I actually had to cancel getting my carpets cleaned and i called apex on extremely short notice and they were so nice and professional. Not only did i not have to even tell him who i was he was completely understanding. Customer service is extremely important to me and i am very impressed with this company. if i could give more than 5 stars i would!

Rich and his team were great. They were on time, courteous, and most importantly they got a nasty stain out of our expensive wool rug! They also cleaned the carpet in 3 other bedrooms and did all of it quickly. We will use them again and definitely recommend them.

I am very pleased with Apex. I had family come in to town and my carpets were a mess. My carpet hasn't looked this clean since I first moved in. I also had my sectional cleaned. I have a cat and needed to get rid of all the pet hair and smell. I was surprised that these guys were able to get all of that out in no time. Good job. I will definitely be using you again.

I had to call a carpet cleaner in when moving out of a house I had rented for about a year. After quite a few crazy ASU parties, the carpet wasn't looking very good in the living areas and the hallway, and the couch my roommate had bought had more than a few "unknown" stains on it. There was also a pretty large blood stain in one of the bedrooms from a pretty traumatic incident (which led to a few stitches).

I looked up Phoenix carpet cleaners and came across Apex carpet cleaning. I saw that they had pretty affordable cleaning rates and that they also handle upholstery, so I thought "Hey, let's kill two birds with one stone."

After calling their office to schedule an appointment, I made sure we had everything moved out of the carpeted areas on the day they were coming. They arrived at our place a few minutes earlier than expected and were very friendly. Rich let me know what they would be doing and how much it would cost. After they completed our full house carpet and upholstery cleaning, they gave us recommendations for drying and also some tips on how to best remove certain stains so that they don't get set in like they were.

Great service, friendly, and in my price range! Thanks for keeping me from a big cleaning charge from my landlord guys!

I have been using Apex for years and these guys are really good at what they do. This last time I used them Rich came out and he took care of my pet problems. my cat got sick and we couldn't pinpoint the areas that she had had accidents in. He did warn us that it might take some time and that the smell might come back because we didn't know of the exact location of the issue. So we ended up having him do what he suggested and it worked!!! I am so grateful for these guys, thank you so much APEX

Rich and his staff were incredibly professional and compassionate to the damage in my upstairs area due to a bathroom flooding. He was expedient in scheduling the same day I called. Courteous in giving me heads up text that they were on their way. Not only did he and Tyler fix the carpet that had to be pulled up, but did an incredible job of cleaning the area. The two gentleman were extremely professional. They went above and beyond. I absolutely love this business. I have used them since I bought my house almost 3 years ago. I have never had a bad experience. All of the techs are professional and do a great job. The first time I called them was because my puppy had chewed up a liquid ink pen in the middle of my living room. I now dare you to try to find the spot. They always have great pricing, and I usually get a appointment the same day to within a few days around the holidays. My most recent episode was due to a red stain in the entrance of my home. He got it out! To my fault, after he left, I somehow managed to make numerous tiny red stains all over my just cleaned carpet. I called him in a panic, and he rushed right back to my house. He got every spot out! Rich is my carpet life saver. I will only use APEX for my floor care.

Rich came out to my house short notice (24 hours) and did a fantastic job on my carpet. He was able to get the pet and drink stains out that the last carpet guy couldn't lift. I also had some seam issues that his team was able to resolve easily and was very affordable. Will definitely use next time.

Rich came out and extracted water from carpet due to AC leak. Provided excellent service and around my price range! Quick response and service was done the same day within an hour of calling the company. Will definitely recommend and work with the company again with any issues in the future.

Let me start by saying that I was a little nervous to start the process of hiring a cleaning service. I'd never done it before, I had no idea what to expect- and I was on a budget. But Apex relieved all of those worries from the start. Came out for an initial consult and cleaned my area rug, it was thrifted, and it looked several shades brighter after they were done. He proceeded to give me a very reasonable quote for my tile floor (I live in an apartment, and the grout- no matter how much I mopped and scrubbed, was never clean. We just wore shoes inside because our socks and feet would get so dirty.) They came this past Saturday with a team and had my whole place (and my couch!) done within the hour. And let me tell you, I couldn't be happier. You can visibly see the difference. I can walk around with socks or bare feet; it just feels clean. And the couch all around feels better to sit on and smells great. I am truly happy with the results and will absolutely be calling them again for my chairs, rugs, and tile. 10/10, I absolutely recommend them to anyone. (Tip: Pay in cash! Made everything easy to handle!)

I'm very surprised and impressed with Apex's amazing service. I had a bad stain in my carpet I needed removed before the beginning of the week, and found out that they worked on weekends. Not only was I pleased with their availability, but they were very professional as well. Once they were done cleaning my carpet, the stain was gone and my carpet looked better than it had before. Loved their business, the service was very affordable as well as professional, and they made my carpet look incredible. I highly recommend calling them when you're in need of a carpet cleaner. Complete sham artists. They agreed to clean my Persian Rug ( cost $4800 ) ..... had no idea what they were doing. Ruined the rug... colors blead and now its an outdoor patio rug. Owner initially accepted responsibility and said they had a water leak in their facility. Said he ( Rich ) would turn in an insurance claim but then balked and refused to make the situation right. Despicable!!

My experience with this company was not so pleasant, and I wish I could give 0 stars. We had to have them come out when a sprinkler outside the townhouse we rent busted and flooded a downstairs bedroom. Our duplex management hired this company to come out. We had a man named Rich come to our home and pull up the carpet. He did vacuum up all of the water and left 3 large fans for us to leave plugged in, for what turned out to be 48 hours, in order to get all of the moisture dried up. Afterwards he did put the carpet back and cleaned the carpet. That sounds like it should have more than 1 star, but my issue is the customer service or lack there of.
1) The man, and the female partner he came with, don't know how to knock on a door but just tap. I live in a two story townhouse. No one can hear TAPS on a door. He would then call or text my sister, the woman he originally met, asking why no one is answering the door. Maybe because no one can hear you tapping.
2) Rich used a tool to pull up the carpeting in my home, but when all was said and done he just laid the carpet out without tacking it back down.
3) Because he felt there was water behind an area of the baseboard, he cracked the baseboard to let it dry, didn't let me know he was going to do so by the way, and then told me I needed to tell my management to fix that once dry because that's not what he does.
4) He "cleaned" the carpets in under 6 minutes. That's a short amount of time for an area that had been sitting in a decent amount of water for a few days and smelled like it was already molding.
5) When leaving my home, instead of telling me he was done so I could close and lock my door behind him, he just left and left my damn door open. I guess maybe he could have whispered he was done so I didn't hear him.
Needless to say I am happy that I am not the one who hired this company, because I would take you to court for your shoddy service.
