regarding the Hunter PRO-HC control panel not working. He answered the phone, took the time to listen to what problem I was having, and let me know that our product was still under warranty and he would get me on the schedule to have it replaced. The next day Michael came and replaced the panel. No hassle at all. I am so happy with the service! I highly recommend 10/10.

A neighbor’s tree was badly overhanging my yard and he graciously allowed me to get quotes on what it would take to get the tree cut back. PROS came to the rescue with Ashley, who came out to look at the situation and give me a price. We talked things over with the neighbor, one thing led to another, and we all agreed to cut off a major limb that shot out toward my house. It was far more material removed than I had hoped for. Ashley gave me and my neighbor a far better price than I would’ve expected for the work. Four days later a very professional crew showed up and expertly removed that entire limb, plus additional trimming. No damage to my yard and the crew cleaned it all up at the end. I’d highly recommend PROS Tree & Landscaping.

The Tree Pros service was great all round. We had them come to do some major trimming of our Texas Ebony and some work in the back yard. They were prompt, professional and did excellent work. Will continue to use the Tree Pro crew.
